Despite all my friends all paying the service charge we were reluctant to pay due to the poor service and I appreciate it was a busy nighthowever we ordered but it arrived extremely late about an hour and a half despite my other friend o seeing one minute before they got their order faster. We did not feel like anybody was checking on our table at all so we kept having to stand up to come to the bar and ask for someone to take our order so that was difficult and we were met with rudeness at the bar whenever we were asking for anything anyway for this reason we were slightly reluctant to pay service charge but we paid anyway however when I asked my friend “how do you feel about being service charge” and he said “well I guess we will but I don’t know if the service was great” and then your manager who was taking payment I don’t know her name she’s a female she was meant to be the only manager there responded with “ if you don’t wanna pay service charge go get your own food and drink it to your table then “ - this was so rude so abrupt so unprofessional and absolutely impolite and made the experience quite bad to be honest. I was really upset by this and I raised it with one of your workers who apologised however I believe you need to have a conversation with this manager and she talked to us it was extremely unprofessional and you should never be talking to customers in this way. She rolled her eyes and shrugged in a quite rude manner and facial expression - I appreciate she was stressed and I know it can be difficult customer service however I personally work in healthcare and even when things are difficult for me I put that aside so that I can keep a smile and a brave happy face at work so I feel like this manager needs to have a discussion with somebody above her and this can be raised to improve your provision Food and atmosphere was nice

Such a great local place in Fulham. Service is always unbelievably fast with epic pizzas and really tasty cocktails! Super friendly staff that make you feel super welcome! Love this spot and can highly recommend it for anyone who wants a quick bite to eat or a great night out! Thanks Kona Kai Team!

Atypical place but the hamburgers are very disappointing, the ground steaks in the hamburgers make you wonder if it's meat

I had celebrated my Birthday at Kona Kai. This place is beautiful, with a great DJ on Fridays and Saturdays - the staff were brilliant on the night of my party, also the security. I would highly recommend Kona Kai for any Birthday events, special occasions or even just to go for drinks. Thank you again to everyone at Kona Kai for making my Birthday great :-)

Additionally, when I approached the bar to order food and drinks, the bartender's response seemed curt. He indicated that without a table number, he couldn't process the order, despite my clear indication of the table's location. Before we could finish our drinks, a waitress arrived to inform us that the table was reserved from 19:45, contrary to my initial booking from 18:30 to 21:30. It's frustrating when reservations aren't respected as planned. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.

Great place to visit prost football...quick service 🙂🙂

Very busy spot ,as this was a matchday. So we enjoyed drinks before & after the game. The staff were exemplary and based on the turnover of people at the bar incredibly hard working and efficient. I would happily come back here at a less busy time to see a better version of its clear ambience. Note on match days, you may be refused entry without a ticket for the game.

Nice party last Friday. The DJ played some Latin Music which was so fun! Drinks were affordable!

I really loved the place! Nice atmosphere, the drinks were very nice and the DJ was the best 😍 He played the best songs and all the requests. If you are looking for a night out to dance, I super recommend!!

Very cosy environment with a nostalgic feeling. The staff is friendly and supportive. Better to mention on the website available parking nearby.

Kona kai is always a good option for a spontaneous wednesday to saturday night out. Specially on saturdays. I really enjoy my nights out there. We had a few pizzas that they do in there (they have a pizza oven) that where really good for the price and after we just stayed there dancing and having incredible cocktails until 2 am. What struck me most about this place is the hawaian themed decoration. Extremely original and good to take nice pictures. Last but not least the service treated us incredibly well and you could tell the have a lot of experience making all sorts of cocktails.

Great bar, fantastic food and staff.

I went in on a football match day. We order drinks and food. Burger, pizza and chicken burger and we were all very happy with it when it arrived. Tasty and hot. I will deffinately go back.

The location is ok, but the waiter charge more then you have to pay..!! I was there yesterday I bought 2 pints of red stripe and 2x single Jack with coke and I was charged over £40 ☹️☹️😠😠 be careful at the waitress when will change you.. 😢😢

First time in London. Heard the music from the outside. Atmosphere and diversity of music was great. Heard my boy Sean Paul playing which overthrew my amazement!!

The place was nice but music from the 90's which was a bit weird and also the place was sadly very quiet on a Saturday night, no more than 20 people in the entire place at once on a hot Saturday night, unheard of.

Overall, my visit to Kona Kai was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to come back again. I’ve been to this place a few times in the past couple of months. The music is great and staff is super friendly, definitely a great night out!

