Amazing place to come for breakfast after a cold school run.The vegetarian deluxe is delicious much better than that of local competitors nearby!10/10 and I am now a regular.The mac & cheese is also divine as is their smoothies!Everything is cooked fresh and fast and the presentation is elite!I recommend to everyone I speak to.

Locksbottom is a great area full of decent people and many seem to visit Park Cafe frequently. I live in the area and have a young family and visit Park Cafe most weeks. The food is clean, tasty and always on point. My two young children love it there and the staff are always friends to my boys. They are personable and very assisting. It’s a easy place to go visit, eat & drink decent things as well as catch up with local people in the area. Good vibes!

This is not a "greasy spoon" cafe, it's more of a "hummus and avocado - ladies who lunch" type of a place with a working class option in Locksbottom. It's a tad on the expensive side, but the menu clearly states the price on each item so it's not a massive surprise. Service was a bit hit and miss. We got served very quickly but the waitress lost interest in us and towards the end we were barely on speaking terms. She initially refused a tip, which I thought was a bit odd, but I insisted, and then just left. My wife said the place was a bit chavvy but I didn't see that myself. It was the background music that was a bit uncouth not the customers. I enjoyed the experience but I won't be returning. The whole thing seemed a bit surreal.

Totally very expensive . Average service and found better venues locally . The staff can be very sarcastic too . I apologise but I cannot recommend this coffee house .

Beautiful little cafe with an expansive menu that covers all tastes We had an omelette which was light and fluffy and delicious We also tried 2 salads one prawn and one cesar both where delicious and tasty Service was amazing staff are friendly and welcoming polite and efficient We couldn't be happier with our experience

As a family we love the Park cafe they offer the perfect brunch and we visit regularly. My children love the milkshakes and the food is cooked fresh and super tasty. I would like to extend a thankyou to the serving staff who are always very friendly and helpful.

We visited this place for the first time ,they took our order,they brought our drinks first ,45 minutes later we still waiting, so we asked them what happent to our order ,so they checked and they told us that for some reason the order didn't go through and they apologise, and they said they we will start our order but we couldn't wait any longer.it was nice of them to offer to give us discount on drinks next time,but they did charged us £12 for 3 drinks.

Not being spiteful but £5 for a piece of cake that tasted under average & £4 for a small glass of sainsbury apple juice! Need to re think your menu decisions or get better product

Very good cafe modern and clean with very good service, large selection of food and drinks. Stuff are fast and welcoming. Everything we ordered was tasty. There is a large selection of breakfasts available, they have a nice small terrace outside. You can park in front and pay. It’s a nice local cafe to visit and enjoy food and drinks. I recommend

My son and I had just had a 2 night stay in hospital so really looking forward to getting out and having a nice breakfast and to be greeted with a smile at the very least. We were greeted by a miserable looking young woman and man. Both looked like they didn’t want to be there and unhelpful. I asked for some children’s ideas for a small breakfast and she pointed to the lunch menu. I asked for some brown sauce and I was given a tiny pot. Why don’t you give the bottle? We weren’t asked once if everything was ok. This is the bog standard practice for any venue where food is being served. The music played was also club music and too loud for a cafe early in the morning. I thought I’d try this place today as it’s somewhere different. The sad thing is is, the food is rvery good.

Not good. One drinks order wrong, meaning I drank milk which I have an allergy to. Both food orders wrong. Thumping music, and £1.95 to add ONE hash brown?! Total cost of a small breakfast each and one coffee each for two people was £35. Not worth it.

Really disappointed. I visited today while in the area, with my wife and two young children. The service was terrible, staff were unorganised. It was pretty chaotic. It seemed like there might have been some kind of back of house issue going on? But it would have been nice to have informed if they were having trouble, rather than sporadically bringing out our breakfast, followed by cutlery, followed by our coffee in a fluster. The Avo on toast breakfast my wife ordered and subsequently sent back didn't even come close to its description. The young lady on shift was very apologetic, but our breakfast experience was completely ruined and it was the saddest £28 I wasted on breakfast in a while. Maybe it was a one off, as surely a cafe can't be running this badly and expect to stand the test of time.

