Excellent roast, excellent service and atmosphere. We will definitely return.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Brown Cow and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable: the staff was courteous, attentive and always ready to satisfy our every request with a smile. But the real surprise was the cuisine, which turned out to be simply wonderful. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, prepared with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The presentation of the dishes is taken care of down to the smallest detail, and each course was a delight for the palate. A gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience an evening of good food and impeccable service.

Perfectly fine atmosphere nice staff but £18 for a martini seems a bit crazy. £12-15 is standard at nice London venues these days but £18 is a bit ridiculous. Even at Dukes, in Mayfair, the home of the Martini, and a place where they can charge as much as they like it is £16.95 so I would suggest £18 is a bit steep for an average Fulham martini

Superb pub, typical of Butcombe. Delightful decor, excellent service. Atmosphere was slightly lacking simply because it was mid-morning on Boxing Day and obviously few others were venturing out. Will certainly return.

Francesco rocks the show! It’s chill and relaxing but then music on a live Friday the music is bustling and it’s a vibe!

Really lovely buzzing pub. Lots of things off the menu though which was surprising for 6pm on a Thursday near Christmas so sadly couldn't have my first choice dish. Also had to send back my crab linguine as had no flavour but the waiter was very accommodating and when it came back it was delicious with a lot more crab meat!

REALLY poor Sunday roast for the second time in a matter of months. It's a real shame because it's a lovely pub and I go often. But the veg is cold, the Yorkshire's are rubbery, potatoes have been under a heat lamp for god knows how long, and the cuts of beef were mostly rind. Pretty sure loads of dishes are plated ahead of time, because the roast is put in front of you within five minutes of ordering it. It is a complete waste of money. Stick to a pint and fish and chips if you visit.

FRANCESCO is the man. Love that guy. Get the flat iron steak and the mackerel salad.

Great food and drinks,Francesco was lovely and allowed us to have the table a lot longer than our booking ! The only reason I didn’t give 5* overall is because there are no baby changing facilities and when you have a 9 week old baby it’s quite essential! Also no accessible loo.

The best roast we have had since living in London! The atmosphere was great- every table full and a real mix of couples, young families and big groups. Good was excellent- and plenty of it. Excellent wine list- options by the carafe a nice touch also. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Nicely decorated place and friendly staff, but TERRIBLE food. We had the Christmas menu. Pigs in blanket were cold inside, I suspect they've been microwaved. Crab pasta was overcooked and tasteless. Friend's ravioli was not good. The scotch egg however was very good, breaded outside was crispy, pork was juicy and went well with the chutney. And good Bloody Mary. Generally not worth the money.

Such a warm & friendly neighborhood spot where kids & pups are welcome. Atmosphere was super cozy, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and just lively enough to make it feel like a night out without being overly loud. Francesco was a great host, and the waiters were very attentive!

Always an amazing night at The Brown Cow. There’s live music on Fridays which is the perfect spot and best vibe for every type of person. Get yourselves down!

Brilliant lunch at the Brown Cow yesterday, under new management but menu and food was still on top form, and a little interior refresh never hurts anyone. Brilliant as ever.

What a fabulous vibrant atmosphere. Loved this place, decorated beautifully, cosy , great food and the service was outstanding by our two servers and the maitre’de who went above and beyond to bring our table forward 2 hours on very busy evening. Would definitely come back

Booked for Sunday lunch - 12.45-2.45. Was promptly seated and orders taken by lovely staff member. Carvery was disappointing - one dinner was swimming in gravy and pork tasted like it had been reheated. After eating we were made to feel under pressure to leave and the manager informed us that the table was booked for another sitting at 1.45, even though we'd a booking until 2.45. Won't be back. Sunday lunch should be relaxed and within an hour we were made to feel we'd outstayed!

A nice and welcoming pub in Fulham Road, the food is good, although a bit pricy, good vibe and service.

Staff were lovely, really accommodating. We are particularly grateful to Francesco who was very attentive and ensured that we got a table despite it being a very busy Thursday evening. The food and beers were great.

Best Pub I have ever been to. The food was amazing, from tipical to the usual, every dish very well done, congratulations to the chef. Service on point, loved our waiter, Francesco, very educated, happy, nice, and professional. It was a very nice atmosphere, I came with family and it was a wonderful experience, and I'm sure it would be with friends as well, the decorations alone already makes you fall in love with the pub. It's the perfect place to socialize, have a drink or even a nice "home cooked" like meal, all in a very cozy and welcoming environment, also like home, super worth it. I definitely recommend it.

Nice place, and the roast was good, not spectacular. The beef was excellent, but potatoes, veg, and Yorkshire pudding were under par. Cost is on the expensive side, £80 for two roast dinners and two drinks.

