Bertotti Pure Italian in Hammersmith and Fulham

Bertotti had a pop-up at Fume BBQ Festival. We paid for 2 scoops and asked if they could be put in separate tubs so we could share. The manager said he couldn't do it. We then asked if we could just have an empty tub so we could split it ourselves - the manager then get very irate and said he's travelled the world and we would not find an ice cream shop anywhere that would give a tub for free. I found this behaviour very odd and confusing - would not buy from there again!

Usually go for a coffee, not rarely leave with one of the amazing ice creams, made by this talented couple. A business with soul.

Bertotti came to our annual company picnic to cater to around 150 families and their children. Everyone raved about the delicious gelatos and the kindness of the owner, Diego, and his staff who accompanied him. They are a family owned company who give a lot of their time and resources to helping others, and we love them!

So we started with one of the best skinny flat whites out there because you can taste the great coffee they use! We also had a chicken, mozzarella, and pesto panini, nicely toasted and full of flavor! We then moved on to the desserts. Now, this was a tricky decision because they have a good selection of gelato flavors, cones, toppings, etc. They also have waffles, cakes, brownies, etc. So I had to try a little bit of everything! We ordered the chocolate brownie with hazelnut gelato, the oreo waffle, which came with three gelato flavors (chocolate, Bischoff, and vanilla). We also had a cone as a takeaway – the highlight of this visit! A beautifully presented mango and bubble gum flavored gelato, which I loved! The chocolate brownie tasted nice and it was well paired with the hazelnut icecream. My husband loved it! The waffle was an absolute delight! It was soft and chewy, warm with the gelato on top; it was absolute perfection! They got pretty busy, and they have an excellent area for seating indoors and outdoors! Great for a friend's catch up, families with kids, etc. You can find Bertotti in Hammersmith and also Goldhawk Road (the second branch is The Creamery, where they made this yummy homemade gelato. With all the sunny days in London coming out way, this is a great spot to visit!

Gelateria italiana del barrio decente. No es caro. Mejor que nada en el área (Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Brook Green). ¿Puedes encontrar algo mejor? Bueno, sí en S Kensington o en Chiswick o Westfield. ya un costo mayor. ¿Volvería? Seguro. También animaría a la gente a salir de la concurrida calle principal y caminar por Hammersmith Grove para conseguir algo. Vale la pena ese viaje.

The best ice cream and cosy place to spend time with some friends, drink cofffe and take ice cream obvious. Btw, lovely staff!! I will back soon xx

Went for a coffee and sandwich with few friends and off course some ice cream too because it is the best ice cream ever. All of us was happy with the food and service provided. Definitely going back for some more :-)

Bertotti poco amable de bistro. Aunque helados son el principal producto de venta, puedes conseguir tartas y sandwiches. El ambiente es bueno, un poco apretadas, con mesitas y hongos buscando asientos. Probamos 4 tipos de helados y sorbetes y no nos sorprenderá pero no apeló. Si piensa en promedio gelato, probablemente sería, bastante dulce, con un poco de sabor, pero lejos de lo que cabe esperar de un buen gelateria. Hay algo que vale la pena mencionar que deja un poco de sabor amargo y los bocadillos/paninis que parecía absolutamente abominable, probablemente porque estaban sentados allí por algún tiempo. Así que a pesar de que teníamos nuestros helados, no volveremos más.

Their gelato is amazing! I would rate it 5⭐️ for sure! Lovely location in the heart of Hammersmith, friendly staff and I quite love their cookies and croissants too.. Not too fond on their cappuccino, but I absolutely love the place and atmosphere.

Siamo stati in questo locale vicino al nostro appartamento per una colazione e abbiamo provato i whaffles con cioccolato e con sciroppo d'acero, davvero ottimi! Personale molto cordiale e veloce. Accanto a noi hanno servito il brunch e sembrava molto invitante. Prezzi nella media londinese. Consigliato!

Al final tuve tiempo para un almuerzo ligero en esta pequeña cafetería, bastante cerca del Goldhawk Rd. Estación de metro. Servicio muy amable y una variedad bonita estampa de helado. Ya que era un día frío elegí un gofre recién hechas con jarabe de arce en su lugar. Las otras opciones se veía muy tentador. Era muy acogedor y me gusta el "viejo- chic" estilo.La cafetería es un pequeño oasis en una zona que tiene poco que ofrecer en cuanto a comida, café y helado.Un residente local

mi sarei aspettata dei piatti italiani migliori... era buoni ma nella media. Il personale era molto gentile ma se dovessi rivenire ci penserei due volte!

Nos dejó en café mientras pasábamos y decidimos pasar helado. Café tanto es mejor y más barato que la mayoría de los lugares, bien vale la pena el paseo desde el centro de Hammersmith, y el helado es probablemente vale la pena el viaje desde cualquier parte! un montón de sabores interesante presentado y disponible de muchas maneras diferentes. Todos los que probé eran del más alto nivel.

Studying abroad in London for a semester and Bertotti opened down the street from my flat I was obsessed, delicious gelato & amazing customer service. I would highly recommend the coconut, raspberry and coffee gelato.

Stayed in Hammersmith and this little place was recommended by the folks whom which we rented a flat. We just wanted something light and quick as this was a travel day for us, so this was the perfect place for breakfast. We had coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. It's a quaint local eatery in a neighborhood with very few tourists. The service was as good as was the food and atmosphere.

I have been to Bertotti several times and every time enjoy it thoroughly. Even if i was having a coffee, a panini or one of their amazing chicken wraps I always loved it!!! Just sitting there inside or outside the atmosphere is amazing and the friendly stuff always smily and helpful1 You don't seem to see the time past as it is such a relaxing place and area. No words to describe the tasty and creamy Gelato straight from Italy... yummy!! I throughly recommend this place to any Londoner and turist! The shop and the are is a DON'T MISS when you are in London... :)