Decided to go here for lunch with my daughter as I saw that they now offered Sunday Roast. It was absolutely disgusting, very underwhelming. Everything was from a packet and warmed up. It came out literally not even three minutes after I ordered it. It was so horrible I cannot describe it and it had so much Rockhall all over the food that wasn't even edible they didn't offer me my money I sent it back almost immediately. I complain to the waitress. She just smiled and walked off. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier. I said I wanted it to be reported to the manager I've came and spent money on something that was not eaten and I express was in edible. The meat was tough and rubbery. More fool me As I've been there previously a few months back and ordered a salad for lunch, which again I forgot to Write a review it cost £20 for a salad that literally had five gem leafs And was dripping with Oil Which was infused with the sauce that they smothered on it just extremely low quality food with no effort. Prices definitely do not match the food or atmosphere. There was one staff member, a young boy who was very attempt for apart from that all of the other staff members were just standing around chatting to each other. When I've asked for managers no one came and went back into the kitchen and basically just waited for me to leave extremely poor service do not recommend At all money wasted and still now going to have to purchase more food

Went in here for a quick lunch with my husband about a month ago. Waiting staff were too busy chatting on arrival. Once our order was eventually taken, ham and cheese Toasties, when they arrived they were dry and tasteless and mine was lacking any cheese, as we were in a rush didn't have time to complain. Needless to say we will not be coming back

What a fabulous little business! So friendly, attentive and all backed up with great food :-) Anna was the star of the show. Happy days.

We had the best time dining here for brunch. We had our toddler with us who struggles to sit still so to our surprise our food was brought out really quick no waiting around like other places they took your order and made the food straight away all fresh. I had a full English which was lovely with proper sausages and my partner had a BLT I don’t usually order them as I find places don’t make them very well but his was so good!! We then had time for the most delicious Victoria sponge I have ever tasted! All the staff were so friendly and really attentive. We don’t live that close so unfortunately can’t come back all the time but we will be back for the good service and delicious food!!!

First time here was OK. Came back on a Tuesday morning and they all look at you slightly weird. It does not cost to smile. Lastly. None of the chefs / staff use gloves when preparing your food or cutting/serving your overpriced cake. This is extremely unhygienic. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Went here this morning for a birthday brunch for my husbands birthday with our 3 sons and daughter in laws and 3 small grandchildren. They couldn’t have been nicer and played happy birthday and joined in the singing with us. The food is so delicious too. Will def be coming back for another meal. Little gem in the heart of locksbottom ❤️

I absolutely love coming here on a weekend and has now become our go to. The food is amazing, people are lovely and atmosphere is lovely and chill to have some lunch in the sun.

Why chuck herbs on a bacon sandwich? So you can charge more? Save the food cost. You aren't adding value by sticking flowers on an egg benedict! Style over substance.

I really don’t like to leave a bad review, but after yesterday….. I found myself in the Park café with 2 colleagues because, frankly, everything else locally was busy. We had a tortuous time ordering simple food and coffee, and then watched staff clear a table, dropping food on the floor, followed by a calamitous, plate smashing, accident from behind the counter. Oh well, put it down to experience, and don’t come again. And then a large, well nourished, mouse ran from one end of the cafe to the other….

Nice menu, lots to choose from. All food was very tasty. The only thing was the noise. When they make drinks using the blender mixers it's very noisy and you can't escape it! I'm noise sensitive so it may not affect others.

Love this place. Decent cafe with a decent choice on the menu. Have come here several times. Had an overcooked Spanish omelet today. Certainly did not enjoy.

Went here for a seeing-off lunch with colleagues. Good food.

Five of us turned up midmorning, plenty of seats, polite, friendly & the service was excellent and of course the food was hot and tasty. Two of the party were on diets and ordered the 'Make Your Own' option and were more than satisfied with the choices; The rest of us had the 'Fully Loaded' which it was. This is not your typical 'Greasy Spoons' Café but the choices and quality are excellent. A delight to sit and eat in. Thank you

First time here and really enjoyed the food. Nicely presented with good service with a nice mug of tea. Well worth a visit.

Not really impressed with my visit. It’s expensive and staff don’t have many customer services skills. No one followed up to see if the meal was ok, I wasn’t given any cutlery when my food arrived so had to go and ask. When I went to pay I explained that it was smokey where I sat as the door was open and the cigarette smoke from outside smokers came into the restaurant. There was no apology from the waitress who seemed uninterested. Not sure I will be be rushing back.

First time here as had an appointment locally. I had the Veg Sandwich with brown bread... it is the best sandwich I've ever had. Will making another visit soon just to get this again. Delicious! Friendly staff, lovely decor, bit pricy but having tasted the food I'd say its worth every penny

Was visiting in the local hospital and wanted lunch, service was quick and friendly and food was great. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

I found the service and food to be ok but I probably wouldn't go back. Seems overpriced for what it is. E.g. I'm used to paying £4 for a milkshake but not for it to taste like Nesquik

Beautifully presented food with excellent service.

Flat white £3.60, and I was going to take a square of bread pudding home and was told £4.75, which i refused to pay as bread pudding is one of the cheapest things you can bake...the size of the tray it was in would have held 16 squares! The coffee was pleasant which was just as well.

