Very fresh food and nice attitude

Recently went back to Nandos after few years, did not disappoint. Menu has changed more choice and variety coupled with great service.

Typical nandos.. cattle class but definitely average

Food and service are great. The toilets can't have been checked for hours. Toilet roll everywhere, smelly and a bit dirty.

Very slow some of us finished before the other meals came out

I have to give a special shout out to the manager at this branch - Roger. I was recently diagnosed with quite a few allergens and going out to eat has been really daunting. I had a lot of anxiety surrounding what I can order and embarrassed to ask - as some of the allergens were as random as black/ white pepper. Roger was so extremely helpful he sat down with me, with a laptop, and went through the entire menu so I would know for next time. Every single allergen he went through I cannot thank him enough. He also gave us a voucher for my bravery to come out to eat despite all the allergens! I have a gluten allergy and he makes sure each time I come the stations are cleaned! He is truly an asset to the business !

Great Nando’s. Order using the app to collect points and get the food delivered to your table. Don’t forget to check out what sauces are available. They do a takeaway box doggy bag if you can’t eat all the food.

A clean place lovely warm wood decor and the meal exactly to Nando standards. The staff were ok, (it was xmas eve late) they did well although you could see they were exhausted. All together the servixe was good rhe neal great the restaurant clean and tidy. It was good value .

Excellent service today from the team, especially from the young lady who I think was in charge. Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. A well run restaurant.

Victor at Nando’s in Teddington deserves a standing ovation! His exceptional customer service truly made my takeout experience remarkable. During my lunch break, he went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect. Kudos to Victor for his outstanding service—definitely worth noticing and appreciating!

Always a good place to go with children. Usually music is at the right volume. It was only loud once in around 10 times that we visited

Food is always cooked very well here and members of staff helpful and cheery. This one is our favourite local Nando’s restaurant.

Hannah was an excellent server and was kind and polite.

The food is amazing specially if you are a spice lover. The service could be improved. Parking could be an issue when visiting this Nando's.

Had a very nice meal. It was the first time I had to order via an app. Someone did come over to see if we were okay, which was nice. I was able to park my mobility scooter inside the door as it was pouring with rain. The floor was a bit wet inside, and as I use a walking, I found it quite slippery. Overall a good experience. 👍🏻

Super speedy service & tasty food 😊

Standard Nandos fare - but had 3 goes getting my 6 year old grandson's plain burger just plain - came with BBQ sauce, then with all the trimmings and ketchup until 3rd go getting it right. The superbowls were very tasty but disappointed that fizzy drinks and yoghurt are all self service and bottomless - the most sugary or artificially sweetened things on the menu. And the fizzy drinks aren't cheap if you only want one small drink. Could do with some soft furnishings to absorb the sounds as it was busy and very noisy. But the kids enjoy it.

We have been going to Nandos Teddington since the day it opened and always loved it BUT the last time we went it was something we have never experienced before. The young lad serving our food had long filthy ripped sleeves jumper on which was all over my food (both plates), unfortunately my husband didn’t allow me to say something but I was puff off my food and didn’t eat it. The young lad was serving others same way and he was not told by his manager to remove that dirty jumper or not touch the food twitch the long dirty sleeves. Something which I have never experienced before and will not return, will be going to Richmond and/or twickenham Nandos from now on. (The tables and chairs really dirty not only this time but always, really sticky and always food all over the chairs. Staff are nice but the food lately not as good as used to be as cold and portions getting smaller)

Spent £20 on food wrong order came and then asked for it to be fixed and had to wait 45 Minutes still no food came and not everything on order came highly recommended avoiding seemed busy and organised likely got a refund but it's a very unexpectable service

Food was cold I think this is a standard for nandos I've been to a few and in all cases had to tell the staff the food was cold.

Only giving 4* as its bloody expensive!!!! The rewards are not saving us a big amount of money anymore 🥺 and the side portion - how small- seriously taking the piss out of everyone now. I tend to get the sweet potato fries to share between my two daughters and even though i love it but for £4.50 its such a small portion which would feed only 1.

No music, absolutely silent, an obtuse woman with blonde hair getting rude to me, no enthusiasm, toilets light was flashing and room was beeping

Friendly staff able to accommodate a large group. Children’s meals could do with some better options. Food was cooked well and tasted great. Plenty of clean cutlery. Unfortunately no refillable drinks were available on our visit so had to pay for cans. Restaurant was clean. No parking at restaurant but there are car parks in short walking distance.

Order didn't arrive, telephoned establishment, they put all the blame on deliveroo couldn't do anything to resolve issue, due to this will never recommend nandos not because of food but because of deliveroo

Drinks and icecream machine not working. Food basic.. mash tasted fake. Not very well presented and portions were very small for the prices paid. They missed one persons meal and we had to wait ages and most of us were nearly finished. The atmosphere was dull, so lucky we had good company.

This is the best nandos in the country, do not listen to these other comments, although service may be slower in the peak hours this is to be expected everywhere, every time I’ve gone I’ve been served with a smile and the food was delicious. I do enjoy a sagres on most occasions which is always ice cold and enjoyable. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Food was fine. Slightly burnt chicken, didnt really affect the taste (but specifically asked for it not to be burnt) Staff were really nice

Family friendly, delicious chicken!

On a few occasions now they have forgotten to pack a number of items for our delivery and when I called up to try and get a replacement they have no interest in a resolution or a apology. On Each occasion the orders were worth over £100 each. I'm not one for writing reviews but maybe this will give them a kick up their backside to fix up.

Great food - but a really cold restaurant (even the staff were wearing jackets). Convenient to scan a QR code to order your food and pay when placing the order. Works well.

Food is nice as usual. But the heater is off. We have been eating with our coats, gloves and hats!!!

awful , why is nando,'s so popular , surely that many people cant be devoid of taste buds . i went twice , the second time because i thought i had gone on a catastrophic bad night the first time but no , it was still putrid. , will never darken thier doors again . Truly repulsive food

Missing items tonight, food was cold. And sweetcorn was so badly burnt. See photo. Poor son took a bite without seeing it. Grim. Happily (hollow laugh) we got 80p back from Deliveroo. Anyhoo. Nando’s Teddington. Sort yourselves out.

Very tasty chicken thighs as well as good frozen yoghurt. I liked that I could mix Fanta and sprite to make spanta.

This Teddington restaurant has left the best impressions! The service we received was so amazing, especially Mjah who helped us with any questions and suggestions including the drinks, delicious dishes, amazing bottle of wine. I recommend to everyone! We will definitely be coming back here again and again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. 10/10

Trying to use the QR ordering feature is a bit of hassle, but the staff were lovely and the food was good. The atmosphere is really beautiful and not busy at all.

Great location, delicious food and friendly staff. This branch is usually quiet and not overcrowded.
