Driver was really rude, didnt actually look for the property number. Said he was at my door but wasn't & expected me to direct him to my flat like I could telepathically know exactly where he was, stood at the gate shouting " its very simple, tell me which way " down the phone I had to send my 10yr old to run all round the building to collect. Never again, we'll go back to hisar

Arrived quicker than I thought which was a bonus and the food was piping hot, tasty and fresh. Everyone was really happy.

DO NOT ORDER!! Shocking customer service. Incorrect items arrived, was also cold and they would not rectify this unless we paid extra for food that wasn’t delivered to us!!

Horrible delivery experience! Had to go out and collect my food because they couldn't find my address, then had me waiting 10mins when told he was outside... obvously he wasn't where he said he was. Food now lukewarm !

Food was good, wrong order though - 1 doner, 2 chicken kebabs ordered but 2 doner -1 chicken delivered. Anyway was very good. Delivery 6:55 instead of 7:45 but might be issue with the app not updating times.

Best kebabs I have ever had. How good is this kebab shop? Good enough for me to feel that it is reasonable to review a kebab shop on trip advisor. Best kofte I have ever had. Try the yoghurtlu kebab - you won't regret it. I eat here too often. You should too :-)

Ordered from here plenty of times before and food and service has been great. Sadly this time food was 30 minutes late, chips were overcooked and dark brown and doner was awful with even the pickled chillis having a rancid smell and taste. Hopefully just a one off.

Food came quick was really hot and lovely food definitely order again and this was on a Saturday so was really shocked how quick it came

Used Eden park Charcoal Grill on many occasions previously and normally its full stars all the way, today's delivery however was only just above room temperature when it arrived, guessing we were were last on the delivery run on a busy New Years Eve.

My regular kebab shop let me down tonight after 3/4 weeks. Ordered at 18:15 and it arrived at 20:20. The driver was rude last week to my wife so think it’s time to find a new Kebab delivery. My young children are now hungry. Do not recommend.

It is with great sadness that my weekly kebab place which is normally great let me down tonight. I placed an order at 18-15 and it has just arrived at 20-20 over an hour late from the estimated time. I declined the kebab because my two young children are now hungry and they could not offer anything for the inconvenience. I will now be looking for a new Friday night cheesy chips and kebab shop as the kiddies and us love it. Great food but let me down tonight and the driver was very rude to my wife last week so time to move on.

Delivery time was just unacceptable. Had to call restaurant twice, only to be told anytime now!

3 hour wait Food never turned up When I phoned after 1.5 hours the food hadn’t even been cooked!

Ordered extra large meat doner and chicken kebab. Chicken kebab was ok. Meat doner was served on a very SMALL pitta bread which was soaked soggy in fat! Meat was like warm and swimming in fat. Had to wrap meat in kitchen roll to soak off fat. Throw away pitta bread and heat my own I had. And throw away Salad which was also soaked in fat. Then make my own salad. This used to be a good place to have a kebab from. Quality gone downhill. I will buy elsewhere in future.

These guys are always consistently great but tonight’s order was unreal. We had two chicken kebab wraps (one large), chips, onions rings and pots of burger sauce. The wraps were full of chicken and generous amounts of lettuce and mayo too. The chips were cooked perfectly , really fresh with a bit of a crisp around the edge and the onion rings were also done to perfection. We were told the food would be 45 mins but it came in 25, considering we live 10 mins away this is very impressive. Would recommend to anyone ! Thank you.

The chicken and lamb shish had flavour but was very dry. I would have liked red cabbage and jalapeño but they don't seem to do them. The garlic sauce was OK just not my usual one.

This was truly the most disgusting food I’ve ever purchased from a kebab shop. The chicken in the shish kebab was not only unpleasantly flavoured but several of the pieces were so hard and rubbery I couldn’t even bite through them. We also had some doner meat which I took one bite of and had to spit out because it tasted absolutely disgusting, not fresh at all. Even the chips were revolting. Stewed and brown. The only saving grace was the salad in the kebab which tasted fairly fresh. Keeping my fingers crossed now that neither my partner or I get food poisoning from the small amount we consumed before consigning it to the bin. How this place stays in business I don’t know. Avoid it like the plague.

