Cracking pub, friendly punters and staff! Reasonably priced lagers on tap although Fosters and Carling are among them haha!! We were staying nearby so this was a local over a week period and got to meet some great local people so we rate this high! Will come back 👍

There are not enough stars available to do The Blue justice, there's nowhere else like it and it's everything an English pub should be. One reviewer awarded one star and preferred to go across to Wetherspoons - and he won't be back. THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT!!

My other half loves the food here and its very handy as right round the corner from our house. The food is always nice and it quick :-)

We ordered 3 salads and 3 beers and it came to £95! Absolutely extortionate for what we got. The fish was very average and was just placed on a bowl of disappointing and basic salad which didn’t complement the fish, and didn’t even have any dressing on. Despite all ordering different salads on the menu, all of the salads were exactly the same, just with different fish on top which was not what we expected given the descriptions on the menu. The mackerel salad listed beetroot and salted cucumber on the menu, but this was not what we got. My mum is coeliac and there was very limited gluten free options available - no gluten free bread or dressing options. We offered some polite feedback to a member of staff, and were met with a rude and defensive response what seemed to be the manager. A lovely location yes, but outweighed by the poor food and rude staff - definitely not worth the money and would never go back.

Used to visit weekly. But having booked for 5pm we were told there wasn't enough staff for the amount of bookings taken. There were 2 tables taken and one was the staff they were apparently short of. Just hope the other bookings show up otherwise Whitbread will be wondering why this restaurant is so poorly managed.

Steakout luton is one of my favourite restaurant, their steaks are the best but Its very expensive and food portion is small , one more thing the vegetables with steak are always tasteless please atleast cook them with some salt and pepper.

Nous avions réservé pour l’afternoon tea avec nos enfants entre 6 et 14 ans. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce moment : grande et jolie salle au calme, qui contraste avec l’agitation touristique du secteur, la nourriture est bonne (menus enfant comme adulte) et les boissons comprises dans l’Afternoon Tea sont proposées à volonté. Le service est prévenant et discret. Ils vous donnent une boîte en carton à gâteaux pour emporter les restes (c’est abondant, nous n’avons pas pu finir).

Went out for dinner with friends. My wife and I chose chicken schnitzel. Both meals were the worst we have had for years. The chicken was overcooked, dry and hard. So hard on fact that whilst trying to cut hers, my wife lost most of hers onto the floor. The Parmesan cheese was not existent and the salsa verdi was a minute teaspoonful if that. The egg on top was cooked so much the white was frilly and the yoke hard. We raised the quality of the dish with the waiter and he apologised, but no refund or reduction was offered. Having said that, our friends enjoyed their choice from the menu. We will not be going back again.

My current favourite place to stay in Falmouth! Solo trip in penthouse and then Fos’cle with hubby. The same great view. Lovely rooms with great location. The best nights sleep I had in a long time. Straight out onto the high street with a quiet setting. Beautiful 🥰
