Full English advertised at £6.50 we ordered 2 everything came out of a warming cupboard bacon black pudding like cardboard & the tiny piece of dried up tomato . then we got charged extra 95p each for 2 toast & an extra £ 2-60 for a coffee. total £ 18.45 for 2 breakfasts i will never go again , what a rip off

Asda sheffield chaucer.... we came for a breakfast ... normally i go to morrisons for one as i no they are nice hot and tasty... never again will i come here.... £12 for 2 breakfast and 2 hot drinks .... drinks was left we could not drink them ... utterly disgusting tasted like water no taste what so ever... breakfast came after 10 mins wait and the plates was kiddie plates 1 burnt frazzled bacon 1 undercooked sausgae 1 egg with gooey bits on top... undercooked too... small beans maybe 15 beans tops and one half of a tomotoe we both laughed at each other .. the lady coughed as soon as soon as she placed the plates on the table which was not kool.... then came with 2 pieces of bread which should have been roast and 2 knobs of butter..literally i could have fed 15 people woth £12 if i was to make it my self ... utter rip off please don't bother

Llegué a tomar una taza rápida y un sándwich antes de comenzar mis compras, un personal encantador y amable, sin duda volveremos pronto.

Llegó esta mañana, entre las 8 y las 9 de la mañana, y pidió un desayuno pequeño / 6 artículos el 26/07/2019. No hay nadie a la vista, así que tengo mi bandeja, con una intensidad realmente visible en ella, la siguiente mejor y la tercera aparentemente estaba bien. Esperando ver a alguien un momento o tres, entonces el asistente entró. Ordené cortésmente con algo de humor y no obtuve nada, ella me pidió un poco más o menos que repitiera lo que había dicho. Pagó mi 3. 50 + 1. 95 para 'El mejor café de Seatles' (No iré a Seattle porque puedo garantizarlo) Frío, y me refiero a frijoles marrones fritos, tocino fresco, la salchicha era una mezcla de carne altamente procesada, los únicos artículos CALIENTES eran los frijoles y los tomates, además del huevo, pero como provenía de un Asda básico (prefiero el rango libre o mejor por razones éticas ) Ni siquiera lo entretuve. Me quejé en el servicio al cliente, pero tienen un contrato externo para el café. ¿Las razones por las que di una estrella? Asda CS dio un reembolso completo y no puedo dar menos de 1/5

Absolutamente impactante comida y servicio. Esperamos mucho para que nos sirvieran, ¡y solo había otras 2 personas frente a nosotros! La mujer en la caja se veía tan aburrida! ¡Y perdí la cuenta de la cantidad de veces que dijo que no podía esperar para ir a casa! La tostada de frutas es una broma: una pequeña rebanada cortada por la mitad. Crumpets - nunca he visto una tostadora! - frio y pastoso ¡Café! horrible - lo mejor de Seattle! Dudo. . . Probablemente Asdas más barato. Evitar

I love it here. The toasties are excellent, cakes and pastries as required and the coffee is top notch.friendly staff thank you

Called for lunch after a visit to Costco (wish the queue hadn’t been too long there for food ☹️) Pretty empty which should have given me a clue The jacket potato’s were tasteless and the children’s ‘pizza pie’ not very nice... maybe try putting fish fingers on the kids menu... always a winner Not very nice coffee either. The lady serving looked extremely flustered and stressed out which I could not understand because the place was empty

Like a fool I ventured in Asda cafe Handsworth after my last terrible experience when I received what was supposed to be a full English brekkie.This will definitely be the last time. How on earth can you screw up coffee and a hot cross. In Avoid this place like the plague

Recently visited ASDA and decided to risk a cooked breakfast. I opted for tinned tomatoes which was the first mistake. The tomatoes were dark brown in colour and tasted metallic, I suspect that they'd been in the pan for ages? The rest of the breakfast wasn't quite so bad apart from the plastic sausages full of cereal and the limp brown toast specially selected from ASDA's cheapest brown sliced!! We asked for Americano's which is advertised as authentic american from Seattle I think. The coffee was tasteless although it was served in a giant mug which wouldn't have been so bad if it was pleasant. Even if you are desperate do waste your money and time on this garbage!

Why are Asda providing a non cosy, poor quality food and service cafe to there customers? The fact that the cafe is so poor puts me off shopping in Asda. Last week i thought i would give the cafe another chance and low and behold as usual service was sloppy and the fruit toast tasted more like a toasted scone, rock hard, and i ended up leaving some of it. Asda wake up and smell the roses!! so many poor reviews are telling you something!! Sainsbury's and Morrisons have got it right!!

We visited this cafe with our new born son for a bit of lunch after shopping. In comparison to Morrisons Ecclesfield cafe this is well below standard. You always have to wait for your orders and the temperature of the food is sometimes below par.

Rude staff, dirty cups and barely edible food. Need I say more? Apparently I do. We asked if they had soya milk and had a terse reply stating they only had little pots. Asked for 2 bacon butties, one without butter - told in no uncertain terms that the butties don't come with butter. Asked for 2 teas - the mugs were checked, tea bags thrown in and sighed at when I pointed out that one of the mugs had a tea ring around the top and could I have a clean mug. Handed over a completed loyalty card for a free drink. Charged full price and given a new card in exchange! Speechless! It has been many years since I have visited this café and nothing, nothing has changed!