I ordered by telephone, a chicken and kofte mixed kebab, with salad of my choice and chips. Everything was very fresh, hot and tasty when I arrived home to eat it. Chops were crispy and freshly cooked too. What a nice meal it was. Takeaway restaurant looked clean a d hygienic too. I will return once more, keep up the great work team. Thank you.

Food was ok, however was disappointed with the part cooked cold chips however the kebabs were amazing. Not sure if we would consider again.😞

then found the food to be average - often find this, when you first start ordering the food is fab, then it starts to get poor. Poor quality chicken, browning lettuce in the salad, hard pitta breads.

I am a regular to the Eden Park Charcoal Grill, we have never had a bad takeaway here. I've tried the doner, chicken shish, wraps, burgers etc they are all good. I would say it's a little on the pricey side but I suppose over a fiver for a kebab is norm these days.

chicken kebabs had no grilled onions or peppers in them like they used to. the salad was in a separate box so kebab was literally just chicken in a pitta. shame they don't do it the same as when you collect takeaway.

Decent little kebab shop. They deliver too which is handy. Chicken is always cooked lovely and succulent not dry. My husband orders a kofte dish with chillies and yogurt and that's is also really nice. The doner isn't the greatest but everything I've tried is nice.

Always delivers before time set. It's exquisite food was one of the best meals I've had in a while. I will definitely continue ordering from this kebab shop. Thank you Eden Park team! :D

Revolting. Cold, rubbery chips. Strange, cold chicken fillet (disc). I would never eat food like this. Insulted that they sent this off to feed a human being. Revolting. Just Eat gave me a voucher after this place refused to give me a refund.

They were 45 minutes late . They then only gave us half our order. I rang to explain we were missing food. The women on the phone was not very apologetic and I asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I was treated like I was the one that had caused a problem. They then sent the rest of the order. When it came the chicken kebab which we have had many times and always comes in a pitta, was just a load of chicken in a box. I was really disappointed as we have used this place many times but this has put me off based on how rude the women working on the phone is.

chips were cold. ordered a what I thought was a chicken shish kebab and got lamb very small amount as well??? ordered 2 kebabs and only got one salad and they don't give you a choice when ordering if you want salad...

When I ask for 7up but get Diet Coke. Food was cold. Disappointed!

the chips were a little soggy and there was only 4 pieces of chicken and 4 tiny pieces of the shish kebab, i think there should be more for the price. Other than that it was good and they have not disappointed us before :)

Ordered a chicken burger with chips and a kebab. Having read the comment below after our purchase, I would agree that the burger looks like a frozen one from the supermarket. We paid for salad and mayonnaise as well and instead received an extremely standard burger, without the extras that we paid for. I would not pay a penny for that meal again. Kebab on the other hand was okay, maybe they should stick to what they do best.

The food was good but was missing the griddled onions and peppers that normally come with the chicken kebabs. The salad came in a separate box so the kebab was a few pieces of chicken thrown in a pitta.

order 4 cheese burgers sent me one without cheese, order extra chips didn't arrive. They did bring me the missed items but nobody wanted the chips when they got here and my daughter had to eat hers on her own as everybody else had there's. service of sorting it out was good but I feel I lost money as I ended up throwing some of it away

Excellent food as always.However previously there was a drop down box on line which asked whether we wanted chilli sauce ,garlic sauce,salad,onions,cucumber etc.There was no drop down box this type and instead we received a box of salad.This was fine but there were no sauces.Fortunately we eat/cook a lot of Arab/Turkish cuisine so we had the sauce at home.Still delicious and big portions.Lovely.

My experience was disgusting. food was dry and horrible, so called up to complain and received a mouthful of abuse from the owner, shouting and swearing at me. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a paying customer, he just wanted my money, no care in the food what so ever, no lettuce or mayonnaise in my burger, just a frozen chicken burger cooked from iceland in a dry bun. My chicken was extremely salty and so was my salad. The owner treated me disgustingly and i will never be using this restaurant again. I am outraged.

We always have the lamb shish. The meat is top quality. Generous portion of always fresh salad; no problem to order without pitta if you prefer. Friendly service. Clean.

I asked for extra CHILLIS not chilli sauce and they covered the donner kebab in so much chilli sauce that my boyfriend couldn't eat it, the garlic mushrooms were molten hot and the burger came with no salad or mayonnaise. A disappointing waste of money