Wife said best tomatoes she has had. Both plates looked and tasted very good.

Went here on my way to do a job on Farnborough park. Had the Turkish Menemen from the breakfast menu. It was superb. Going back today for a second helping!

A magnificent friendly environment with fantastic coffee and food

Been here a couple of times now food is outstanding best poached eggs of anywhere I have been. Superb value for money. A must visit home made cakes smoothies as well. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict and a chilled glass of wine at lunchtime. Superb decor and very clean toilets. Can get very busy but why rush in such nice surroundings watching the world go by. Lovely owners can’t do enough for you. This place is going to be the place to go in Locksbottom now!!!!

Went here because the Drawing Room was closed today. Food was ok but service needs big improvement. The smoothie was extremely sweet and sugary so thought i would dilute it with water. Asked one of the staff for water, she never came back to bring it. My partner caught her attention after 10 mins, she acknowledged us but again never came back. So i went to the counter to get the water. Not sure if you’re supposed to come to the counter for water? Sorry if that was the case, it would have been nice if that was explained. Asked the same lady for our bill when she was clearing our table and of course as expected she never came back. My partner eventually paid at the counter. I’m not sure if we’ll ever come back. I do understand they were very busy. The Drawing Room is always extremely busy but staff are still very friendly, kind and warm to the diners.

Wow, cant believe that last review, we visited the cafe today and it was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is 5 star. Have been here on a few occasions and always great customer service. I recommend the park cafe to all my friends & family. 👍🏻

Extremely over priced. Long wait and still hungry. £11 for a breakfast, I'v been getting the same breakfast in central london £7.50. Also portion size wasn't great. They do good milkshakes though.

Ahhh! The park cafe 😁! Even reading their menu is a delight. The menu makes you think of nice things, sunshine and a happy tummy. They have absolutely lovely customer service. It's like going back home to visit your mum's having not gone home for a few years - being waited on and making sure you have anything you desire. The cafe is clean and the seating inside is spacious. It has wonderful seating outside. And did i mention the customer service...? Attentive, passionate about their business and ensuring you are happy with their food.

First time eating here, at 2pm it was pretty quiet. Service was very slow, we had to prompt a waitress to take our order. We ordered the Cyprus breakfast which was incredibly expensive and not much on the plate. Tiniest piece of sausage sliced in half and a couple of pieces of each cheese and a few dry cherry tomatoes with a few olives and a piece of toast with barely any butter on it. Didn’t come with the pitta bread described on the menu. Very disappointing for such expensive prices. Also ordered the cheese omelette and chips, very thin omelette, salad very dry and bland. From the responses to the other reviews it appears customers are in the wrong and the owners clearly do not like taking responsibility for poor service and poor food quality which is disappointing. All feedback is good even negative feedback as it should give the owners a chance to improve things rather than respond accepting responsibility. We have a large company where we will have quite a few staff placed around Locksbottom but we will not be using this cafe. We will continue to find local eateries for our meetings and food supplies but it will not be this one sadly. Word of advice, menu overpriced, service lacking and lots of room for improvement on the food quality as well as the amount. Who knows, maybe we’ll open a cafe nearby to compete. It wouldn’t be difficult based on todays experience.

Great decoration and best milkshake

The first time I went I had a great experience. But today was absolutely awful! I ordered smashed avocado on sourdough bread with poached eggs. There were hair in it. They did not even apologise or nothing. They made another one, but the smashed avocado was clearly out of date. I am hoping that this was a one off incident. But I hated the way they acted about it! Edit : The response below was a prime example of what is wrong in the way they acted about it as the person is not owning the problem but seems to be shifting the blame by saying that they don’t know how it happened despite it was quality checked. I did not say the second time it was unedible, but let’s just say I was starving to actually bother sending another plate back. Like I said, I was hoping this was a one off incident, and I do plan to visit again and hoping for a better experience and look for an opportunity to amend my review and rating and honestly I don’t think my expectation is too much for all I ask is being served food without hair in it and when I ask about it, I don’t get the look of as if I put it in myself and that my mashed avocado not being too dark but a proper green. Thanks :)

Food would honestly be a 5/5 such good quality food and an all around perfect cafe for a great breakfast, very impressed. Only down side the service is slow and even the waitress was on her mobile whilst making coffee.

