Ahh a few things with this place. Firstly the food is actually good, they’re not very good at listening to instructions though, asked for no sauce and genuinely think they gave me double what they normally would. Not just once but also the second time ordered and that was sadly the last time for me. Secondly, they pick and choose when they rely on the community. They state they have outside catering and that before Covid they were a catering company bla bla bla but when they aren’t “outside catering” they decide it’s time to open to the community. You’re either a catering company or you’re a takeaway and if you wanna be both… hire more and be both. Don’t pick and choose when you want the communities business and I’m not the only person who picked up on this. Just see their Facebook page. Again apart from that, the food is good, it is fresh, staff can be blunt but most times they’re okay. The clearly can’t accept constructive criticism from they’re replies to negative feedback on trip advisor and they will think this is negative by actually I’ve given them 3/5 because the food is nice and fresh. That’s all.

We were in Glasgow 3 nights and had dinner here twice! That should be an indication of our appreciation of Mini Grill. From the Pork Belly starter to the venison, steak and risotto mains, we found the food delicious. We especially enjoyed Tricia as our server as she provided insights to the menu as well as suggestions to make our stay in Glasgow memorable. Glenn received high marks for his martinis. My wife was thrilled that they were so accommodating to those that have to eat gluten-free. All in all, a totally enjoyable experience - both times!

My husband and I visited Butchers restaurant in Elderslie for our weekly date night. We had visited before several times and fancied chateaubriand so we went to the best steakhouse near us. The staff were friendly and attentive which is the usual. We were escorted to our table then we got our drinks and the menu states it takes 40 minutes to prepare our meal so we sat chatting and were pleasantly surprised when it came 15 minutes early. As we have had chateaubriand before in other restaurants we were expecting one piece of meat between us. The meat came on a sandwich Nike platter but it had been cut into 4 pieces and it did not keep the heat for very long. Usually it comes as one piece and you cut off pieces yourselves and it keeps it’s heat to the end. This was the only issue with our visit as it is an expensive cut of meat but was cold by the time we ate our first piece each. I think if I was to order it again I would ask them not to cut it up. Apart from that one issue we enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.

We came for a 1 night stay due to work. This hotel has a luxurious ambient vibe as soon as you walk through the door. The attention to detail is fantastic. We dined in the bar and grill and the staff were fantastic. Every single staff member we encountered from the reception to bar to dining were fantastic. The room itself (super king) was spacious comfortable and clean. The decor was very nice. Our meal in the bar and grill was outstanding so compliments to the chef. The rump roast beef was one of the best roast beef dinners I've ever had. I have gone out of my way to write this review because the staff deserve it and nowadays with money being tight across the board people want to great service and this is what we were given. Will be returning and recommending to all friends and family

Some people give mixed reviews, but we have been going to Anchor line for years and it just a lovely experience all round. The staff always welcome us back, our favourite cocktails though no longer on the menu are made for us and never have we had to complain about the food menu

Excellent value, £22 per person and all you can eat in 2 hours. Has an extensive selection of meats, seafood, tofus, vegetables etc. Cook them in a hot pot or bbq, or both, and it's byo alcohol. Also includes a range of sauces and oils, and fruits like water melon and grapes. Service is very friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend.

When ordering your items it's all contactless which is both fine and not brilliant, fine as your spoiled for choice on what kind of burger you can get but also if you want to add extra toppings like pickles, cheese sauce it's there but you'll be charged extra, same goes for there chips selection. But the not so brilliant part is when you've done all the ordering and are ready to pay sometimes the card machine isn't working or switch on so you've wasted time there but also if your lookong for someone to talk to take your order, there doesn't seem to be anyone there at the other desk from what I've seen anytime I've been in. There foods good, it will fill you up and the portion is big but not to the point your uncomfortable after eating ya know. I'll definitely be back though for the burger.

Decided to give the 'new' 55 another visit since opening. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The place was busy but mostly with punters sitting having a drink. Decided to order food. Menu isn't big, possibly as it is a fairly small establishment. Food was presented well, and for all that the cjicken was good the sauce lacked in taste. However, the fries were tasty. I would return but for drinks and a small plate only.