Called in on the off chance for a bit of lunch hoping it had improved since the last time I visited. I should have read the other reviews first. Staff on the counter didn't even bother to greet me with a hello, just stood grinning at me whilst their colleague came out of the kitchen and shouted "fish an chips twice" in what can only be described as a blood curdling cackle of a voice. The volume was that of a car alarm and made me duck for cover. Fish Wife springs to mind . Trying to find a clean table was a challenge , clearly the same cleaner isn't bothered about the floor either. Basically it's dreadful and I won't return. How the management thinks this is acceptable is a mystery to me.

Do your selfs a favour and give it a miss scruffy and dirty and cold food ..very helpful staff on a more positive note ..if you like eating in a old school canteen then give it a go

wouldn't bother using the cafe at Handsworth, incompetent staff, incomplete menu's, lukewarm food,how can a cafe inside Asda run out of so much stuff, been 3 times now and there has been something missing off menu because of "running out of things"

Get a sandwich from the fridge and eat it in your car. Raw mushrooms, burned bacon, dry beans, cheap sausages, and toast that's only toasted on one side so doesn't really qualify as toast. Even worse than Morrison's.

Siempre hemos venido a esta cafetería para el desayuno cuando visite Sheffield. Este año nos decepcionó ver que el buffet de desayuno no estaba como de costumbre. Debemos tener incomprendida la señora, ya que pensamos que ella había dicho que no había comida caliente, pero luego vimos un caballero pidiendo un desayuno y esperar a llegar preparado. No es tan bonito como recordábamos.

The food at Asda cafe was rubbish. Over cooked breakfast. Staff weren't very helpful at all. We've tried breakfast here a few times now and give up.

I took my 4 daughters to Asda as they were all arguing and indecisive about what they wanted for tea. As I'm walking round the aisles and the arguing continued and I was quickly beginning to realise I either starve my kids or cook four separate teas, a light bulb shone in my head and I deposited my shopping back on the shelves and took them all to the cafe. The staff are friendly, the food is cheap, I got one free meal too! Bonus. I sat them all in a corner with four different meals and spent less than I would have in the shop. Free wifi, a cup of tea, and a comfy chair gave me 10 minutes of peace. Thank you Asda. ❤️

Me and friend met up to have lunch and we ordered a tikka curry, on the menu it looked lovely and edible, when it came to us having it, we got shouted up to collect, that was after the staff had to decide if they had it in stock or not, the curry was microwave, we could of bought and cooked it better for cheaper, at £4.70 this was watery, cold and disgusting, along with our soggy microwaved nan bread, we had left our food and got our money back and went straight to morrisons instead,

What surprises me about my visits to asda cafe is that 9/10 times, they have run out of the food I wish to order even though it's on display as available. It's a supermarket for goodness sake, go and get more !That said, the cafe is clean and nice and bright and when they have the food I want, it is generally nice. They just need to stock more of the food they advertise.

If it's a coffee or tea or a cold drink u after its good, great if u are going out with kids as there cold kids boxes great value for money

usually enjoy breakfast there, odd occasion had other meal, but they do not seem to be quality and portion control is going crazy here and in other places. too little for money.changing items like cheaper sausages on breakfast, do not taste nice at all. way to lose custom.

I'm no stranger to a supermarket cafe but this one is dreadful! Sub par food and awful service. I must admit the service isn't down to the staff themselves but to the LACK of staff. Lady who served me was lovely. Also a lack of cutlery and clean tables. Foods not too bad but who can cock up a fried breakfast?

We called here for a few last minute bits and decided on a cuppa tea. Decent price, but pretty average really. Their food smelt nice tho but we wasn't there for food.

No excuse on the quality, lack of food and lack of cutlery.It maybe cheap, but really this is poor and not worth paying for even though they are happy to refund if you complain, which i'm sure most people must do.

Popped into Asda cafe for the first time today ordered the big breakfast it was cold the sausages under cooked in fact so under cooked a good vet could have saved the animal it come from the mushrooms were completely dried out the bacon if you could call it bacon was like cardboard and as previously mentioned everything was stone cold returned it and was asked what was wrong with it would have been quicker to say what was right I got a half hearted apology and a refund and a dirty look .

Not much choice of food and its in a supermarket! I have called a few times whilst shopping and its ok for a quick drink but the food is not up to much. Will go some where else next time.

Very slow service and staff not very friendly Also you have to get your own drinks which the area is always unclean and poorly stocked.

It is what it is a cafe! Fast food at a good price,not much good if you're on a diet,crayons and puzzles for the kids etc,every time I have been in there is always something we have to wait for,and then it arrives when we've eaten the rest! Always a knife and fork shortage!

Out shopping and thought we'd catch an afternoon snack - sausage bap was ok. The waitress said she'd bring the toasted cheese and onion sandwich across as it needed to be toasted - 7 minutes later and still waiting so I went to the counter - it was cold so they put it through the machine again -still cold and over cooked. Disappointed - paid already and no apology. Tables dirty and many had empties waiting to be cleared. Floor dirty. Miss eating at this Asda cafe but others may be better.
