Had an excellent meal here tonight.nothing was too much trouble for our waiter Peter,really nice friendly guy.food was lovely and also affordable.already booked in with family for the Christmas menu.looking forward to visiting again.

My Mum and visit family in Crewe. We choose the Beefeater each time as the food is always great quality that does not sting the pocket… the staff are always friendly and attentive.. Lynne served us and recognised us as we came through the door.. She was helpful polite and friendly stopping to have a chat with us and showed an interest in our discussion… At busier times I see all staff busy and smiling… Lynne Thankyou for your service and see you again soon… Happy to leave a positive review… people don’t give compliments where due… this is for you Lynne.. How anyone can rate this higher than 2 star is a mystery. The place is disgusting, food was cold, atmosphere was soul crushing. Email complaint ignored. Dirty everything... Toilets, cutlery, glasses, serving areas, floor... Just avoid this place like the plague it's likely to give you. Food hygiene doesn't exist in this building

We was greeted and served by an amazing member of staff called Beth, Nothing was to much trouble and made our night very comfortable. We ordered a mixed grill and a steak meal cooked to perfection in every way. We will be back again very soon.

Beautifully cooked, delicious lunch. Sirloin steak courtesy of Birthday treat on Beefeater card, chicken and ribs for husband. Surprised at how busy it was for a Thursday but Beth, Josh and Mike were perfect hosts. Will definitely come again

Great food and great service from a waitress named Lynne! Very friendly people. I have stayed here a few times for work now and always get the same standard of food and service, when staying in Crewe I always ask for Coppenhall lane to be my first choice!

I take my daughter regularly for a Sunday breakfast, always a friendly welcome from Jags, Louise, Carol and the rest of the team. Great value, excellent choice, always great availability & the place is always clean & tidy.

We stayed here for a business trip, the staff in the restaurant made our evening - Beth in particular was hilarious. Her crewmates Josh and Claire were very tolerant 🤣 Every beefeater should have a Beth 😄 Food was quick and tasty 👍

I went out with my significant other on a date; we had a three course meal, each which ended up costing £72. A very good price compared to other places I've been. Staff were more than friendly, and the food is definitely worth the money. If you're looking for good food at fair prices, a warm atmosphere and welcoming staff definitely consider coming here on your next outing.

Awful experience recently. Place full of dirty plates and glasses. Bar staff serving made it plainly clear that they didn't want to be there and would rather be working in a factory! Used to go regularly but it will be a while before we go again and spend our hard earned money there. Also the opening times advertised here are not correct. The place stops serving and shuts by 10 in the week and 9 on a Sunday.

Food as alwaysbis hot and delicious. Great service from upon arrival, asked about allergies etc. Staff popped over multiple times to check all was ok

Had the prawn skewers with a couple of pints in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly but they were short in the morning which caused a delay in being seated.

I’ve been to this restaurant A couple of times the first time was when I stayed at the Premier Inn next door. The food is lovely. The waiters are lovely. I’m a simple person. I normally have the same main which is lasagne and every time its delicious. I’ve had a few different desserts and again they are all delicious. I went again last night and had lasagne and the chocolate churros sundae and the people were still lovely and the food perfect. I can also vouch their lost and found procedure is great. I’m a bit forgetful and I have lost my hat and an AirPod and both of the objects have been found and I have picked them up the next day. Different occasions as well. Including photo of a lasagne I had in March.

Ordered a Lasagne at dinner time it was spot on and come out looking beautiful. Taste was brilliant too. Highly recommend, thanks to waitress Jagoda and Pete for a great experience

Just had a beautiful meal for my mum's 79th birthday. Everything was perfect. Hot tasty meals. Noah was our server he was excellent nothing to much trouble. Very polite, knowledgeable about the menu. Great service.

Lynne has done a fantastic job looking after a table of 12 and keeping our bill sorting at the end to a stress free experience which has sometimes in the past not been the case. The food today was great. A lovely Sunday dinner too enjoyed by all thanks.

