A bright and friendly pub with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive and kind, and Emanuele stood out for his professionalism he made us feel completely at home. Fabrizio is a great chef. Come and try the food. You will not regret it. A great spot to relax and enjoy good company.

I have been there couple of times in the past years. Last time I went for Sunday roast, and the back side of my roast was all burnt… but they hide that side down. I am glad I turned it up and checked…. They did swap the dish. But since that time, I haven’t gone again…. I think they have nice vibe, drinks and food. Although I don’t particularly fancy their food, it was average. But giving the customer one piece of half burnt roast is a bit… weird.

A fantastic pub with an upmarket interior tempting you to sit and stay. I had a warm greeting from the wait staff who confirmed for me that the (ve) labelled items were indeed vegan. I went for the 'nduja rigatoni which was excellent: plant based 'nduja which integrates seamlessly into the lovely tomato-ey sauce. Rigatoni was well cooked between soft and al dente. Plant-based burrata provided a cooling soft texture to balance the smoked chilli crumbs - an excellent dish overall. Recommended if you're in the area looking for an easy-going and satisfying pub meal.

I’m a regular at The Brown Cow. Have yet to have a bad meal. Today’s was the lamb shank (Sunday special). Utterly delicious! Shout out to Emanuele who’s wonderful!

Beautiful location, in a typically English pub where you can have breakfast, brunch or dinner. Warm and welcoming place like the guys who run it, starting with Francesco 🤩 who with his all Italian (fabulous) and very professional way helped us in choosing the menu making us feel at ease. My partner and I visited The Brown Cow for lunch. Francesco gave us a warm welcome and our booth by the window was super comfy. The food was tasty, and the toilets were spotless. Will definitely be back!

We spent two weeks in London for holiday and on our first night after a long travel we stopped in for a cider and a bite. It was great. We revisited twice more and was the only repeat visit we made anywhere. Menu was nice and appeared to have minor updates every so often. They also had prime specials that I tried and both were great. The Tomahawk was fabulous and great presentation for a pub and plenty for two or three people if you’re not looking to indulge. The Picanha was also superb.

The brown cow is my local pub and since the first time that i entered the pub it has been such an amazing experience. The staff there is absolutely amazing especially, Ciccio who always has a smile on his face when you enter the pub. It is an amazing local pub with the best staff, atmosphere and live music!

Always a fantastic place to go for outstanding food and great service! The staff are amazingly attentive and Emanele always has a chat and puts a smile on everyone’s face! If you’re near by I HIGHLY recommend popping in.

The food was good, I had the special, lamb shank roast, and my wife had the chicken roast. The ambience was nice, and the place was buzzing with people. A bit on the more expensive side though.

The worst roast ever. Couldn't even cut the potatoes and the meat was dry as a boot. A real shame

Excellent Sunday roast perfect for family meals. Their Sunday menu offered 4 different choices to choose for your Sunday roast, with the perfect twist for each choose meat. Veggie, beef, pork or chicken. It was a little pricey (20 to 25£), but portion very generous and a great diversity in the plate. It was a perfect introduction to a traditional English meal, and the selection of wine looked to be for every taste. A good local pub perfect for locals wanting to make an evening special. I am looking forward to returning there.

We were in London for a weekend and attended the Fulham game and wanted to have a Sunday Roast dinner and chose the Brown Cow. All around excellent food and service with a classic roast served with a good sauce and proper roasted potatoes and parsnips. A nice atmosphere, and excellent Ales to go along. Hit all the notes we were looking for.

I am very much enjoying my Wednesday dinner here at the Brown Cow. The staff are lovely, excellent portions and good drinks. I enjoyed the burger and will be back to try the linguine. Fulham prices but a girls gotta drink. Highly recommend.

We went for sunday lunch after a friend recommended to us, starters were very nice we got focaccia and squid, but the top was the sunday roast, potato crispy and fluffy, roast beef cook to perfection and the gravy was really yummy, service was spot on just like the food! thanks everyone we’ll come back for sure

We visited The Brown Cow in Fulham yesterday with the family for a Sunday roast, and it was fantastic. The beef was perfectly cooked, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his tasty and generously sized chicken. The potatoes were also perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. Simply put, it was the best roast we've had in London. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

We realised when we arrived that the table reserved for us was in a rather noisy part of the restaurant, so asked if it would be possible to move to a quieter table. We were accommodated immediately, the staff were friendly and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday roast.

Below Average - Very Unsatisfying and Disappointing. Having heard good things, I visited with three friends yesterday. While the service was good, the food was extremely disappointing. The roast consisted of just two roast potatoes, half a parsnip, a small pile of bland, wet, and barely edible greens, and what I can only assume was carrot and swede mash—completely flavourless. The Yorkshire pudding was standard, the beef was chewy and tasteless, and everything sat in a lake of bland gravy. Additionally, my friend found a long black hair in his food. The manager did remove it from the bill, which was appreciated, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Another friend ordered the butternut squash and black bean tostada, and from what I heard, that was just as bad. The only redeeming quality was the friendly service from the waitstaff. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for such a disappointing meal and is not enough to make me want to return. We all left unsatisfied, the bill was expensive, and it didn’t feel like good value for money.

