My tea was not hot enough, which is pretty inexcusable for a Tea Shop. It should be piping hot, for the flavour to be extracted from the leaves. So I drank the two cups, in about 2 minutes flat, as I didn't want it to get even colder and thus cutting short my visit. Secondly (an most unusually), I did not receive a small jug of hot water, to 'top up' the pot. Even a cheapo cafe near the bus station (in every town, so to speak !!) ALWAYS provides this, let alone a "specialist" tea shop. The mother and daughter combo, seems like the Mother is really "in tune" with whole thing, whereas the denim wearing, tatoo showing rough-diamond daughter, just doesn't seem to fit in, to the business model, at all. The cakes are excellent.

Handy spot and prompt initial service, however we specified no holla Daisy sauce on the dishes and she brought it out covered in the stuff so we had to wait for the second attempt. Tea cups were almost thrown down on the table, the teapot spout on one was badly chipped which is unhygienic. Poor value for money too.

Basic restaurant so wasn’t expecting too much from previous visits but my tuna mayonnaise sandwich was poor. It came on white bread instead of brown which I ordered. I could barely see the tuna as it was spread so thinly.

Dreadful place. Sky high prices for what are the cheapest synthetic ingredients. Plus everything you order generates tonnes of plastic single use waste. Avoid and head to Oscars Gelato. At least there you are paying for a quality. Friendly service hence 2*

Had hunters chicken with salad but could have had veg and chips. Chicken very tasty salad fresh nothing special. Had a cake from the daily cake choice. Special offer on cakes from top shelf with a hot drink reduced price. They also serve ice cream Sundays

Horrendous service, asked for ice cream in a tub, the server made a mistake, proceeded to remove the ice cream from the cone and then placed the left over Ice cream into a tub!! He then was using the same cone on another flavoured ice cream.. horrendous behaviour. I then asked for the cone to compensate the mishap he made with the order, he then had the gall to ask me for 30 pence extra for that. Try the cafe on the pier front, much better service there, please avoid this place!

Ignore the negative reviews. If you think something is too expensive, don't buy it! Coffee tastes are a matter of opinion, however, the coffee is actually brilliant! Flat whites and vanilla lattes are our go-to's. They also offer tasty sourdough toasties with a selection of fillings, amongst a selection of hot and cold food. We've enjoyed a snack here a few times whilst walking the dog through Trent Park. I'd absolutely recommend!

Slack service, le dije a un miembro del personal que la zona exterior estaba sucia y llena de basura. Dijo una palabra: “Oh”. . Señalé las manchas sucias en el soporte del número de mesa, y él respondió “oh sí, lo siento por eso”. Y eso fue todo... no se ofreció a limpiar el tallo de la grada... Otro miembro más joven del personal limpió una mesa recién dejada y nunca la limpió. . Sucio shabby, no podía dar un maldito servicio. . Tal vez pensaron que porque están sucios en su país, nosotros aceptamos lo mismo. . Lugar muy muy sucio. .

Llegó para los más de 60 s sopa y un rollo y como de costumbre la experiencia fue pobre. Cada vez o no hay sopa o se calienta, que cuando está listo no está caliente en absoluto. Se supone que es algo bueno durante más de 60 s, pero todo parece estar diseñado para alejar a la gente. Si Asda va a ofrecer esto al menos hacerlo bien.

Shocking service initially there were only 4/5 orders on the screen . However I still waited 20 minutes. Nobody appeared to be in charge and eventually there were around 20 people waiting . Everyone seemed to working at a slow pace . Compared to every other Macdonalds I’ve visited , this was my first visit here , the service and response from team members was poor .

Fuimos por un desayuno vegano que solía ser delicioso, pero ¿qué le han hecho? El aguacate no es fresco, el tomate es de una lata y los hongos viejos no son frescos. Qué lástima que lo hayan conservado todo demasiado. Traiga rodajas de aguacate frescas, tomates frescos y hongos por favor.
