I was there with My Friend. Bartender was friendly and admit he didn't know where one beer is coming from (honesty++). This pub have beautiful backyard with tent and Nice light garden. People had great mood (customers and employers). Good place to go sitting drinking and talking with Friend.

Really loved the Mango salad with salmon.

I recently hosted a birthday event at The Rose pub, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. I had booked the garden area more than two weeks in advance for a group of 25 people. Initially, the online communication was helpful, but things took a turn when I inquired about our table arrangements. The manager informed me that they couldn't allocate specific seats due to other bookings but assured me that "you will have enough tables for everyone and enough space to stand and mingle." However, when we arrived, the tables were not prepared, and there were already people seated everywhere. For a group of 20 people who arrived, we were given one table that could hardly seat six people. This was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. When I raised the concerns, we were given three separate tables in different parts of the garden, making it challenging to bring them closer together. Not sure how all my guests were supposed to "mingle" in that aisle. This was particularly disappointing as I had paid a deposit and clearly stated this was a birthday celebration. To add to the frustration, a large table that could have accommodated all my guests was occupied by just three people. When I inquired about the possibility of moving them, I was told they had their own event, which made the allocation seem poorly managed. Eventually, we moved to the large table when it became available, but the issues did not stop there. A waiter mistakenly brought us a check for food we did not order, and even after explaining this to the manager, it seemed the situation was poorly handled. However, to be fair, the manager did apologise for the confusion afterward. The most upsetting part of the evening came later. After moving inside when the garden area closed, my guests and I placed all the birthday presents, along with a few backpacks and a shopper, on a seat near a window close to the entrance while we ordered our last drinks. I was keeping an eye on the gifts, as they were only about a meter away from me. Within a few minutes, to our shock, all of the gifts were stolen. I strongly suspect that the group of people celebrating nearby took them, as this was confirmed by a witness, and the theft occurred within a very short timeframe. While I cannot directly blame the pub and managers for this, I was surprised to learn from the manager that there were no CCTV cameras covering the area. The manager's response, stating it was not their responsibility to provide security, was equally troubling. While I understand that pubs in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham may not be required to have CCTV, the lack of it in this particular venue is concerning, especially given its location and late operating hours. This pub is situated near a road frequented by buses carrying football fans to Stamford Bridge and operates until 12 AM on Saturdays, making the absence of CCTV even more perplexing. I also do not understand how they could not have at least a camera watching the till. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and let down by what should have been a special celebration. The combination of poor planning and allocation of seats, miscommunication, and the lack of basic security measures made it quite difficult to enjoy the event.

2 for 1 cocktails and a beautiful beer garden. What more can you ask for.

Coincidentally happened upon this pub on trivia night - thoroughly enjoyable, friendly staff and patrons. Lovely venue!

It grieves me to review this place poorly, as we’ve been visiting since 2015 - but the quality of the menu is not what it once was and is now somewhere I wouldn’t book for food. It’s a lovely place for a pint and fries, but that’s all I’d have now. Maybe the Sunday roasts, fish and chips might different on a busy weekend but the food I had recently was bland, expensive and featuring tough meat. I like this pub - so I hope they hear me on this - you need to improve your kitchen and menu imminently. This is a place which could be known for its food and right now it’s not living up to its potential and location.

A surprisingly quiet watering hole along the King's Road. Good for oarking on a Sunday. Even better for charging your electric car.

Lovely unsuspected local pub in the centre of Fulham, nearby King's Road. The pub has a very large TV screen ideal to watch Football and Rugby matches. But the best part is the garden located at the back of the pub, which can only be accessed through the pub, and can hardly be seen from the street. It is lovely to have a cold beer on a hot day while sitting in the garden. A local place I like to go to with friends.

Food can be hit or miss! Service is great, we love coming for lunch or after work drinks! Love the Rose and their incredible back garden in the summer!