Brought some friends here for the first time and it was such great experience! Food was amazing, service was brilliant and the atmosphere was such good fun! We had drinks and dinner, we had steaks and they were perfection, all the staff were so lovely. Can’t recommend it enough, such a lovely pub!

Popped in here for a burger and a beer. The burger was delicious. One of the best I’ve had in a while. Love the refreshed decor and the staff were lovely.

Had the Sunday roast chicken, and was very disappointed. My partners looked lovely but mine was a poor cut of meat and half of it was blackened bones! To be fair to the waiter, I mentioned it after finishing my meal, and they kindly brought me some chicken breast on its own with some gravy - but this did make chuckle as I had already finished! So I kindly declined it. Either way, if I’m spending £100+ on a Sunday lunch I expect some chicken breast not the off cuts! The roast potatoes were also very clearly from the day before. Overall very disappointing for the price tag…

¡Tuvimos una deliciosa comida en The Brown Cow anoche! Mis padres estaban de visita, así que reservé una mesa para cenar y disfrutar de la música en vivo a partir de las 9 ish. Empezamos con vieiras y calamares, ambos se veían y sabían muy bien. La porción de vieira era más grande de lo esperado, y el pudín negro añadido era una buena ventaja! Para la alimentación principal, teníamos merluza y almejas — pescado cremoso, perfectamente cocinado con excelentes adiciones como samphire (aunque no estaba seguro sobre la piel de pollo crujiente — realmente no era necesario). Mis padres tenían el filete y el curry de lentejas, ambos bien cocinados, bellamente presentados y generosamente divididos. Todo lavado con un par de botellas de pinot G! De postre, compartimos los donuts tiramisú y biscoff, ¡ambos deliciosos! El servicio era impecable — todo llegó rápidamente, y nos revisaron atentamente sin que se sintiera intrusivo. Era bastante ruidoso (como era de esperar en un viernes por la noche), pero nos encantó el ambiente mojado. Definitivamente vale la pena el dinero, y los nuevos elementos del menú están bien pensados. Bien hecho, BC — ¡volveremos pronto!

We made a booking for dinner but were running a little late, the receptionist was very helpful and changed our table booking. We arrived to a buzzing atmosphere and although we had to wait for our drinks and food ( given the staff were rushed off their feet) The vibe was very welcoming! I opted for one of the special offerings of fish , my chargrilled mackerel was delicious with a side serving of vegetables and my husband had the scotch egg and clams and all the dishes were wonderful!! We were told that the Sunday roasts are amazing so we would be certainly be returning.

Excellent, thoughtful service and excellent atmosphere. The food looked appetizing, but to be honest it was pretty bland. Especially the vegetables, they had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I enjoyed my experience but I won't be back.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Brown Cow and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable: the staff was courteous, attentive and always ready to satisfy our every request with a smile. But the real surprise was the cuisine, which turned out to be simply wonderful. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, prepared with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The presentation of the dishes is taken care of down to the smallest detail, and each course was a delight for the palate. A gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience an evening of good food and impeccable service.

Perfectly fine atmosphere nice staff but £18 for a martini seems a bit crazy. £12-15 is standard at nice London venues these days but £18 is a bit ridiculous. Even at Dukes, in Mayfair, the home of the Martini, and a place where they can charge as much as they like it is £16.95 so I would suggest £18 is a bit steep for an average Fulham martini

Superb pub, typical of Butcombe. Delightful decor, excellent service. Atmosphere was slightly lacking simply because it was mid-morning on Boxing Day and obviously few others were venturing out. Will certainly return.

Really lovely buzzing pub. Lots of things off the menu though which was surprising for 6pm on a Thursday near Christmas so sadly couldn't have my first choice dish. Also had to send back my crab linguine as had no flavour but the waiter was very accommodating and when it came back it was delicious with a lot more crab meat!

REALLY poor Sunday roast for the second time in a matter of months. It's a real shame because it's a lovely pub and I go often. But the veg is cold, the Yorkshire's are rubbery, potatoes have been under a heat lamp for god knows how long, and the cuts of beef were mostly rind. Pretty sure loads of dishes are plated ahead of time, because the roast is put in front of you within five minutes of ordering it. It is a complete waste of money. Stick to a pint and fish and chips if you visit.

Great food and drinks,Francesco was lovely and allowed us to have the table a lot longer than our booking ! The only reason I didn’t give 5* overall is because there are no baby changing facilities and when you have a 9 week old baby it’s quite essential! Also no accessible loo.

Nicely decorated place and friendly staff, but TERRIBLE food. We had the Christmas menu. Pigs in blanket were cold inside, I suspect they've been microwaved. Crab pasta was overcooked and tasteless. Friend's ravioli was not good. The scotch egg however was very good, breaded outside was crispy, pork was juicy and went well with the chutney. And good Bloody Mary. Generally not worth the money.
