The Lyttelton Arms in Camden

Beer seems to be kept ok, but clearly wanted to close early; well bedore 10pm the smell of cleaning chemicals throughout was absolutely overpowering and could not stay for a second drink

Just wanna express the gratitude that this service / staff had for me when I attended for a Sunday Roast. We was there for food and the football. I’ve eaten in Camden all my life and have tried many different Pub meals and Sunday dinners and I must admit this was the best Pub Roast I’ve had to date. Much Appreciated to the Manager and Staff on that day. Which was the 09/03/2025

Hosted a joint birthday party for me and my son. We were a group of 20-30 adults plus 10 kids. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Max, and we were given the lounge area at the back all to ourselves. It was the perfect setup for our group and we had a fantastic afternoon. Food and drinks were great. Would highly recommend.

Great pint of Guinness good place to meet friends and listen to bands. Not just a drop in for a drink pub as Local people reserve tables so be prepared to move about if you fail to do this.

Outrageous!! They don't let kids in!! We were just entering the restaurant when the staff kicked us saying that they didn't let kids in. We were looking a place for dinner and they didn't let us even enter the restaurant, it's outrageous and discriminating. Don't come over here!!

Food is expensive and not worth it. Paid extra in the burger menu and you get basically zero of what you asked for. For a total of £18.50 too (including the burger). Rest of the pub is great, staff friendly, good beers.

Cold over-priced chips. Chicken burger and everything else good.

Had a staff party at The Lyttleton Arms and we had such a great time. The team were very hospitable and very attentive to our needs. Great selection of drinks and great food to match. If your going for pizza I recommend the BeeSting. Naymar, Max, Jordan, guillaume and Dgango and the rest of the team thank you.

Went on 2-4-1 burger night with my best mate, was absolutely blown away with how good the food was. The staff were very welcoming and supportive around my allergies. There's a great selection of drinks on tap and I would come here again without hesitation!

My go to whenever I'm in Camden. Food's great, the atmosphere is chill, the staff are wonderful. What more can I say? Nothing but good vibes.

What a lovely festival experience. Camden foster carers held the annual Christmas dinner at the Lyttelton arms. The staff were fantastic when we booked.They offered us free welcome glass of bubbly. They set the table out so beautifully with crackers and the private area was beautiful decorated with Christmas decorations and a lovely tree. The food was so good and it all came out really hot. They catered for even our fussy eaters. Afterwards, all the foster carers said how great the evening was. The price was very responsible for Camden and the 2 for 1 cocktails were a real hit. I have been back a few times since then and they are always so welcoming and friendly. They do a great lunchtime special as well. I would like to say thank you to Lucy the manager for helping make a good evening into a great evening. 💫💫💫

Great atmosphere and we visited on a Thursday. Great range of food and had a great variety of beers. We loved our visit and would be back. Also had great toilets.

We went here for my father's birthday. It was a lovely atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Our waitress Laura was very attentive and helped me choose a non-pork option. They also had board games for the kids to play which kept them entertained while the grown ups talked. The food was delicious, would love to come back again.

Was here a few weeks ago while waiting for a comedy show. The place was very busy, but the staff really showed a warm welcome and managed to accommodate my partner and I. They showed great concern and care for disabilities. Food was great, quick service, and special thanks to Laura who managed to get us sat down and fed before the show. Don't go anywhere else.

The place has potential in vibe and the menu looks great for a pub meal (we didn’t eat on this occasion. Room for improvement with the service as the woman working the bar seemed unimpressed to be there and the beer seemed like the gas was not quite right. I don’t know anything about keg gas/lines but we tried a craft beer and thought it was flat but decided it was the beer itself, switched to a Camden and then knew something was off.

Great pub just opposite Mornington Crescent! Laura and the team looked after us very well with top food and a superb collection of beers on tap.

This pub is cool. The service was good, I really enjoyed the food, staff are excellent, and nice atmosphere , toilet was clean.

Just went in with a friend for a meal and couple drinks when a man banged at the window at me. Me ignoring the, I believed to be drunk, man walked in only then to be grabbed by him. he then preceded to say I couldn't bring a empty can in. Me entertaining this man who's was holding my arm, told him it ws empty (it was crushed), I was looking for a bin and more importantly not to not touch me! As I then alerted a female member of staff to situation the man said he was secrurity and for me to leave. this was after he had grabbed and acted very intimating toward me. I really would not recommend this pub for events xmas party's or as a venue of choice as u will be assaulted by UNIDENTIFIED SECURITY and made to leave.....

