My favourite cafe ever. The people who work here are so nice & welcoming, and the food is great. Lovely place!

This is such a beautiful hotel, the interior is so beautiful and the Christmas decorations were amazing. Although we only stayed for one night it was an amazing experience, the staff made us feel very special. They were all so friendly and welcoming. We will be back

What can I say about the fantastic experience we had last week for our wedding reception. Francesca and her staff were unbelievable ! From the moment we arrived they couldn't do enough for us and our guests, drinks were served so quickly that nobody had to wait. Then when the food was served everyone was eating at the same time, and the food was off the scale nice. Everyone in the room commented how good it was! An altogether wonderful day and I can't thank them enough.

Good central location which I give it credit, however for the price that was paid and service did not quite align. Firstly the check in process was long and heavy admin required on the visitors. This should be seamless and having to download a room key, prevents that smooth process, along with filling paperwork if that was already submitted on the online booking. The room was arctic cold and when heating was adjusted which isn't the most intuitive system it suddenly became too hot in the room. The bathroom was nice and modern, however again the room service staff unfortunately was not the most helpful and professional.Thanks

Había estado aquí pocas veces, ya que los miembros de la familia viven cerca. Siempre tranquilo durante el día, preguntándose por qué? Los pubs en Londres siempre están ocupados. Como esta es una zona residencial pura, solo se llena cuando los juegos están en marcha y los fines de semana cuando hay grandes reservas. Área fresca al aire libre rara en Londres, excelentes cervezas, buen café y una pequeña selección de comida. Tenía pescado y patatas fritas (delicioso), puré y salchichas especiales todos los días (está bien por 5 libras) y una hamburguesa (mediana). Lea algunos de los comentarios sobre la camarera, puede ser malhumorada y áspera pero agradable si construye una relación con ella y la conoce mejor. Dependiendo de las circunstancias, un lugar donde puede obtener fácilmente una experiencia de 5 estrellas o directamente 1 estrella. . . todo dependiendo del día / hora de la visita. Para mi . . . Todo bien !

If you are hard of hearing them avoid this place as the music is too loud for comfort. This was a work Christmas do but I don't think we will be using this place again. Service was good and attentive but the chef in this place must be a distant relative of Scrooge. I had pumpkin soup which was nice and hot, Turkey with all the trimmings except Yorkshire pudding and gravy. I thought the stuffing was missing but it was cunningly hidden under the turkey. Also hidden was 1 solitary pig in a blanket. This is a Christmas dinner that was made by someone who must be celebrating Christmas on his own. One of my colleague was upset that his pig didn't even have a blanket. Had Panna Cotta which was rather a bit harder than expected. The highlight was seeing my colleague with his cheese board which ranks as the world's smallest. The drinks were ok but they didn't have any whiskey apart from Jamieson. Tried the Twisted Irish which was a combination of Jamieson, cold brew coffee and Guinness foam. This set back Irish reunification by 100 years. If this was supposed to be a Christmas fare then Santa would have resigned and scrap the festivities. Disappointing for £49.50 a head.

Beautiful atmosphere and pub but over £7 a pint for a Guinness was a bit excessive imo.

Visited here on Friday afternoon past for drinks and again on Saturday evening for dinner. The customer service is excellent, great choice of drinks and food. Food is freshly cooked. Great atmosphere. Certainly recommend.

Having arrived in London on a Saturday evening was worried about where we would eat and that it would be affordable. Stumbled across this lively pub at the back of Euston Station. Managed to get a seat. Food was lovely and good price. Staff friendly. Being from Staffordshire was good to see Titanic Ales 🍺

We got an order of pancakes, eggs, cafe mocha and coffee, and paid 60 pounds. Quite expensive for breakfast. The location is convenient for a train trip.

I am so grateful to the staff here. I had taken my mum for a day out. She is frail and the café is perfect - nice food, good disabled toilet, good parking and in the park. I suddenly realised my purse wasn't in my bag. The counter staff did not recall it being handed in. I assumed that looking after mum my attention had not been on my bag and the purse0 had been taken. I was just starting to cancel my cards when a man ran up. The purse had been left on the table(!!!) It was in the office. A dreadful experience but switched in a moment to confirming this is a lovely place to go. THANK YOU.
