Incredible personal warm welcome for a family celebration. This is an absolute hidden gem that needs to be recognised and given the credit it deserves. We had been for a Sicilian Sunday lunch and returned for pizza/pasta night to celebrate a significant anniversary confident that our friends and family would be blown away with the authenticity and quality of food on offer.They were not disappointed and we were as impressed with our return visit as we were our first. This restaurant is up along with the likes of the Waldorff Hotel, It is a college for students starting their careers in hospitality. The service is excellent and the food magnificent. Occassionally there is a guest chef who spends a couple of days with the students and they guide the students to create their Menu for service to customers of a Thursday evening. If like me you want to try amazing food for a fraction of the cost, or you just want to support the next generation of hospitality staff and Chefs, then this is the place to go! Don't in anyway think that because the students are learning there will be any mistakes because the first class Lecturers are there to make sure there are none! You will not regret a visit and I go every week in term time have tried many dishes, and have never had a bad meal. These students are trained so highly they win many National competitions and so have the Lecturers. Well done Loughborough College for the high standards and excellent skills and Lecturers this center/restaurant provides.

We visited today, Friday lunchtime, and it was full which speaks volumes for the reputation of the restaurant and college. We ordered the carvery and Holly was brilliant carving the meat and Cameron who was our waiter looked out for us. The food was lovely, we really enjoyed our desserts of sticky toffee pudding & chocolate brownie, which were bought to us in good time. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back! Well done to all the students & staff who support them!

Fantastic little cafe!! Don’t normally write food reviews on TripAdvisor but considering the last 18months we’ve all had, I think more people need to pay RT’s a visit. Excellent food and great staff to go with it. Will definitely be back!!

Found this place whilst shopping in Loughborough. It's an amazing little place. It's warm and cosy and the staff were so lovely, happy and helpful. Coffee and tea were delicious. The Bakewell tart was exceptional. I took home the last croissant on the shelf that day and enjoyed it for my breakfast the next day, just lengthening my 58 experience. In the New Year we are returning for lunch and maybe try one of their taster nights.

Just had a very nice Café Americano and a very generous slice of Choc Chip Shortbread which was very tasty, light and of course made with butter. Would like to leave a photo but it would be of an empty plate!

I am currently devouring my second generous helping of breakfast. Mushrooms on toast. OMG. My eyes want a third but my belly prevails. I am pleasantly stuffed :). What a relaxed location. A warm feeling inspired by all the friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and at home here. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.

The steaks we had were amazing and perfectly cooked. We had no complaints about the food however our whole party was shocked by the pictures of women’s breasts in the men’s toilet. The photographs displayed are totally inappropriate objectifying women and have no place in modern society. There were also pictures of topless men in the women’s toilet which again is bizarre and has nothing to do with going to the toilet. The experience and atmosphere was totally at odds with the class food on offer. We left without having a desert and will not be returning.

First visit for Sunday lunch with family. Food was brilliant from Sunday lunch to children’s meal. Couldn’t fault it. Lovely, tasty and hot. Service was spot on even though they were extremely busy. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back.

100% Recommend Lynroys for a kids birthday party. Stress free and kids loved it. Simon was brilliant with the kids and making it a funny, special and awesome party. (7 year old) (Quote from a child, " Mummy mummy, that was the best party I've ever been to. Can I have mine here?)

A fantastic night with friends enjoying the cocktail masterclass with Jerome a great bartender and entertainer. Jerome knows his stuff, easily explaining what to mix and how, with a little bit of science too. We gratefully accepted the cocktails he made so effortlessly and then had a go at making our own, Jerome’s teaching style made this fun and easy and overcame any of our nerves with encouragement and humour. Thanks for helping us have a great night out 5⭐️

A big thank you to the chef and catering staff for our delicious Christmas lunch at the White Horse. Excellent service by Abi and the team. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all 6 🌟s all round.

We went today at 9am for breakfast as we’d had such a lovely meal a few months ago and were very excited to go after a sunrise walk through Bradgate. We all had poached eggs in some form and not one was runny which to me is the whole premise of a poached egg. The ham was delicious in my eggs Benedict but we were all very disappointed and frankly annoyed we’d paid someone to cook eggs who clearly couldn’t. We didn’t get a smile when the drinks were served or the food and no one came to check if it was any good. Hopefully the fact that the plates had all the eggs still on there might have given a hint. We won’t be back any time soon.