Lovely garden space with running water fountain etc and tables under trees. The downside is the pricing.. £3.50 for a 200ml bottle of water is daylight robbery.

This is a nice and friendly pub, a 5 minute walk from the Bridge. Friendly service, chilled ambiance and the food is really good! I had the fish and chips and it was banging! Perfect match day atmosphere, but you will need to be a blue to get in on match day, we also went on a non match day and it was really good!

I book my appointment by the phone, prepare my day to be ready abt the time of the appointment got there and they said I didn’t have a booking. Left very frustrated without a hair cut. Never come back

Hidden gem 💎 Stunning from the outside, great interiors and it also has a massive beer garden.

The Rose was a real surprise. Not too pricey like some other gastro pubs but the food was inventive and delicious. I started with a vegetable tempura and then pistachio crumbed lamb chops. Generous portions and delicious.

Beautiful food, great wine. Mehdi was so kind and attentive, despite some other difficult customers - he handled it with grace, as did all the staff, which was lovely to see. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back, please God

Disappointing and poorly managed. As a local I had been here many time for Sunday lunch. However last night we came as a group of 5 at 7.30pm to find that most of the menu was not available. We had reserved the table a couple of weeks in advance and confirmed so they knew we were coming but dispute this they said that a party group had cleared out the kitchen. This is surprising as the party clearly had also pre booked and not from the usual menu (I could see that as most of their food was lying left on the table!). Shame

Ava and her team gave us christmas memories to cherish and hangovers to forget. Thanks for the food, especially the vegetarian dishes that were so specially crafted! 10/10 recommend, we also loved watching the chefs at work!

I have been looking forward to my annual Christmas lunch with my PA since I booked The Rose which I have never been to before although had a drink occasionally. It is after all virtually my local pub. And it’s a really lovely pub. But now to the grub: Whilst the veg was cooked beautifully, I’m afraid to say the turkey was inedible. Completely overcooked, hardly able to cut it even with a sharp meat knife, we have taken 2/3 back home for the dog. Really deeply disappointing. And what is worse: although I told them how disappointed we were & they gave me a doggie box for the majority of it, not one word of apology🤮!! I’m told the normal à la carte is delicious; maybe I might come back during the year to try the à la carte but I will never have their Christmas lunch again. Carpe Diem……

Incredible pub but the peak of the experience is Ava who is one of the waitresses and is exceptional and on Chelsea game days is the key element to a brilliant match day experience.

I'm rating this as a match goer on football days. This pub is back! For the last 3-4 years, this pub has dropped off the pre- and post match circuit. The management seemed to be having noise complaints from the neighbours and all sorts of very draconian restrictions were in place. Numbers were very limited, bookings were required, and you had to sit in near silence. It did not work for us at all. So we stopped going. However, the other week (November 2023), we went in on the off chance. It was a joy. This big, beautiful, friendly pub with its wonderful garden was back again. As a real pub, not just a gastropub. Thank you, whoever saved this precious resource for the greater good.

Hands down the best pub in Fulham if not London. The staff are wonderful. The food has gone uphill and there's many delicious dishes. The inside of the pub is good and the garden outside is arguably the best beer garden in London. It attracts a really friendly clientele. This is an excellent pub.

バスで近くまで行って5分ほど歩いたところにあるPub。周りは住宅街です。日曜だけ提供されるというSunday Roastが有名らしく、これを目当てに18時頃到着。メインはランチらしいのでもう売り切れかなーと心配してたのですが、あるとのこと。ヤッターってなった後、別の店員が来て「ごめん、やっぱりない」と言われ、がっかりしながらポークに変更…したら、また店員が来て「Hey guys! This is good news!」ってことで、最後の1食をいただけました(笑) ソースがめちゃめちゃ美味しくて、付け合わせのヨークシャープディングともばっちり合ってて良かったです！

A beautiful local pub with a great atmosphere and a good menu of well prepared food. The perfect venue for both a quiet lunch and evening party.