The food was okay, the steak was a little bit tastless, but everything else was fine. Was fine for a quick bite while staying at the adjoining hotel.

Went to celebrate my son's and husbands' birthdays. Party of 7. each person had 3 courses and drinks. Bill was around £150 once 40% discount voucher had been deducted. Waitress named, Lynne was absolutely excellent. Great customer service skills and meals were delivered in good time. She also kept us topped up with drinks as and when we needed them. Good basic food, reasonably priced and great service from the staff. On leaving the birthday boys got a surprise Cadburys chocolate orange from Lynne too. Hot water in the ladies toilets was scalding hot, which I had meant to mention, but forgot. No signage to warn users. Overall toilets seemed quite tired and in need of updating and they really could do with having the windows properly cleaned inside and out all around the property as they were very dirty. Overall not too bad but could be better. OK for a cheap and cheerful pitstop.

My husband and I went to the farmhouse on 12th April. It was another great experience. We were served by Lynne and Gaz who are always friendly and polite. But best of all the food was lovely, so thankyou once again.

Both of us had a good evening meal, service was excellent. Prices seem fair. There is always offers to take advantage of if you Google the outlet you are going to visit. Not many in at very early evening booking so delivery of the meal was fast enough. Waitress was attentive without being overbearing (always a plus in my book). Will definitely return. Had reason to go there yesterday to book funeral reception and the manager (Mike) couldn't be more accommodating. Excellent. Thank you. Made my life s lot easier.

With it being Easter holidays we were surprised by how empty it was. This did mean our server had plenty of time for us although I think he would have been great even if it had been busy. He was most helpful in checking my dietary requirements and making sure all of food was just right. Great sense of humour which suited us. The food was good quality, well presented and tasty. Can highly recommend the coleslaw! The venue including toilets was clean and cared for. Will definitely be back!

Food is always on point here, as you'd expect. Never that busy though.

The food was good, but today before 6 p.m. we were served by a young waitress with black hair, black boots and a nose ring. I think that was her name Harri. She shouldn't be a waitress. We asked for the bill and waited a long time. We asked another waitress with blonde hair. We paid in cash. When we were leaving, she stopped us with black hair and was very rude and argued that we hadn't paid. very bad service. We will never come back. The food and the cook were great, but this young girl couldn't do anything. He doesn't even listen to what anyone orders. we asked for water without ice. She brought it with ice. She waved her arms strangely. Nobody asked us about an extra drink and dessert. We felt very no welcome.

All staff, absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming full of hospitality and care for their customers. One of the greatest I spoke to in my time here was James the manager really doing a incredible job for my needs and for what I can see others here too.. Place is very clean staff are on top of everything. Food severed was great and service with a big smile I'm only travelling here for work for a week but have eaten here everyday, after the first day James called me by name as I entered very professional just shows how much he does for the customers to make them feel at home... I visit the farmhouse every few months with friends. We went tonight and all had lovely food, as always. The butternut squash and spinach lasagna is always really tasty. Our server tonight, Peter, was excellent. He was really personable and brought our drinks straight away. When our food arrived, we were about to ask for our free soft drink refill, but he was already one step ahead and said he would bring us more drinks. He also brought out a selection of sauces in mini bowls and also salad dressing options. He’s a credit to the farmhouse and hopefully he’ll be out waiter next time we visit

Thank you to J, Mike and the team at Beefeater (The Farmhouse, Crewe), not just good food but a great atmosphere thanks to friendly and helpful staff. We have made this a regular family get together to catch up at least once a week over the last twelve months.