Place is good.. but not great. yet. Certainly needs improvement on few things.. 1. Sort out visuals/TV. On Saturday night out, we’ve been at the back where the dance floor is, and the music playing was far not in sync with the random ads on TV. If you need a licence, maybe just put some beat visuals instead? But please, no vacuum cleaners tele ads in the bar 🤦‍♂️ kills the vibe.. 2. DJ.. or equipment operator should I say? If this place says, that they allow song request, maybe they should actually do this time to time? The person at the station was, either not confident in using given tools, or simply ignorant. 👎🏼 If the above gets improved, the overall ambience and energy in this place will be going through the roof!! 🔥 Otherwise, space and crowd is good, drinks are tasty and has friendly staff 👍🏼 👌🏼

Lovely place, not many people on a weekday. We had our company Christmas party there. I liked the cocktails, good prices and nice gentlemen serving.

Drinks were okay but they advertise on their website and on design my night AND on the booking confirmation that bottles of Prosecco are £20 but then charge full price (£35) when you get there and not willing to give it for £20 - terrible service and wouldn’t return.

Good quick service on a match day

The waiters and staff were very kind and helpful. The DJ was the highlight of the night. However, service was poor, in the sense that I had a booking for 28 people and they would only provide small plates/cutlery/glasses 6 at a time so had to keep asking. Also, I ordered a vegetarian platter that was supposed to have samosas and spring rolls (£60) and it didn't. Just some veggies cut, sauces and olives. A bit of a rip off... But overall I had a great time hence the higher rating.

Fun Hawaiian bar with a brilliant location in front of Stamford Bridge. The decor is lovely and it feels very warm and relaxed inside. Their cocktails are good - we had the piña colada and it was a success! They also have some basic food. It gets busy in the evening and it’s quite a fun going out place.

Nice place and happy hour till 9pm!!! How can you argue with that? Especially in this economy 😂

I have only left one star because you cant leave 0. It’s a nice place they have food drinks and music. They do NOT let men In this place. The old owners and managers lurk about chatting up the women and refuse entry to all men!! You will not get women in your club without men!! The way they allow entry to the club is strange no men. No women with men and no groups. This club is not busy enough that they need to refuse anyone entry!! I feel like it’s a place for the owners and managers to chat up women and anything that prevents that is a problem. I won’t be coming back to be chatted up by old me and be in a bar full of women!! I actively watched them refuse entry to 6 groups of men and the place has 3 men in he tree and they are with women!! Lol defo. 0 star

Beware of ordering a spirit & mixer: the bar staff make a double and charge for a double, presumably hoping you don’t notice you’re being charged over £11.50 for what you thought was a single measure. It was only because I noticed the price and questioned it that he admitted that was for a double (which I did not ask for). Is this even legal?! At best it’s rude and ripping people off.

Good experience leave this for younger guys and dolls

The security at the door was bragging with his friends, he was rude and impolite. I ask him twice to calm down when he was asking me what I was doing there (I booked a table). Please note that I thought this place has more class in general, I felt over dressed and maybe over educated for the average of this club.

You are not allowed to climb on the table whilst singing musical theatre songs. I learned that the hard way. Fun place though.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I made a booking and was refused entry by the bouncer despite my booking. The manager refused to come outside to even address this The next day I spoke to the manager and he was so aggressive, asking me why I’m angry. Stupid question. You need to work on your customer service.

I was at the Konakai party last Saturday. it's a place with a great atmosphere, great food and drinks and the DJ definitely rocked the selection of songs ranging from ABBA to the latest songs from now on. Definitely will come back. Thanks for the staff, the two girls who attended our table were very nice.

The drinks here are amazing. I had the burger which was also very good! Service is quick and great. However I thought it was strange how we opened a tab and they took our card and gave nothing to acknowledge receipt of our card. Often when venues hold your card they give you a token in return. To put customers at ease they should really introduce this process.

Just fantastic the manager was doing great job looking after the customers and asking all the time if we were enjoying the time being there a massive thank you to the security and the waitresses aswell you all doing a great job 👏 👍bravo

This place gets 1 star because of the horrible guy in the toilet giving out soap and spraying air freshener on you as soon as you walk in. Could barley breath with the amount of stuff he kept on spraying. Came across as "high" as well. Remove that service as it's more bad than good

I liked this place a lot. Lovely vibes. The cocktail I got was really a surprise. The only thing is, that for the same cocktail the first time I paid 12£ and the second time 10£ to two different servers. Anyway the overall experience was good though.

This is my first night out after the pandemic, the security were lovely which I feel like is a rarely these days. Our bartender, Ilian, was FANTASTIC! So friendly and made sure we were all having a great night, can’t wait to come back!! Also a great place for a boogie!
