Lovely range of ales good atmosphere lovely food too friendly staff

First time, and won't be the last. Clean tidy, staff gave us a warm welcome and very helpfulfoid was delicious, had the breakfast muffins, very good value for money.

Lovely friendly cafe with a good menu. The food was tasty and excellent service. Decor pleasant and the cakes looked good....we'll be back to try these!

Beautiful old pub run well. No music (much appreciated tbh), and nice and quiet, fire kept us warm..will definitely be back.

Was a great pub, disabled friendly in the main pub area, but we were at a function upstairs. No disabled access. The easiest route was around the back, long sloping uphill walk (not great pushing a wheelchair) and then 12 stairs to the function room. The food was great - buffett style and tatsy. The disabled toilet for the function room was down a flight of stairs! Apart from that ; All in all was a nice pub, great atmosphere- as long as you aren't disabled using the function room!

The food was ok, and no more or less than I expected (vegetarian burger) . But the young man who served me did an excellent job. He was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable. I was on the road on business and this was a perfect break in the day.

Having been to The Partidge previously with friends and having enjoyed it very much, I was pleased to be able to take my daughters there for lunch. It is a lovely building, inside and out with a good atmosphere, plus the staff are always friendly and very pleasant. The menu is excellent, proper food and what I have had has always been delicious. It was served quite quickly and as I expected, it was lovely. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed both our food and time in The Partridge and hopefully will be going again when we can all get together. We all totally recommend The Partridge pub in Bromley

My wife and I went for afternoon tea. I booked well in advance on a booking web site and requested a specific table which hasn't been a problem previoulsy. I called the hotel a few days prior to our visit to confirm they had us in the diary. On arrival people were at the table we had booked so we were seated elsewhere. Our table request was on the system but apparently ignored. There were reserved signs on other tables. When the sandwich and cake stand was brought out there were cakes on the top plate, sandwiches on the bottom plate and cream and jam on the middle plate. We only noticed this after the waiter had gone. I then had to check if the scones had been forgotten, but apprently not. You have to tell them when you are ready for the scones but they didn't inform us of that. There was no sugar on the table so with no staff visible I had to go to the bar and request it. We were asked if we wanted more drinks so my wife requested peppermint tea. Approx. 10 minutes later I had to go to the bar again and remind them. When it came to wanting the bill there were no staff visible so we went to the bar to pay as we were leaving. There was no obvious shortage of staff but there are areas of the restaurant that are out of sight of the bar where the staff seem to congregate. In my humble opinion the place just needs better managing with attention being given to the little details that make for good customer service. Hoping for a smoother landing next time.

We met our daughter for lunch at cafe pie mash at Keston as she recommended it, they both had pie mash & loved it, I had liver & bacon & again food is delicious, staff all very pleasant & efficient, prices are really good, totally recommend this cafe

Wow I visited Daisy Grey cafe for the first time and I can say they serve the best coffee although for a small cup it was expensive but the staff and atmosphere plus very very clean.

Had a lovely evening in The Woodman, all the staff were chatty and very welcoming. We were just there for drinks but we will be going back to try the food. Nice, cosy pub, we didn’t use the garden as it was too cold. The toilets were nice and clean with toilet paper and handwash (can’t stand bad toilets) Jayden was especially nice and made the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had.

Went for Sunday lunch today with my two sons there partners and my granddaughter. Food absolutely superb, drinks excellent and bar staff amazing! Fantastic value for money, a very well done to all of the staff at the Blackhorse that made our day fantastic! 👏

Popped in for sunday lunch without booking, the restaurant was full but told we could eat in bar area which was fine. Lovely meal so much on plate we coud not finish it which is unusual for us.Staff lovely & friendly , quick service.

The pub was a great venue for my Mum’s 80th Birthday. Caroline and Chris made the process easy and nothing was too much trouble. Allowed us to decorate the venue. Great buffet food, service and atmosphere. The staff were all excellent, providing a welcome, friendly and efficient service. Many thanks
