Traditional greasy spoon with lovely staff!

Ordered a burger with chips. Both very delicious. Friendly staff and amazing prices. Will continue to return and explore the menu.

This is not only a cafe but a community hub...the owners are two truly nice and caring people who care deeply about their customers and community.

The first time we walked into jenny about a year ago we were greeted Mary is so attentive and friendly her husband cooks the food great and you can always have a chat with other customers we go there at least once or twice a month now

Extremely nice restaurant/cafe. Very good price, very nice food, and very clean environment. And you feel you are back in the 70s fast food shop when you step in, which is so amazing.

The service is prompt and friendly. They got several different breakfast combinations (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and breakfast is served all day.

This is a super friendly café/restaurant with great prices. The mega platter is really filling. The mega burger (egg, cheese, bacon, w. Chips) was my favourite. The library is close by and so you can breakfast and remote work. Yes. Recommend highly. Fish and chips are good value but ask for not "overcook" because they do breaded plaice quite crispy. Tell them what you want. The salads are fresh and crisp. Next time I go I might try the vegetable burger or spicy bean (Mexican). It's a good variety but you'll find your favourite and stick with it.

I have been here a few times and the staff are great. Don't let the outside put you off.

I love this place. Fantastic eat-in-food, far better value than most fast-food takeaway locations. It is always kept clean (tables cleaned immediately after someone leaves), the staff are amazingly friendly and treat you like family. Mary remembers my allergies with tomatoes every time and offers replacement mushrooms at no added cost. It brings back fond memories of Wimpy in the 80s, with its retro feel from the menus, food signs, seating and familiar warm surroundings. Even the customers talk to other customers without thinking you're a crazy person. It really brings back feelings of better times. Thank you so much for keeping this restaurant as it is. I look forward to our next visit.

It is the best opportunity you have in whole Hayes the nice lady working their gives you a nice welcoming feeling and they recommend us the best food I had during my vacation in London ! Please try the apple pie with custard when you go their !

Highly Recommended! Super nice staff, food delicious and hearty prepared and really more than just affordable. It's almost impossible to give this place less than 5 stars. Much more recommended than the fast food chains in the area!!!!

Used to go there a lot - then Covid came along. It was closed for some time. When it re-opened tried going back, but on the last visit as I left the woman in charge was extremely abusive to me. I never went back. Their loss.

Drove up from stives in Cornwall to watch the football in north London so parked up in Hayes, noticed Jenny’s burgers and got it on the way the back. Amazing burger, really friendly people, felt welcomed the moment I walked in :)

Haven't been there for a long time due to being out of the area but so happy seeing this place is still open, around 28 years. Lovely family business and food still reasonable. You are treated with such respect and customer service excellent. A must try 👌🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Fantastic fresh food everytime You visit. I have been going there for the past 8,years and almost every day and had either my lunch or dinner there. I must admit that part from their tasty food, friendliness of the staff are also %100. When you visit the place then you will see what I mean. Well done to you all at Jenny's in Hayes Town. What can I say about this place .. they are wonderful people . Every time I go to have breakfast the staff alwz makes me feel comfortable, it literally feels home. Mary alwz makes sure I get my regular coffee just like the way I like . They have different options for breakfast which are at very reasonable prices. When in hayes you should definitely go to Jenny’s burgers it’s far more better dan any cafe around .

Cannot find anything better then Jenny’s Burgers around Hayes… Quality of food is always the best…. Mary’s Customer service is something which makes me to visit this places again and again… everyone here is very welcoming and they always have a smile on their face which makes my day… best thing about them is they know exactly how I like my coffee….

Whenever I'm passing through Hayes I always try to stop by Jenny's for lunch. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the food is always excellent. I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely friendly owners who are all too happy to change items on the breakfast menu for you. Generous portions that aren’t swimming in grease. Plenty of menu choice. Suitable kids and vegetarian options. An old fashioned cafe the way it used to be. Very reasonably priced. Good fry ups and burgers.

Oh what can say...but just AMAZING. cannot fault it. 100% tasty meal, no matter what you order. And it's real hearty home cooked food, very good quality ingredients

Stopped by cause I've seen this place going past in the bus and was in the area.It always seems full and I was starving.Quaterpounder and huge plate of fries was delicious and with a Coke came to £5.25!.Staff nice too.Will be back defo😋

Love Jenny's. Been coming here for 10+ years now & I love how it hasn't changed. Love the Full breakfast, burgers better than McDonald's, friendly service, nice cups of tea (not too much milk like some places). A Hayes institution. Hayes would be worse without Jenny's Burger.

My mum, dad and I visited Hayes for few days and found this little cafe. All we can say is that the food was great, prices are very reasonable and the staff lady who served us was great and very friendly. We went back next day and she remembered us and what we drank the day before. COULDN'T FAULT IT! :)

lovely cooked english breakfast half priced before 11am but does not include any drinks like over here in the uk. it was nice and filling but only downfall was no vegi sausages. very busy on Sunday when we went but it was a chocie between Costa coffee or here and this was the best. Staff very nice and accomodating as there were 7 of us

Customers are remembered and appreciated. Staff mostly remembered what you had last time and offered the same if they wish. Downside, toilets need re-vamping urgently.

We go there frequently. It is always crowded with locals. Better than the local pub up the road and better than local over-priced coffee shops. There's too many fried chicken / pizza outlets in the area too. Jenny's outdoes them all. The plaice (fish) is great. The veggie burgers sublime. Always crispy fries. And it has access to free wifi. This place is a star in an otherwise squalid part of town.

Lovely customer service and always with a smile. You get the odd people who are loud but that's it. Food nice and well prepared not greasy or soggy.

Visit this cafe every Friday. Mary & her husband are a very busy couple. Food is cooked while you wait and is always hot. You couldn't find a friendlier place to pop in for a meal or just atea or coffee.

Go have any variety of breakfast you like they don't mind changing meals to suit the customers needs, all so friendly ,nothing's to much trouble it's a must

Friendly atmosphere and homemade lovely food

I visited Jenny's for breakfast on a rather damp and cheerless autumn morning. The Cafe was bright and welcoming, even though I was the only customer for most of my meal. My food was quickly prepared and served, and met all expectations. The manager was friendly and pleasant, what more could you wish for?I have been to other Jenny's establishments and they serve a standard menu which gives a reasonable choice of dishes.

Used to love Jenny's but it's not the same anymore. It's hard to order individual items. It's like you got no choice but to order a huge meal to get a couple of items you want.

We were staying at the serviced apartments nearby and came to Jenny's for breakfast. The service was fast, the food good, the atmosphere lovely traditional 'old fashioned' cafe, the atmosphere was terrific. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to us, visitors to Hayes. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a lovely breakfast and chat!
