Incredible personal warm welcome for a family celebration. This is an absolute hidden gem that needs to be recognised and given the credit it deserves. We had been for a Sicilian Sunday lunch and returned for pizza/pasta night to celebrate a significant anniversary confident that our friends and family would be blown away with the authenticity and quality of food on offer.They were not disappointed and we were as impressed with our return visit as we were our first. We visited today, Friday lunchtime, and it was full which speaks volumes for the reputation of the restaurant and college. We ordered the carvery and Holly was brilliant carving the meat and Cameron who was our waiter looked out for us. The food was lovely, we really enjoyed our desserts of sticky toffee pudding & chocolate brownie, which were bought to us in good time. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back! Well done to all the students & staff who support them!

This restaurant is up along with the likes of the Waldorff Hotel, It is a college for students starting their careers in hospitality. The service is excellent and the food magnificent. Occassionally there is a guest chef who spends a couple of days with the students and they guide the students to create their Menu for service to customers of a Thursday evening. If like me you want to try amazing food for a fraction of the cost, or you just want to support the next generation of hospitality staff and Chefs, then this is the place to go! Don't in anyway think that because the students are learning there will be any mistakes because the first class Lecturers are there to make sure there are none! You will not regret a visit and I go every week in term time have tried many dishes, and have never had a bad meal. These students are trained so highly they win many National competitions and so have the Lecturers. Well done Loughborough College for the high standards and excellent skills and Lecturers this center/restaurant provides.

Fantastic little cafe!! Don’t normally write food reviews on TripAdvisor but considering the last 18months we’ve all had, I think more people need to pay RT’s a visit. Excellent food and great staff to go with it. Will definitely be back!!

Found this place whilst shopping in Loughborough. It's an amazing little place. It's warm and cosy and the staff were so lovely, happy and helpful. Coffee and tea were delicious. The Bakewell tart was exceptional. I took home the last croissant on the shelf that day and enjoyed it for my breakfast the next day, just lengthening my 58 experience. In the New Year we are returning for lunch and maybe try one of their taster nights.

Just had a very nice Café Americano and a very generous slice of Choc Chip Shortbread which was very tasty, light and of course made with butter. Would like to leave a photo but it would be of an empty plate!

I am currently devouring my second generous helping of breakfast. Mushrooms on toast. OMG. My eyes want a third but my belly prevails. I am pleasantly stuffed :). What a relaxed location. A warm feeling inspired by all the friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and at home here. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.

Another fabulous dinner at the Monk. Great service very interesting and eclectic wine list. With something to please everyone. My venison was amazing as was the pork. Sadly we had no room for dessert but the table next to us had no such problem. Can’t wait to see you at Christmas.

I celebrated my eightieth birthday with family and friends at The Blacksmiths Arms. Mark and his staff helped to make it a very special occasion for me. The food was excellent , as usual, and the staff were friendly and efficient, as usual. They dealt with a large number of people extremely well. Highly recommended.

100% Recommend Lynroys for a kids birthday party. Stress free and kids loved it. Simon was brilliant with the kids and making it a funny, special and awesome party. (7 year old) (Quote from a child, " Mummy mummy, that was the best party I've ever been to. Can I have mine here?)

A fantastic night with friends enjoying the cocktail masterclass with Jerome a great bartender and entertainer. Jerome knows his stuff, easily explaining what to mix and how, with a little bit of science too. We gratefully accepted the cocktails he made so effortlessly and then had a go at making our own, Jerome’s teaching style made this fun and easy and overcame any of our nerves with encouragement and humour. Thanks for helping us have a great night out 5⭐️

My first ever fleeting visit as I was on business in Quorn. Fabulous staff, great service, relaxing atmosphere and decent wines. I didn't dine but the menu looked tempting. Large real fire, chilled vibe, a great pub.

As it was a sunny day, the place was busy although we found a table. Recently the menu has changed in my view for the worst. Prices have leapt with choice not as good as it used to be. Although our order arrived in decent time one or two people who came in after us left upon being informed there was a waiting time of over 30 mins for cooked food. We have been regulars here but with the menu change and big increase in prices will sadly look elsewhere.

The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were amazing. Definitely will go again and bring other people along, and the service was incredible.
