Great breakfast rolls and baps.

The food is fantastic and inexpensive, and every time the lady that runs it serves me with a smile. She loves to have a chat if she can, and she remembers what you've told her, so after your second or third visit, it just feels like popping in to see a friend! I can't recommend this place enough!

We have been coming here a while now to grab a breakfast. Suki the owner is super friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. You only need to give an order once and she remembers! The great thing is the breakfast is hot and quick, so it's convenient to catch the train. We have really enjoyed coming and our visit always brightens our day.

Before venturing out I struck an advertising deal with Whistle Stop, Sandwich Bar of Northwood Hills. Honestly, I don't know how I do it. My charitable life-long accumulation of £5,000.00 is on the horizon. Not bad for someone with nothing better to do. I only speak to small independent companies and this is one of the best.

Often pick up a sausage or bacon in a roll on my way into London. At £2 it's good value and tasty. The owners are always very friendly.

We picked up a bacon and egg bap as we have done many times! It was delicious and warming on a cold day. Cost £3.30, good value. I recommend a visit!

The Whistle Stop has the best bacon sandwich around. The bread they use is fresh and delivered straight from the bakery daily. Excellent service, you won't be disappointed!

My go-to place for a morning cup of tea before I get on the train. The lady that runs this is so friendly and chatty, when she has a free moment! She's always busy and got so many things on the go at once. Don't know how she does it because everything is fresh, tastes great and she serves everyone so quickly. Love it!!!

This is a lovely, convenient and clean food place next door to Northwood Hills Metropolitan LIne Station. Chatty, happy lady owner cheers everyone up. Would highly recommend the bacon and eggs baps, they are excellent. It is a very convenient food stop when going into London or when returning! Open early morning until early afternoon.

Amazing bacon bap served fast. I've seen my train approaching from the bridge, ordered and got my food and still had time to get in to the station and catch my train.

Given that it's right by the station I use daily it's a god-send that this place is so good! There are many station based places that are purely functional, and their business comes from people passing through so they don't care. Here they care! You will always get a smile and a warm welcome, and the food is brilliant. Really sets you up for the day.

Whenever I go through Northwood Hills , I pop in to this shop for my regular Tuna Salad roll plus some thing else if I fancy . The shop is very clean and food served is fresh .

We gave had a bacon and egg bap several times and every time it is excellent. Freshly cooked and tasted. Go and try. It is conveniently located by Northwood Hills station. Lovely every time. Staff are very friendly and provide great service!

I love this place. The lady who owns and runs Whistle Stop is pleasant and chatty and quick at serving food. My favourite is bacon and egg bap. The egg is served as you like it and the bacon is thick and nicely cooked. Just the ticket after a long circular walk around Ruislip Lido and back. It is excellent value for money and has a good range of food on offer. It is conveniently located next door to Northwood Hills Metropolitan Underground Station and frequently provides me with sustenance prior to an underground journey.

Come here all the time for a quick breakfast takeaway. The family run business is great and are so friendly. Recommended for anyone!

Used to go very often in morning when I was local. They do great sandwich at affordable price. Sandwich are quite big too. They make the sandwich on your order and are very quick.

I always when passing by order my breakfast from this smallish place near the station and I was never dissaponited. Service is fast and decent food for a moderate price.

It's changed hands a few times over the years. But always fresh bread and fillings for rolls and sandwiches. Hot rolls in the morning with tea and coffee freshley made. A local landmark with good food on the go.

The title really says it all but to give background I've been going to Whistle Stop for over 10 years as I went to school near by.I always made it a point to go if ever in the area after finishing school and now make special stops when visiting the UK.I feel I shouldn't give the secret away!
