Great pub to watch football and to eat nacho's. The service was very good, thumbs up for Ben.

No one to welcome you and show you a table, for lunch or a drink? Now you scan and pay for your meal in advance. It is delivered to your table very quickly! Don't ask questions, there's no one to answer them! On the other hand, as much as I didn't like the small round table where you can't put your coat down because you're sitting on a stool, I loved their fish and chips!!! Really Excellent!

Everything was great here too. Definitely coming back.

We had a long day out and fancied a meal out. The Swan in Hammersmith had a nice appeal to it with a great drink selection where I had a Corona. I also enjoyed a Lentil Pie which was really lovely.

Food was delicious and delivered faster than expected despite the place seem buzzing. Staff was nice and polite and willing to recommend dishes.

I’ve been here just for a drink but ended up having food as well since I enjoyed the vibe. I had one of the best beef shin pies I have had in a while. I will definitely come back.

Came in for some food and drinks with friends. The atmosphere is great, we were welcomed and taken care of from the start. The pub offers lots of great spaces including a function room for larger parties. Beer was excellent so was our food, compliments to the team! Great venue with lots of cosy spots to relax and enjoy the time with your friends and watch the world go by.

Very nice experience. The environment is very suggestive, we arrived a little late to eat, around 8.30pm. Despite this they served us, we had quite a good time!

Busy bar near to Hammersmith station. Cool inside with lots of TV screens to watch the football. Near to the Apollo theatre so can get very busy just before and after shows.

Appena entrati siamo andati al piano di sopra dove un ragazzo ci ha detto di tornare di sotto che dovevamo dargli il tempo di pulire… ci siamo messi in un tavolo e abbiamo ordinato .. non ci hanno portato le posate nonostante le avessimo chieste 2 volte… alla terza ce l’abbiamo fatta e intanto il cibo di è raffreddato. Non è arrivato un dolce, lo abbiamo sollecitato due volte , alla terza ci siamo fatti ridare i soldi. Il personale è giovane e scortese e non sono attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Mi spiace

Nice pub, very close to station

A dinner and a breakfast at The Swan. The dinner was very very good, soft and tasty, Beef Rib, Shin & Brisket Pie with fries. The breakfast was an authentic english breakfast, The Nicholson's breakfast: a bit too much for me, but the sausage was tasty, and all of the other parts was good. Thank you for the experience, highly recommend place.

Organised a team building event recently and hired a room and had a brilliant buffet. 10/10! The staff were very helpful with everything! Thank you! Bryn

The menu is pretty good and the meal I had was a reasonable price for London and tasty. The bar staff on my visit was good. Nice interior, but the atmosphere obviously depends on time of day. When i first went in, there was a rowdy crowd but a lot more peaceful once they left!

For me the Chicken Schnitzel with French Fries is great. I like Capers so could be something to add to the dish. The staff and service are what make the Swan a pleasure to visit. (Edit) Had a very pleasant evening last night, new bar staff are quick to serve and have witty banter. It is a shame that Adam supports Chelsea... ;-)

We have been a couple of times here over the years.. I always enjoyed very much the food and the atmosphere here. I will gladly come back in the future while visiting London.

Old style London Pub. Beautiful wood everywhere, looks a recent rennovation. Good service, food was hot and tasty. Went lunch time, so quiet. Can imagine buzzing at night.

A beautiful pub with a gorgeous interior. The staff are friendly and professional. The prices are really good. The location, directly opposite the station, makes it an ideal meeting point. I highly recommend this pub.

Found this on Google Maps before my trip. Very popular place. Had a couple of Guinness with Runny Scotch eggs with English mustard brown sauce.

We were going to a show at Hammersmith Apollo and decided to go to The Swan for something to eat beforehand. The food was delicious and the service was so quick and staff were friendly. There’s a great atmosphere in the pub so not surprised it gets busy. Would highly recommend and we will definitely go back again.

Pub tradizionale con arredamento classico. Locale molto ampio e con diverse sale, quindi si può scegliere se restare nella parte più vivace del pub o accomodarsi in una delle sale più tranquille. Si ordina tramite app (ci abbiamo messo un po', non era subito intuitivo), il menu offre cucina tradizionale inglese, con porzioni più che abbondanti. Buona la varietà di birre. Il servizio è molto veloce e la qualità dei piatti eccellente. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzi corretti per la qualità dei prodotti, considerando che siamo a Londra. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta per una buona cena in coppia, in famiglia o con amici.

An establishment that dates to the 1870's. Victorian decor complete with crown moulding and chandeliers to match. Excellent cocktails to start off. I had the traditional fish n chips which was delicious. Good atmosphere and good food. Pleny of televisions to catch the games too.

We ate after arriving in Hammersmith where we had the hotel and we really liked it. We were surprised by the quality of some sandwiches we ordered and some nachos to share that were delicious!!... plus the beers we tried great too. If you go with children it is more difficult to get their food right but that is another story. The place was very nice and spacious and on a Thursday at 1pm there were few people. In the afternoon when people finish working they get busy.

Muy buen pub pero comida horrible. Pedimos el sándwich del club de elección de casa. Pan seco cortado en rodajas de supermercado, mezcla cantidad excesiva de tocino seco, pollo apenas cocido y apenas relleno de ensalada. Chips de horno seco. Las mordeduras de pollo eran comestibles.

