The best restaurants serving British food in East Lindsey East Midlands

What a lovely restaurant. My friends and I all had the cheese souffle and it was divine. Best one I've ever had for sure. Nice atmosphere, room was airy and interesting and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

We have already been here twice since moving to the area in October 2024, once in February as a couple with our dog, but previously in November as a family group of 5 people. Both times have been excellent. It is a really quirky place with a great atmosphere and excellent food. It is great that they offer GF options, and our Jack Russell, Jess really rates the sausages!

Worst place to eat, bad atmosphere and service

Enjoyed such a great night at The Dunes on Friday 21st March, for their Games Night. Hosted by Paddy, we were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a great family friendly atmosphere.. we’ll definitely be back 🥰

We have eaten here before but have only ever sat outside for drinks/snacks. On this occasion we sat indoors for a full cooked meal at lunchtime. The internal decor was pleasant and the ambiance excellent. Despite being almost full there was a very quiet and refined atmosphere. The menu was varied, interesting and most mains were around £15. Everything we had was delicious and well cooked. The shepherds pie was exceptionally good - the best I’ve ever had. Our only criticism would be the rather too ’al dente’ veg. The service was exemplary and we will definitely return.

Lovely atmosphere & settings the staff were very polite & professional and service was quick and of a good standard. The food was amazing and good portions and hot and presented well on your plate. The wines we ordered was of good quality and we had a lovely meal. Re- booked, highly recommend.

Simply the best fish & chips - and so reasonably priced. Our haddock was cooked to perfection. Go!!! You won’t regret it.

The food here is very nice freshly made fish & Chips and it's Halal. Decent size potions. Very nice and clean. Eating in and takeaway. They also sell burgers and chip shop stuff all Halal.

Lovely friendly welcome from Wendy,shown straight to our table told of the roast dinner and given menu. All staff was very friendly the food was well worth the drive over from Hull. Wendy is a good laugh . Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Nice log fire.
