Paid £12 for small cod and chips, fish wasn’t fresh at all and loaded with batter Very disappointed especially after driving for 35 minutes to get to this place.

I went in today for the first time, and I bought two large seabass and some salt salmon for tomorrow ! I have got to say tonight Seabass was the best I have ever had. I shall definitely be going back. Louise

Cant go wrong with a meal and drink in a Witterspoons for less thsn £10. Great value for money

We had a super Sunday lunch here after strolling through the botanical gardens. the chef Michael Jackson (yes, really!) cooked a delicious roast beef for my husband & did a special sea bass for me. Very attentive service from friendly staff & really good wine by the glass in pleasant surroundings, with the sun streaming into the restaurant.
