Brilliant pub, brilliant atmosphere! Locals were all very friendly & welcoming & the landlords, Ashley & Samantha are the friendliest & loveliest people I've met as pub runners. Top place x

Have had some wonderful meals here in the past but were disappointed with chaotic Sunday lunch today. Long waits. Place ran out of glasses so water served in wine glasses. Seems like more tables are packed in than used to be the case so very busy and just not the relaxed meal anticipated. Staff however were polite and doing their best.Food was ak,

Scam! Pub is closed. Last owner did a runner and charged my credit card for a room they had no intent on providing. Total criminal.

It's been a while since we visited the Half Moon, not a great deal has changed but none the less it was a nice visit. Usual friendly faces behind the bar, food still very nice. It would just be nice to see the re-vamp get underway, this poor pub needs it.

This place does an excellent Sunday lunch, good value for money, very well presented and extremely tasty. The cauliflower cheese was very good, best I have had, we went as a family group and were very pleased with the food and the price is very reasonable can certainly recommend. Will definitely be going again as it is so good, well done Chef

We recently had a meal at Judes Ferry. The food was very nice and so were the staff which would normally make this would have been a 4 star review at least. Unfortunately the front door is left open which makes it cold and the whole place needs a refurbishment inside and out. I know everything cost money but a coat of paint would make it so much better

Our breakfast was absolutely perfect. Everything was delicious and the service was great. My duvet and I had the full breakfast and my son/husband had the sandwich.

Called in on way back from beach. Ordered small fish and chips. £9.70!! I was the only one in the shop 3.15 and one person serving. Got back to my van and the fish was like a mini sardine so small and the chips were dry shrivelled and most probably started their life the night before. I also noticed from the leaflet I picked up that I should have been charged about £6 as there was an offer on. I phoned to complain 6 times but no one answered so took it back and got my money back. Second time this has happened load of old trash. Never again.

Due to special circumstances I had to book a room on the spot and I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the speed with which I was welcomed. All this despite it being a Saturday night and there were quite a few people at the bar. Amazing place and super friendly people. The hotel bar is very well stocked and I had the opportunity to meet locals who immediately turned out to be very kind to me. Sunday lunch was excellent and very tasty. All the employees were very polite and super available for anything. If I ever happen to be in the area I would definitely stop by again. It is also close to everything, so you don't need a car to enjoy the town. Also as a solo traveler I felt completely safe.

Cheap but delicious snacks, very friendly staff, we often come here. The coffee is not bitter, the sausage rolls are the best, and there is a wide variety of savouries and sweets as well as soft/hot drinks.

Waitrose offers and excellent stop for snacks and tea/coffee with free parking. Newspapers as well! A great plus in these days.