Loverly London pub Tried there best with my visit in a wheelchair. Only garden access available. Was given Vip table service a nice curry and a couple of pints left me happy

Great pub for a pre match pint. Didn't dine but the food looked lovely.

I booked a table in the beer garden, which is quite pretty. Shame we had to move to another table short after as we were surrounded by obnoxiously loud lads who acted as though the places was theirs. We ordered some food from the grill menu: my chicken burger was good but the sides were unseasoned and bland. We then moved inside when the outdoor area was closed and it stank of toilet. I don't think I'll be back.

I was about to give the place 4 stars for service however the delay from ordering to eating was roughly 1.5hrs. After eating, one of the staff came over and shoved me out the way to move another chair and didn't even acknowledge it. Shocked at the behaviour of this person. Foods good, service is not.

This bar has a great beer garden with a nice water feature, the staff are friendly and polite. The bar is dog friendly. I often pop in for a beer on my way home. Would highly recommend a visit if your in the area, the food looks very good I have not tried it yet but its on the menu excuse the pun.

Its a nice pub although it seesms to attract a screeching party crowd, at least when Ive been. Shame but nice service from the bearded guy.

I love this local pub, I very often come with my work colleagues. It’s the perfect place to chill after a long day , the staff are very friendly and you get a 2 for 1 deal Sunday to Friday 4-7pm. The big beer garden for warmer days is a bonus.

waitress Ava was so lovely, helped us picked the best cocktails and food for our group. everyone was super happy with her recommendations! the beer garden is incredible and had just enough space for us on a weekday.

Our favourite pub in the area. Summer BBQ is a fantastic idea, Sunday roasts are very good, 2-for-1 cocktails between 4-7pm for 6 days per week is very generous. We never need to wait long for drinks or food, and have always found staff to be helpful.

This place wasn't for me or my guests. Our food was bland no flavour whatsoever and over cooked.

Despicable service, went there for my friend's daughter confirmation dinner, we booked way in advance, then they came back to us saying we could not order from the set menu, we can only have the roast or the bbq menu, awful roast dinner, those who had it, had to take it home for those who have dogs. The seabass was supposed to come with sweet corn, slaw, salad and roast potatoes, I asked for my sweetcorn to be removed and potatoes bcz I am on a special diet, they added chips and some wilted leaves with no dressing, the seabass was a good size, but definitely was not grilled on a bbq, it was as bland as paper, not even olive oil was drizzled on it, I had to ask for lemon, and mayonnaise to at least make it palatable. My partner had the salmon, for £20 a plate, it was overpriced, overcooked and bland. No sweetcorn on it, just some old roast potato, 2, and wilted salad, it looked and tasted horrible. My extra salad didn't even come! And they served us water we didn't ask for £5 a bottle, we thought was on the house. We went there for the reviews, about 30 of us, all our food was terrible! Disgusting, probably they just thought, a bunch of silly people, let's just serve them left overs, that's what it seemed like we were eating. We will never darken their door post again! Wish I had taken photos!

Lunch was perfect, just what we wanted. Very family friendly with lot of lively children and animated parents. Although very busy the staff was charming at all times.

Came here for the Sunday roast, My meat had a large piece of grizzle which was quite disappointing. The potatoes were nicely flavoured but weren't very crispy, the veg was very undercooked and the brocolli was practically raw. The gravy was nice and we were kindly given extra when we asked free of charge and the Yorkshire pud was huge and cooked well. The little sausage meat stuffing was a lovely addition. Overall a poor roast and wouldn't rush to recommend.

For me, the place needs a bit more of a vibe when there aren't many people there (which seems to be the case when I was visiting) maybe some music or something

A busy friday evening & already at 7pm items were missing on the menu due to being sold out . Burger was thus had instead of steak & it was average , despite being £15 !

