The best restaurants serving Asian food in Central Scotland

Superb. 4 guys on a golfing trip and this was a great find. Nice vibe inside the restaurant and casual decor. Service was excellent - beers and wine ordered, and I'm not joking, at our table within 30 seconds. Food delivered promptly and it was authentic Thai full of flavour. Would happily return.

Saturday 29th March, had booked a table for two at Chillies restaurant near to where we were on holiday, we disreguarded the unfair reviews. Anyway we had poppadoms and pickle tray to start with, excellent. Mixed starter, enough for four, with a spicy sauce. Then I had lamb Jalfrezi with a garlic naan, my wife had lamb Rogan Josh with pilau rice.both hot and spicy, to our liking. As the saying goes, our eyes were bigger than our bellies. Could not finish our main course. We are going home on Friday 4th April, we will be visiting again before we go home.

Tasteless Noddles Waste of Money

Visited with family as they had been recommended by friends. Huge menu and staff were very friendly and polite. Food was exceptional and all at a very good price. Great experience and would definitely recommend a visit.

Just giving a warning to anyone who orders a home delivery make sure you hand over exact money I just had a takeaway delivery and I was owed £1 50 change the delivery man just grabbed my money and walked away.

Ordered at 6 o'clock tonight a very simple Chicken curry, Fried rice and a portion of chips. what I received after getting home was. A dish that was orange in colour, sweet, no curry flavour at all, chicken looked and tasted ultra processed and cooked till tough. I have tasted curries all over Britain and many places abroad on holiday but this goes to no 1 of the worst ever. Naturally it all ended up in the bin. If they can't make a simple meal like a curry what does more elaborate dishes taste like.

Just finished a meal here here, avoid. Starters were obviously pre made and put in frier main course was even worse the mixed tandoori was frazzled the butter chicken awful and the garlic man well pre made. We paid well over £100 definitely won't recommend.

We stopped here as it was one of those nights where we just wanted to eat and couldn’t be bothered to think too much about it. You can choose from Rice or Noddles, a meat/soya and some veg. Add some sauce and that’s your meal. It’s about as good / bad as you make it really. Dr Noodles are quite generous with the noodles and veg, but the flavour is not going to win any awards. Tbh if you want quality rice / noodles then go to your local takeaway, however if you want a quick bite and don’t care what it tastes like, this place is for you.

There's nothing 'fyne' about this place. No taste to the fish, nor the chips. All very greasy. Even the tartar sauce, which comes in a sachet, doesn't taste of anything. So disappointed. Especially when you realise the restaurant next door 'Red Herring' are doing a better trade of take out fish & chips, if we come back, we'll definitely try there. Never again Loch Fyne Fish Bar, never again.

While visiting St. Andrew’s for a golf retreat, we decided to dine at the M We were two couples. We each ordered for our food and the orders were written down, Three people got there food together and my food was delayed for awhile. We asked the waiter and waitress a few times why there was a delay and them made some lame excuses. Finally, my food came when the other three were half way eating their meals. It turns out they got my order wrong. It was an embarrassing and uncomfortable moment for all of us. The worst part was when I got my food it was rushed and didn’t taste good and I had a couple of spoons and left it, didn’t finish. The service was poor and clumsy services we had cutlery dropped on the table twice while serving, reaching over our heads to place the plates on the table and one other person ordered lamb and it was tough and not pleasant to eat. and they hardly eat. We told them we were not happy with the service and I didn’t pay for my meal which was fair since I didn’t eat much of it. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. The restaurant has potential with good management.

yo y otra mitad dieron a llevar desde aquí la noche pasada, después de mi hermana tenía numerosas comida para llevar desde aquí por lo que pensamos que por qué no! ¡era tan sabrosa, de muy buen sabor. tamaño de porción era genial, algunos más. mmm té mañana noche : -) Uno de los mejores que han tenido, hemos tenido unos indios en nuestro tiempo él dijo que Por favor dar este pequeño llevar/restaurante que no te arrepentirás y soy positivo volverá una como lo haremos. : yokos felicidades -) de 2 clientes muy completos y satisfechos
