Found this place whilst shopping in Loughborough. It's an amazing little place. It's warm and cosy and the staff were so lovely, happy and helpful. Coffee and tea were delicious. The Bakewell tart was exceptional. I took home the last croissant on the shelf that day and enjoyed it for my breakfast the next day, just lengthening my 58 experience. In the New Year we are returning for lunch and maybe try one of their taster nights.

We visited here at 11.30am on a Monday. The place was busy, waited a few minutes for a table as they don’t take bookings. The staff were really friendly and attentive. I ordered the sourdough toast, creamy mushrooms with poached eggs. It was served hot freshly made to order and was so yummy. I also had a tea. Loved the tea pots so much I’ve even ordered one for myself.

Very friendly atmosphere, staff are all helpful & the food is just amazing. They vary the menu putting exciting combinations on. They ask advice from customers. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Wow, what a find! This place is magic. Food was a little bit of a wait but soooo worth it. Everything was made fresh with so much care and exquisite flavours! Coffee is delicious, vibe is immaculate but the veggie brunch (particularly the buttery sourdough) was the highlight - one of the best I have ever had! If you are in Loughborough, you must visit.

Excellent quality food let down by very slow service and an owner with attitude. The food was everything expected of it and can't complain at all but it took 25 minutes for the food to appear and when asked "how long" we received a brusque "it's coming!"When it did arrive we were basically told off because the kitchen was "very busy and only one chef". Won't be going back.

Lovely little deli, the food quality was great, quick and friendly service. I had not had a great brunch like this in a long time, the poached eggs were cooked to perfection (runny yolk and cooked on the outside), they had good coffee. The food presentation was very appealing and I am looking forward to go again. I am now recommending this deli to everyone!

Hands down the best deli I’ve been to! They use the freshest ingredients, producing some of the best brunch food you could ever wish for and seasonally changing their menu to compliment this, coupled with the Fantastic people who run the deli, it’s no wonder I’m giving them a 5*!

Whilst working away I discovered this little deli and the pancakes did not disappoint. Seemed to be a favourite amongst the locals as well.

I’ve wanted to visit 58 for a while and ended up visiting with a friend today! We went for brunch and coffee - it was incredible; the french toast especially, (which I feel is a rare find but personal favourite). Everything looked great, the deli was popular for pastries, bread and cheese etc with people popping in and out!! It’s really quaint and charming - a wonderful addition to loughborough 👏🏼

We have had brunch 4 times in July. The food is out of this world - akin to what you’d expect at a top hotel, but at a great price!

I only got a brownie and a flapjack to go, but they were incredible. The staff was very friendly too. Can't wait to go back and maybe try a meal in the courtyard!

Always great food and service. Best brunch and lunch options in Loughborough including huge pancakes, french toast, eggs bennedict, as well as various toasted and fresh sandwiches. Lots of fresh produce as well, cheeses, meats, breads, cakes and pastries.

Popped in today for bit of lunch and ended up ordering half the shop. Everything just looks amazing and does not disappoint on the taste. The owners who were working were really friendly and very conscious of the health and safety, wearing PPE and having the NHS COVID QR Code displayed clearly for you to scan when you enter. An Amazing little find to grab a sandwich or stock up on some delicious deli treats.

Lovely little place that serves good quality local produce. Tried the New Yorker sandwich which was served on a nice thick sour dough bread. Also had the eggs royale on a previous visit which was awesome. Would highly recommend. The lattes are also very good and you can tell the coffee beans ore of good quality.

I am currently devouring my second generous helping of breakfast. Mushrooms on toast. OMG. My eyes want a third but my belly prevails. I am pleasantly stuffed :). What a relaxed location. A warm feeling inspired by all the friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and at home here. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.

The steaks we had were amazing and perfectly cooked. We had no complaints about the food however our whole party was shocked by the pictures of women’s breasts in the men’s toilet. The photographs displayed are totally inappropriate objectifying women and have no place in modern society. There were also pictures of topless men in the women’s toilet which again is bizarre and has nothing to do with going to the toilet. The experience and atmosphere was totally at odds with the class food on offer. We left without having a desert and will not be returning.

100% Recommend Lynroys for a kids birthday party. Stress free and kids loved it. Simon was brilliant with the kids and making it a funny, special and awesome party. (7 year old) (Quote from a child, " Mummy mummy, that was the best party I've ever been to. Can I have mine here?)

My most favourite little deli! Have been coming here for 11+ years and have never left disappointed. The food is fantastic and whenever I take people there (generally grabbing lunch with a colleague) they're always impressed with the quality of the food. Personal favourites are the brie and bacon baguette and THE WORLDS BEST lemon cheesecake (chefs kiss). Only slight criticisms would be the place gets so busy it can mean can't always eat in (shows how good the place is) and they're closed on a Monday which tends to be the day I work in the office so can't always nip in to the best deli in Leicestershire.

We went today at 9am for breakfast as we’d had such a lovely meal a few months ago and were very excited to go after a sunrise walk through Bradgate. We all had poached eggs in some form and not one was runny which to me is the whole premise of a poached egg. The ham was delicious in my eggs Benedict but we were all very disappointed and frankly annoyed we’d paid someone to cook eggs who clearly couldn’t. We didn’t get a smile when the drinks were served or the food and no one came to check if it was any good. Hopefully the fact that the plates had all the eggs still on there might have given a hint. We won’t be back any time soon.
