Have loved this place - takeaway Kebab always well cooked, flavoursome and hot. But tonight for the first time I was charged extra for salad which was tiny in portion size and half comprised of onion. I know costs are rising but this just not good. If you have to charge for salad please make it balanced and decent in size, or better still scrap this idea.

Listen. 10000/10. The food is top tier, the service from ANASTASIA was grand! No disappointment whatsoever. The timing of food being placed and ordered wasn’t a crazy wait time, so we dug right in. So grateful to have found a new space that will become a not only a treasured space to being friends and family but I’m filled with reassurance that quality is still considered with customer service, hosting and cooking with love. ✨🙏🏽

We visited here for my sons 18th birthday. Was a last min event and the staff were so helpful and accommodating for us with a group of up to 30people and had already started blowing up balloons ready to decorate as they didn't know if we'd have any... We did but that was So sweet as didn't expect that. It's the small details that matter. The food was AMAZING. Everyone was happy and the portions were great.. Food left was only because portion size so good as food was lovely. Would highly recommend. Special. Shout out to Danny who took the booking, Alice for dealing with all the last min orders and especially Joanne who looked after us all on the night.. Great job guys.. We will be back soon.. Thank you X

Just been tonight and for £60 it was awful. Cheapo rice. Halloumi might as well have not been cooked. Overated meat. Apparently didn’t have a chef on for the pride bread. Should make this aware to people before making the order. Don’t waste your money, just go to the near by chicken places for half the price and taste a lot better.

We had quite high expectations ahead of meeting friends at the Grill having heard some really positive feedback from friends locally but I won’t lie, we have reflected on our evening tonight and feel quite deflated by the experience really…. We were a table of 6, 5 adults and 1 child…. Firstly the drinks…. We were impressed that the restaurant offered bottomless soft drinks. None of us are real drinkers so paying an extra £1.20 each seems really reasonable. When our first round of drinks were delivered to the table we were presented with bottles of Diet Coke. We told our waitress this didn’t seem right as we we expected these would be on drought but we’re reassured this was correct. Unsurprisingly at the end of the meal, each bottle of coke and lemonade were listed on the bill. The waitress told me the bottomless option was no longer available!?!?! I was obviously really frustrated by this…. Secondly the food….The main courses were nice. Perhaps a little small in terms of size of burgers etc but the food was tasty. My wife who is gluten free was a little disappointed that her burger had no cheese for some random reason compared to the rest of us but we were all pretty happy with the taste of what we had chosen. Thirdly, desert…. The only gluten free option was toffee brownie which my wife opted for you. No exaggeration it was the size of a two finger kit Kat for just under £8. Compared to the other deserts our group had, it was absolutely tiny and really out of proportion with the others. Again no complaints on taste here, it was just a bit odd. Lastly, the service…. Clearly it was a young team looking after us this evening and all obviously working really hard but it was sloppy, from drinks being spilt, being quite rushed to order drinks while we were waiting for our party to all arrive, cutlery not being offered for desert, also a sarcastic laugh from one member of the team when we enquired about the burgers being gluten free if we removed the bun?!?! While this may be an obvious yes, it’s so important for us to ask these questions and felt a little belittled by this reaction. The meal came to £200 for the 6 of us, all with 2 courses and a few drinks (owing to the issue with refills) I wouldn’t say this is unreasonable for us all but as per my opening statement, we were just a little disappointed by it all and it’s a shame the issues we list don’t reflect the quality of the actual food in terms of taste. I hope the above comes across in the balanced way I had hoped and the restaurant finds these comments constructive to help their ongoing business.

Service is terrible, he bought the food with no utensils had to get up and request this. Had to then get up again and ask for drinks,The food was 2 kebabs with salad that looked like it was cut few days ago. The meal should come with vegetables and salad when questioned why there was no vegetables he then said hes a new staff member and is unsure. when questioned the price they charge for 2 kebabs and salad that was not fresh and nan seems to much for the quality and portion size of food. Will not be dining here again really disappointed.