Met up here with guys I used to work with until I retired 10 years ago.Our " old " senior partner organised a meeting in one of the rear areas.16 of us turned up with average age of 70.The manager also organised food as well. He has allowed us to "take over" about twice a year.Great to see all the retired fellow workers. Serious thanks to the manager.

Large local pub situated just outside Hammersmith Station. It is spread over several floors with a large bar , seating and dining room on the ground floor. They also have a small outdoor seating area. A good place to meet friends for drinks.

Very charming building! Good service and food for the price. I ordered the Sunday roast and enjoyed it. The food was well seasoned and the sauce complimented it well. I read the reviews before ordering and one person said they don't have much meat, but I had a good portion, which I was very grateful for. It was served with a yorkshire pudding which isn't in the picture because it was packaged separately to avoid becoming soggy.

Went to The Swan twice when we were in London for Royal Ascot, excellent food, excellent welcoming staff and a great selection of drinks. Would definitely recommend and return if in the area 😁😁😁

I came today around 5pm to ask if they will have the Finnal Champion League. They told me "yes". Then, I asked if we can come with children (they were with me at that moment). They said "yes". I asked if the whole game and they said yes. We arrived before the second time and when we try to come in they said no because of children. Why? They told me "yes" 3 hours ago. He said "yes but upstairs". How the hell can we go upstairs if they cannot come in? *** I'm reading The Swan's reply and I'm laughing. Come on!!! Reservation next time? Why do you think we went at 5pm to ask?? To know it before the game. I don't care the excuses now, we wasted the time walking to ask at 5pm. If you say that from the first moment, when we went to ask, we would have made the reservation at that moment.

Amazing time watching the Real Vs Dortmund UCL final. Staff were incredible dealing with an absolute tidal wave of customers and orders. If you are in the area and fancy watching any sports give this place a go. You won't be disappointed.

Tipico pub londinese logisticamente perfetto per chi scende dalla Circle Line ad Hammersmith. Ampia scelta di birre con prezzi relativamente contenuti rispetto ad altri pub downtown. Se si vuole stuzzicare qualcosa (dolce o salato) anche in questo il menù permette un buon numero di opzioni. Se il tempo permette é possibile sedersi all'esterno in un piccolo dehor ma il fascino del pub ovviamente di apprezza all'interno.

Very good pub opposite Hammersmith tube station. Great selection of beers and nice bar staff. Currently undergoing a refurb and looking good, so can't wait to go in for a beer and maybe some food too.

The first time I visited, it was by chance: was in Hammersmith with my family, saw The Swan from the street, and as tourists made the decision to eat there based solely on how inviting it looked. We were very happy with our decision because the food, atmosphere and service were all excellent. I'm a vegetarian, and I was pleased with the choices. I visited again on another trip two years later, and this time I specifically traveled to the area to patronize The Swan. It was as pleasant as I remembered!

Our server, Niamh, was very attentive and friendly. The food was great. I had the Steak and Ale Pie. My other half had the Lamb Shank Pie. Both were great. We sat in the upper floor with a view of the street below. A great way to close out our England visit.

Great place for a quick pint (or two) and for quick food, I wouldn’t get anything large here as it’s not the greatest.

We travelled from Preston and was staying close by; we rang ahead to check children would be welcomed after 7pm (we wanted to watch the England v Brazil game). Not only were we reassured that it was very much a ‘family friendly’ pub; they also said they’d book us a table near a screen to ensure we didn’t miss the game. Wonderful customer service; great team; good pub grub and with three children we couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Popped in before Theatre trip and a very nice surprise. Staff were wonderful. Fast service, polite. Great range of drinks on offer. Went upstairs to eat. Good amount of space and choice on the menu. This is a proper old style London pub. I enjoyed the bustling atmosphere, the architecture and decor. Good selection of drinks and decent food. Perfect for a pre-show meal or drink if you're heading to the Apollo

Very good food, good service in a very old building, worth visiting.

Nice little pub straight off the tube or bus. Traditional style,clean and friendly.Good choice of pub food,pies are really nice and the Sunday roast not bad.Tvs can get a bit loud on match days but not a rowdy place.Recommended for a drink and something to eat if your hanging around for train or bus.

Only popped in for a quick pint. £5.90 for a pint of 3.8% mediocre cask ale. I thought this was a bit steep even for London. The TT Landlord is £6.30. No wonder people go to Wetherspoon's next door. The pub itself has bags of character, but surely Nicholson's, as a large pub chain, has the buying power to sell beer at more competitive prices.

Good selection of drinks, didn't have any food, good location from tube station and apollo theatre, toilets are upstairs though.

I am a shareholder of this company and have visited many of their establishments throughout the UK. I would certainly revisit all of them apart from this one. The customer service is extremely poor but this is certainly due to the abysmal leadership of Adam the manager. Arrogance, Adam, is not something you should be showing in this industry. Izzy, however, was very good at her role and was very polite. Perhaps the manager should spend some time shadowing her to learn a few things. There is no organisation here with regards to food service. No staff appear to have a clue where prebooked customers are sitting. Also, the mains were brought out before starters were finished. Front of house and kitchen staff need to develop their communication skills. Maybe the running of this establishment is beyond the skills of the current manager.

A great pub, we went in to watch the rugby before heading over the road to a gig at the Apollo. They had a good choice of beers and the prices were reasonable, the staff were great and service was prompt. Someone had even taken trouble to know who was playing at the Apollo and play appropriate music in the pub beforehand.

Wouldnt accept scottish notes - pound sterling.
