Very good food. Barman passed my barmen test: Sherry please. Barmans response: which would you like, I have 3. Had a pinot in the correct glass and it was excellent.

Visited a conference at this hotel and decided to have lunch in the Artisan grill, having walked in and waited by the entrance I was simply ignored for at least 3-4 minutes, in fact it was only a memeber of staff that was replenishing some sandwiches who even bothered to acknowledge me. To give this guy credit as soon as I said I would like a table he went and asked another team member to help. I was seated at 13:15, and for coming up to 20 minutes I was simply ignored, no waiting staff appaorched to take my order, in fact hardly any waiting staff were around, and the one that was seemed to be constantly walking over to the other part of the premises known as Artisan table, and from what I could see was chatting with other staff in that area. It got to about 13:35 and I finally caught the eye of a waitress, who wnet to another table and only came to mine after a further few miuntes, it was close to 13:40 when they finally took my order comprising a drink a starter and a main. Whilst at that point I was not happy I had an expectation that I would now be served in a timely manner that would allow me to have lunch and get to my next meeting. However that was not the case and after a further 25 miuntes I had still not been served anything, not even my drink. Finally a waitier approached, who I now know to be the manager, and had bought the starter and main at the same time, As already mentioned I still had not been served my drink at this time, and too be frank I had simply had enough of this dire service and made my thoughts known. To give the guy his due he was very apologetic and suggested that he would waive the bill, however I was now past the point where I would have been able to enjoy the meal as I had pre booked events to attend. So I decided to leave. Not an experieince that I ever wish to repeat, and I understand that they may have been short staffed, but this is a major hotel in London, so you would think they would have processes in place, for example if you don't have the staff then don't open the Grill part of the restuarant but instead put your focus on the Artisan Table section which is a self service buffet, where in fact I had paid for breakfast that morning, so the rating I give for food is based on the breakfast and not lunch as I never got to eat it.

Tropezó en este lugar para almorzar. Una joya escondida. Silencio. Excelente menú. Cosas sanas, no sólo patatas fritas calientes. Verduras reales. Ensalada. Pollo. Personal amable. Conveniente ubicación en la estación Hammersmith. Bien de precio también. Muy recomendable para locales y turistas.

Bertotti tuvo un pop-up en Fume BBQ Festival. Pagamos por 2 cucharadas y preguntamos si se podían poner en bañeras separadas para que pudiéramos compartir. El gerente dijo que no podía hacerlo. Luego preguntamos si podíamos tener una tina vacía para que pudiéramos dividirla nosotros mismos: el gerente se enfadó y dijo que había viajado por el mundo y que no encontraríamos una heladería en ningún lugar que diera una tina gratis. Encontré este comportamiento muy extraño y confuso - no volvería a comprar desde allí!

Great pub to watch football and to eat nacho's. The service was very good, thumbs up for Ben.

What a great find before the theatre. Friendly welcoming staff and a beautiful interior. I had steak and Ale pie, which is one of the best I have ever tasted. Reasonable prices. Also welcomes dogs!.

Food was great, service was pretty good too (bill took a long time coming which was a bit stressful as we were going on to a show). Venue seemed cramped and was quite cold, but all dishes were delicious.

Top top place con un ambiente frío y relajado. Excelente servicio. Personal muy amable y servicial. Ambiente relajado. Sabrosa cocina polaca , buena gama de bebidas disponibles, excelentes postres y café top , top también. Volvemos otra vez, una y otra vez 🙂

Bartender graciously made a drink for my taste. Was absolutely lovely. Food and service were excellent. Great location as well.

Fabulous pub! We only had wine but they have a delicious menu of options on their blackboards. There is a sweet fire in the corner which is perfect for these wintery days. Staff were uber friendly. My mate and I were commenting on how we loved the decor and vibe, must go back sometime for a quiz night or Sunday roast. I saw signs advertising loads of themed nights such as pizza and quiz nights - so I think this could possibly be London's most perfect pub!

Otra noche encantadora en el Andover Arms. Comida de calidad de restaurante, equipo amable, atento, ambiente acogedor - ¿hay algún mejor lugar para pasar una acogedora noche de diciembre con amigos? ¡Una verdadera joya!

Seems that the heating is broken or they dont want to switch it on but if even the staff is wearing coats as its too cold, they should really re-think the concept. Unbelievable !!! I give the pub a try every half year or so and it just becomes worst and worst. Wont be coming back here and can only recommand to avoid it at all costs

Un desastre absoluto de experiencia. No estoy seguro de si esta es su norma o lo que había pasado hoy era una vez libre. A menudo paso por este pub en mis rutas de running y admiraba su ubicación. Hoy fuimos a almorzar, el día del boxeo. El pub no estaba muy ocupado, pero un servidor tratando de gestionar pedidos y bebidas. Las bebidas están bien, pero la comida fue un desastre absoluto. Esperamos 30 minutos para los entrantes, sopa que finalmente llegó pero más bien fría. Fue devuelto, recalentado con su guarnición / verde y traído de vuelta a nosotros. La red llegó después de otros 30 minutos, y unas cuantas indicaciones al camarero notando que los mejillones con patatas fritas no se pueden recalentar y para agregar que para entonces habíamos estado en el pub durante 70 minutos, por desgracia la comida una vez más vino fría. Tenía una patata frita y era terrible. No solo frío, sino frito en un aceite viejo que se ha vuelto rancio. Sabor terrible. Los mejillones seguían en la cocina. Cuando nos quejamos, el camarero empezó a tocar las fichas con las manos como para demostrar que estábamos equivocados. Para entonces, era demasiado. Salimos, hambrientos, molestos y parte de nuestro Boxing Day ya se ha arruinado. Nunca volveremos.