First visit and had high expectations as the menu looked promising but ended up with an underwhelming experience! The service was ok. The place was not busy so we got served promptly. Service staff were accommodating but rather impersonal, which is what makes places like this popular. (Perhaps an off day or the A Team still on holiday). The food was ok but it was also the biggest disappointment. Nothing special and of a quality you would expect in a cafe with half the menu prices than charged here. Not enough mashed avocado on the sourdough toast and none of the cheese, fruit and micro salad that the menu leads you to believe you are gonna get! Also the sausage in the “fully loaded” Park special had a hard wrinkly skin on the outside that screamed “bought freshly frozen” from Iceland! All in all the three stars is fair and the best this place deserves on this experience! Overpriced to suggest that it is something it is not. It is a shame as the area could do with an upmarket cafe! So I hope the owners will take this feedback and try to improve. Either reduce the prices so you are an honest neighbourhood cafe or improve on quality and decor and see how the place will be full every day! 11/02/2022 I was after a quick lunch with a friend and thought I would give the Park Cafe a 2nd chance. Ordered a burger for myself and full breakfast for my friend . What a transformation! We found Friendly staff communicating well with customers and the food was very good! We had to wait for the food for a while but the lady who was serving apologised for the delay rather than ignore us. So I have improved my score on that and would definately recommend for lunch. I still believe the breakfast is a touch expensive but I guess if it’s popular people can afford it! So for the price and kitchen delay which clearly is down to insufficient stuff or equipment we drop a star from perfect!

Great service.. But the food, wow, amazing! I had the Spanish omelette & chips.. It’s my go to at most cafe’s. This was very special though. I had some smoked salmon as an extra. Best omelette of my life and I really mean that. Really made my day. Definitely going back! 😀😀😀🥚🥚🥚🤤🤤🤤

Our first experience wasn’t great so we thought we give it another go. Unfortunately it was same experience. Very Slow service. I asked for my poached eggs for the whites to be cooked when I ordered as the first time we ate here the white was very runny, not how I can eat them. Anyway I made it pretty clear I wanted the whites cooked but they came out the same. I sent them back & my food came back when my partner had nearly finished his. We waited ages for them to take our order, ages for two teas then this!! My partner had a full breakfast, it wasn’t great, the mushrooms where very dry, bacon greasy & I noticed them scrapping toast in the kitchen which had burnt, this was my partners toast, which you could see it had been scrapped & had hardly any butter on! Price wise I think they are a little expensive, £10 for poached egg & avocado on sourdough. An extra egg is £1.75. If u are going to charge top prices this needs to be better. Unfortunately we will not be going back.

Came here on a calm autumn Monday, served immediately, great atmosphere, delicious burger and smoothie and friendly staff. Very impressed ☺️

I agree with Andrew Giles's review of 2 weeks ago; they don't know what they're doing. A first visit for myself and my daughter whilst shopping in the area. First impressions were good and we got a menu promptly from a young lady then nothing! Another member of staff (man with a moustache) who stood outside for while and even cuddled some dogs; hope he washed his hands after! Finally he noticed we hadn't ordered so we managed to order a chicken wrap and a tuna cheese sandwich which were both really good. The food was brought to the table by the young lady who then quickly left the café and we had no cutlery. In fact she kept going in and out of the café which seemed a bit odd. Then we went to pay and the bill was totted up by man with the moustache who said they added a service charge!!! The service wasn't great but I was too tired to argue. Then he cheekily told me all tips had to be divided between staff as it was the law. Yes I know that thanks. My issue is that NO other café in the Bromley area adds a service charge. It would be up to the customer to tip. I review a lot of cafes and restaurants (100's) both on Google and TripAdvisor and its ridiculous for a café to add a service charge especially when I was going to tip anyway. Restaurants do but not cafes. It was also expensive, our lunch plus a smoothie tea came to just over £23. He even turned the screen around to show how the tip was worked out! I could have been a regular customer but the service charge and staff attitude put me off so won't be visiting again.

Slow service, sticky table, inexperienced waiting staff, 20 mins to take order, 20 mins to be served breakfast. Coffee very strong. Toast never arrived. Very expensive.

Went there for the first time. Looks great from the outside but very disappointing. Service appalling. Asked for decaf tea but they didnt have any decaf but no suitable alternatives. Asked for paninis but didnt have any so chose a sandwich instead. 20 minutes later we were told they had paninis but had to asked for our order again. Waited over half an hour for our items. A waitress approached a couple of customers next to us to ask if they wanted the bill, only to be told by the customers that they hadnt even had their food! Overpriced menu and service awful. One young waitress standing around looking pretty and doing absolutely nothing. Could have done a better job myself whilst waiting! Such a shame!

Having visited the park cafe a couple of times since it opened we have not been disappointed. It has been open a week and we would normally just pop down the road for a coffee but have decided to eat as well. It’s nice to find a place locally that sells turkey bacon and does breakfast all day, as well as a really nice selection of good healthy food. The staff are super friendly and the food was lovely. A nice relaxed atmosphere and a really great addition to locksbottom.