Last Saturday evening I was out there with my friend at Rose. Such a lovely place to enjoy drinks around chelsea especially after live football match. Very helpful staff member. But when we inquiring about food, manageer/ supervisor comes and tells off the staff... I mean come on front of the customer? Especially when you highly about this place, I'm sorry its not if things like this happens 😔

Very mixed. Food was quite good but service was poor and they have the cheek to put a 12.5% service charge on orders…I really object to that kind of thing. But they were relaxed - we had quite a few children in our party - still, was quite empty and I put that down to the mixed nature of the experience

Perfect. Table bookings is the way to go though because they have limited place for walk-ins. Often host Chelsea supporters during football season so you might not get if you're a rival team. Great place.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager's disrespect to me and my colleagues was astonishing to the point where you question if it's reality. My office rented out the terrace space for a company gathering. Everything was ok (despite a bar staff looking like they were working at a funeral parlour) I later moved seats from the terrace to inside. Before long I noticed the terrace had been locked and my personal items from outside missing. (all my team's items except mine were in a shapeless pile inside) I asked the manager if I could out to the terrace to look for my belongings and he said aggressively "there is nothing out there, everything has been brought inside by my staff" I replied if everything is here, I wouldn't be asking where my things are. He denied me access to the terrace while he looked outside for all of 10 seconds where he then dismissed me and walked away. I eventually found the staff member who cleared the terrace and while asking her the manager rushed over answering every question I had before she could speak, completely disrespecting the both of us. She also did not know where they were, to which the manager said to me "can you stop wasting my time and let my staff get back to work!?" - and left again. As the manager of the establishment he is responsible for ensuring the security of our possessions if he closed the terrace without telling anyone and asked HIS staff to bring them inside. When my team finally noticed my distress they asked me what had happened; as I discretely pointed to the manger he noticed and stormed over from the other side of the bar yelling to my team that I didn't know what I was talking about and I had lied about the previous events. Disgusted, I left shortly after; never finding my possessions. It's appalling to be treated this way as a party that rented out this space for an event evening. Dismissing and denying my concerns; the manager's unprofessionalism and shear aggression towards us and his OWN employees undoubtedly tarnishes the entire establishment's reputation. This rose is quite thorny, keep an eye on your things if you go here, they may go missing without warning. Hope this helps anybody.

Very cute garden. The food is way better than you expect from a pub nowadays. They had a goat cheese and sweet potato salad that was amazing!

The Rose is our local and it is especially nice to eat outside on a sunny day. The food is average and the service can understandably be a little slow on busy days. However the lack of a fourth star is down to the poor and bordering on unpleasant toilet facilities that did not feel clean or hygienic.

Lovely beer garden out the back. Great aircon on one of the hottest days of the year and of course a fantastic selection of beers and ciders. The food menu looked interesting but I haven't tried any of the itema yet.

Brilliant, little, pub. Really enjoyed it, great food and decent size portions, particularly the sunday roast. On sundays they do quiz nights and it's great fun for family or friends. Definitely, check this pub out if you have never been it's worth it.

Such a delightful restaurant! The garden is absolutely gorgeous. I had beer and the beef Sunday roast. Everything was so delicious, so filling. The service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend as a great Sunday roast spot or for some patio beers.

The food used to be amazing but have been twice in the last week and NOT at all up to scratch, Especially my Sunday Roast!!! Wouldnt even feed to my dog.

Sunday roast molto buono. Ha un bel cortile interno, posti coperti con riscaldamento a lampada. Cibo molto buono ad un prezzo ragionevole . La metro è quella dello stadio del Chelsea quindi attenzione alle partite. Preso tutti i tipi di Sunday Roast, il migliore per me il Pork.

Definitely the worst Sunday lunch I’ve ever had. Nice place and good staff but the roast beef was appalling- like leather. Other parts of the meal were much better such as the roast spud and the carrot but sadly this didn’t make up for the beef (and lousy gravy!) Poor show!