Had a beef Sunday Roast and it was pretty good! A bit chewy at points but overall tasty, the chicken my girlfriend had was super juicy so the food is good regardless, service amazing and very very nice gastropub

Not very impressed with having to wait an hour and 10 minutes for my food. I understand it was a Friday night and the pub was busy, but a warning from staff that food would take a long time would’ve been appreciated. Eventually everyone else at my table got their food after an hour, but I had to wait a further 10 minutes for my crab linguine to arrive! Despite me insisting they start eating, out of politeness most of my party waited until my food arrived to eat and by that time their food was cold. I was really disappointed by my meal. Could barely locate any crab meat or taste the chilli that was supposed to be in it. Really flavourless and underwhelming dish. Would not recommend, especially not at a price of £22 which is a complete rip off. However, my husband’s steak & chips was really good, so I obviously just made a poor menu choice!

I was accommodated at short notice at this lovely venue thanks to the efforts of the brilliant staff. We were looked after by Francesco who made sure all our needs were catered for. The food was class and the choice of drinks spot on! Will definitely come back.

Great service, food was excellent!

Food came within approximately 3 minutes of ordering so clearly nothing is prepared fresh. Asked for sauce to be separate but came on the plate, then was returned to the kitchen and clearly 'scraped and moved' as horseradish remained on my food. Asked for wine to come with food and it arrived after approx 25 mins of eating (food was completed), drinks came after the food also. Beef had lots of fat on (pictured) which wasn't rendered down so wasn't edible and a very small variety of 'seasonal veg' - lots of cabbage and not a lot else. Extra side of potatoes were amazing - highlighting that the potatoes on the main meal are not prepared fresh..was very excited about this meal but ended up leaving without dessert due to the experience...wouldn't recommend...

I’m visiting London for a week (from the States). This was probably our favorite meal of the trip. The Mirabeau spritz is one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, and the food was divine. We had the breakfast tacos and shakshuka with a chocolate croissant. We also ordered a Paloma and a non-alcoholic elderflower spritz. All delicious. The only thing that made us sad about the place was that it was completely empty except for us (at 10AM on a Friday, to be fair)! Incredible brunch with good service. Don’t hesitate!

I was in need of a place to gather some friends and family before I headed back to the US the following day, it just so happened to be the same day as the Euro Final between England and Spain. I checked with a few other pubs close to this one and was told flat out "not a chance". Walked in to the Brown Cow, had a quick chat with Emanuel, he said it was very unlikely he would be able to accommodate us (more than 10 people) on the day as he was pretty booked up already, and as the evening wore on there would be no chance. I explained I trying to gather a few friends and family members to have a little send off, I'm an expat living in the states. Emanuel went to his computer with me and moved all kinds of reservations around to fit us in. It was a wonderful last day in London, and we were taken care of so well by Emanuel and the rest of the Brown Cow staff. Thanks for all you did to make this happen, can't wait to visit again soon. Nice and cozy pub in the heart of Fulham with delicious food (do not miss the mezze). Francesco and the staff are amazing.

New refurb looks very smart and the team have made sure that it’s still the same Brown Cow that we all love and know! Food is excellent. I’d recommend steak and eggs for Brunch, the tandoori chicken thighs or ribs main. Don’t forget to share a tiramisu - as good as in Italy! Delicious food and great service. Give it a try! You won’t regret it.

this is just my favourite place!!! for me that I'm in love with dogs, this is a pet friendly place, where they treat well you and your best friend!! food is amazing, Fabrizio is a great chef, always friendly and available to prepare for you delicious dishes. Brought some friends here for the first time and it was such great experience! Food was amazing, service was brilliant and the atmosphere was such good fun! We had drinks and dinner, we had steaks and they were perfection, all the staff were so lovely. Can’t recommend it enough, such a lovely pub!

We are regular longstanding customers of The Brown Cow, but unfortunately it seems that since the refurbishment of the pub, the levels of service and food have gone downhill dramatically. We waited well over an hour for starters to arrive for example and the team seemed totally disorganised. I hope that this is just a glitch and that normal service and standards will resume…..

The Brown Cow is what it is. Newly decorated. Great manager from Sicily. It's for a certain type of person and is core to Fulham proper. Simple. If you don't like it, you are just not Fulham, and that fine, go somewhere else. We don't mind.

Francesco is always fantastic along with his team, his brother cooks some of the best food in Fulham - a mix of all different dishes. Always brilliant and the refurbishment has made all the difference. Would recommend above any other gastro pub in London.

I want this place to succeed as it is local and has recently undergone a refit, but my visit yesterday was disappointing. The portions were measly for what they charge and the service was slow (I guess because of all the people coming to the relaunch). The kitchen need to up their game.

The food and service was outstanding and Cristine was wonderful and very friendly !!! We will definitely be back!!!
