Rumbling Tum Cafe in Hillingdon

We stumbled upon this gem while driving by and decided to give it a try. The staff were welcoming and sat wherever we wanted. We ordered breakfast, and it arrived in great time. Every item on our plates was high-quality, clearly showing they don't hold back on their ingredients. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this cafe and are already planning to return with the whole family.

feel like staff looks very tired when coming in and not very friendly, asked lady for another can of pop and she just did not seem like she wanted to do it after just sitting down to go on her phone 😂 and chips could of been cooked for longer as some tasted quite like not throughly cooked, just wasn’t great food won’t be returning again.

What can I say this is the most friendly cafe in the area. I even have my own table reserved for me . The staff are amazing and the food better . What a fantastic place even if the chef is a Man Utd fan , the best cafe in the world.

Wow! Service with a smile. Perfectly cooked and very tasty food, served quickly and piping hot. Reasonably priced. We thought our local cafe was pretty good but this place knocked it out of the park. We’ll definitely head a bit further out of our way to visit again because it really was an exceptional breakfast!

Walked 10 mins just to find out its closed ,on google maps shows open.

It supports the Tory party. It was used as the Tory 'victory' celebration venue in the recent by election. If you're non Tory avoid it.

Omg. Service is perfect. Happy staff. Food is so good. Me and my mates know every time we go there it's going to be good because it always is. We went there one day when it was going to close very soon. They didn't disappoint. They served us even though they were getting ready to close for the day. They gave us the service like every other time. Happy, friendly, professional, food was as good as always. Perfect. Always a pleasure to go there. Xxx

Simple bacon, egg and sausage on brown toast with brown sauce, was lovely to enjoy in the morning with a couple of hash browns on the side, nothing super special but good to fulfil that morning hunger with a good breakfast sandwich, would highly recommend, great service and polite, their card machine had difficulty reading my card, contactless and chip and pin, slowed the service down a little but we were able to get it working eventually, very quiet, maybe the atmosphere wasn't the best as I was at this cafe very early in the morning, convenient parking lot across the road, so easy to get some parking and to use the pedestrian crossing to get to the cafe

My family make an effort to come here atleast once a week. Absolutely adore the staff. So friendly, really wonderful people. Extremely accommodating. Food is tasty, it's a nice mix between your standard, comfortable café fare and more modern menu items (e.g poached eggs over avocado toast, halloumi wrap with grilled veg etc.).

Basic local cafe, but what it does, it does well. Prices are reasonable, food is plentiful and tasty, the place is clean, and service is very quick with efficient staff. If you're into supporting local businesses, I wholeheartedly recommend this be one of them.

Reasonably priced local caf, not for baked goods but decent for hot food, greasy spoon type, burgers, fries, eggs, English breakfast etc. and coffee and food was decent. No longer cash only which is good, the staff are really nice, gave my 4 year old daughter extra chocolate sprinkles.

Great place, pretty clean and amazing portion sizes! I've been here a few times now, always great food, although very salty, but that's just my opinion. Priced fairly, about average for London area. Nice little community café, perfect for anyone, although sometimes can be quite busy and you might not find a table inside! Despite the sign, they currently accept card (at their discretion) as of the 29th of Jan 2022 Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a decent sized breakfast, but not for anyone that likes to eat every last crumb, as you will find it hard to finish such big portions aha!

Nice little cafe serving breakfast, omelette, burgers, pie, chicken, sandwiches, so many things really. Very good prices and the portions are so huge. The sanitation score lately has been quite terrible, assuming what's posted on the official website is true. Still great value. Cash only.

Nice varied menu with lots of options on the menu for both breakfast and lunch. Prices are very reasonable and all the staff are very friendly and happy to help. Visit here often and have never been disappointed with the experience provided.

Poor cafe. food hygiene is very poor ( sausages half cooked in a cardboard box and massive plate full of half cooked bacon ). Staff have a poor hygiene rate as well were they do not wash there hands, Also have witnessed the chef pick his nose and still cook. The laddie in there doesn’t smile, poor communication skills.the laddie out the back washing up had poor communication skills and poor hygiene constant fly’s in the cafe too. also the staff spk in there own language which is not aloud in a work place. I would not recommend this cafe O ranting from me

Popped in for lunch- first visit. Clean as a whistle. Airy and spacious. P!easant staff. Swift service. Omelettes to die for! Mega big- took half home. Freshly cooked chips and a beautifully arranged salad with very fresh ingredients. Very reasonable prices.Extensive menu, including roast dinners, breakfasts, lasagna, etc.Free parking at Aldi opposite. Will definitely be back, thank you

Regularly pop in Saturday mornings after using local supermarket. Always busy, plenty of friendly staff on hand to take your order at the table. Usual fare of a decent cafe with set breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, baguettes as well as requesting your own preferences. Food always piping hot. Toilets very clean. Open 7 days a week until 4pm. Can park in supermarket car park opposite, no restrictions.

I love this place - Food is always excellent. Love the Liver & Bacon & The Lovely Jubbly set breakfast. This cafe is always busy & for good reason. It's very clean (including the toilet) & the food is excellent & reasonably priced. My favourite cafe in the area.