Big thanks to the friendly team for saving my night! My bike had a bit of a breakdown, and a kind staff member (merci beaucoup!) helped me out with a tool so I could get home. Love the community vibe and the good spirits here—it’s more than just a pub!

I’m really enjoying the revamped Lyttleton. This pub has always been a staple for me and my friend as we used to live across the road, but even now that we’ve moved to different places we still gravitate back. The new design is really lovely and fresh, the food is as good as it’s ever been, and the staff are fantastic (shout out to Laura for today - so friendly and accommodating).

So , I had last minute booked to go to a gig at Koko , which is directly opposite to this lovely quirky modern pub. Friendly staff and I’ve ordered a Big dipper, which is a chicken burger with all the extras. Great location and wow the food is amazing

Friday early afternoon. A really great vibe to the pub. Lovely staff. Ordered some loaded fries and tots ( never heard of them) they are both amazing. 10/10 food drinks and staff. Nice mix of clientele as well.

Came here for their Rock karaoke night and it was absolutely brilliant!!!! Live band, back up singer, great crowd, vibes on point, team was great!!! Everything was brilliant. Will be going back for their Halloween night!

Terrible pub. And also a go to for thieves. I know multiple people who've had their bags stolen from this pub. And the establishment seems to be ok with it. Avoid at all costs.

Had a wonderful and very special visit last Friday, enjoyed Fish and Chips, lively atmosphere, great service and clean environment. Very central and easy to get to, lots of seating inside and awesome design for those wanting to enjoy a drink outside too! I loved the chess table design also, really nice and smart pub! ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing pub, staff are excellent, and the service we received was outstanding as well as the atmosphere. Selection of beers especially the traditional English ales was outstanding. Loved the food as well, couldn’t wait to tell my mates back in Brisbane and Sydney.

The atmosphere of the pub was amazing, and we were greeted by great staff, G and Talles. I tried the chicken schnitzel after being given it as a recommendation and it was delicious. It was a really amazing time with my partner and I would definitely recommend.

Given it was out first time there and we went specifically to see Batala London, we had a very nice evening. The fish and chips were especially good! However, our experience was marred by the fact that there seemed to be only one toilet by the restaurant area - it was dirty and there was always a queue.

I didn't have food so rating is only for drinks. Lovely, decorated pub, new smelling, clean and lots of seating (and screens for sports). Good range of drinks and welcoming staff. However I didn't give 5 star as I ordered a Pravha, he repeated the Pravha, put it through the till as this, and gave us a Madri. Considering only 2 groups of customers seemed a bit odd.

We ordered food & drinks which arrived promptly. Misunderstanding as we ordered and got charged three pints of pepsi and thought we had been over charged since the glasses we got given are the glasses usually served for medium drinks ( just expected a pint to be served in a pint glass.) When I went to ask I was told that its still a pint serving, which I accepted. I went back to the table but soon was given a replacement Pepsi with a dirty look - in an actual pint glass that was also dirty… I suspect on purpose 😖☹️

Bar excellent ! Quelle bonne surprise de tomber sur un bar tenu par une française à Camden. Il y a beaucoup de choix, que ce soit sur les boissons que la nourriture. L'ambiance est super agréable et on peut le voir avec le monde qui y vient tous les soirs. Les serveurs sont accueillants. Le seul petit point négatif que je pourrais notifier est que la musique est légèrement trop forte aux heures de pointe, mais cela vaut quand même 5 ⭐ ! Bon courage à vous.

Really lovely place! I went for a mid-week lunch and got a burger (which was tasty & substantial) which came with well-seasoned fries. It was quiet and relaxed with nice comfy seats. The bartender was a sweetheart. Definitely recommend!

It's being advertised as a new pub on Facebook. Which it is not. It's been there for years. It's ok. Reasonable selection of beer. Ok Pub but not new.

Great Venue. Came to watch the England Euro Football game. Service was impeccable (especially Nolan) despite the fact that the pub was full to the brim, our orders came quickly, then food was hot. My only gripe would be that the nachos are deep fried, which is not my preference. I lost an earring while there, but Nolan returned it to me when someone handed it it. Phew!