Good value for a top end chain restaurant. Update: I've been back since my last review and I have a few updates. We went for the Christmas menu on 23rd Dec and whilst the service was as good as we remember the food was lacking; I asked for a rare steak and it was delivered mid well with the veg obviously microwaved to within an inch of it's life. Since then I've been back once more and the food was back up to a surprisingly high standard. Unfortunately on this occasion the service fell short of my expectation with us waiting over 20 mins for a drink order to be delivered. I would still recommend this venue highly, but over busy periods I would avoid it. I've adjusted my star rating accordingly. It's a real shame because the food can be really good, as can the service but my last two visits they have failed to live up to their obvious potential. I love a good steak so I will keep visiting and will keep this review updated accordingly.

Brilliant day & night we came up to visit family and stayed in the premier inn. Staff in the pub and hotel could not do enough for us all and made us feel very welcome food was superb drinks and cocktails were also superb brilliant atmosphere. Huge thank you to the staff Janet, James, Maya, Harri, Pete, Josh, Shauny, Kirsty, & Caroline. Would 100% recommend anybody to stay here 👍👍

Family birthday celebration, food was beautiful, everyone was very happy with their meals, service was second to none (thank you Peter) we were really looked after, drinks for my grandson and granddaughter topped up without having to ask and a chocolate gift for my granddaughter for her birthday was most unexpected but a really kind thought. Went yesterday for Sunday Dinner service was excellent I had the Lamb Sunday Roast absolutely gorgeous lovely and tender veg potatoes everything with it. My Husband had the Roast Beef three really big slices he said it was lovely and tender. My compliments to the Chef and all the Staff AMAZING.

The stay here was fantastic and the food and the beefeater was top notch, I stayed the night with my wife on a buisness trip and we both has the mix grill. The food was plenty and I'm a big bloke and there was enough to fill me. It was warm and service was really fast and the meal was hot. Would 100% stay again and eat there too.

Some dishes are quite good, most is fairly mainstream. The breakfast is middle of the road, but certainly no problem with the portions you really can eat what you want and they keep it topped up.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. I went twice in one day as I’m staying at the hotel, breakfast was fab, lots of options and all you can eat. I really like that I went in the middle of the afternoon and my son had a proper kids meal (starter, main and dessert) for a good price. The atmosphere is nice. We booked already a table for tomorrow, as we want to have a nice meal before our road trip.

God awful experience food was burnt on the starter and dry and rubbery on the main shocking quality - when I went to the bar to get a drink the barman pulled a drink off the side and said a customer didn’t want this you can have it - really????

Stayed at the premier inn next door on Monday night, not the first time I've dined here as I used to stay here regularly when on work trips. I ordered the beer battered fish and chips with double crunch wings to start. The wings were lovely and went down really well with 74 sauce. The fish and chips however was awful. The batter on the fish was rock hard and the fish itself wasn't nice and tender but very chewy. I can't fault the staff the lady that served me at the bar and brought my good over was lovely and helpful. A bit of a shame as I've had some lovely meals at this restaurant but that one was very poor indeed. The 2 star review is given for wings mainly

What a lovely meal out This was made more special by our sever Peter. He was attentive and funny. Such a lovely man advised us on recommendations. The steak was lovely and drinks doubles. The dessert was huge more than expected. Lovely atmosphere. Will be returning.

Food was STONE COLD when we received it, considering it was not very but we were in there from 6:30 to 10:30 for just two courses. After main course I nipped to the local shop to get some calpol as my son was poorly and left my pudding order with my friends, when we got back it was still a further 30mins before we got to order, cheese cake was still frozen in the middle. We got charged for bottomless cokes but didn’t get to top them up even once as no one around. We didn’t complain because we are not like that, we sucked it up and just will never return. Also we had a voucher that we booked though and told them on arrival and it was still missed off the bill, one lady was lovely with us and for that she gets the 5 star service, but food and waiting times are a 1 star unfortunately. Also, we ordered a prawn side and it came with 3 small prawns in a dish for £5!!!! Honestly so disappointed.

Waited along time between the courses i had to chase up the food. Food was cold and i could tell had been sat under the pass for a while before served, overdone, pretty poor steak, and festive menu. It didn't seem worth the price, to be honest. Service was so slow. Staff were polite.
