The best restaurants serving Asian food in East Riding of Yorkshire Yorkshire and The Humber

Got a Pad Ka Prao & sticky rice, and I know that the food was going to be good as I've also been to the one in the Shambles Market but it is probably the best one I've had! If I am out this way again I would definitely come back. Staff were very kind & service was quick

We found the Mirchi lounge whilst on holiday and had a lovely meal there. All the Indian restaurant favourites are here as well as a good range of house specials. Whilst the prices had increased from the menu shown on their website they were still very good value. We had two courses plus drinks for two of us and it came to just over 50 pounds. We felt very full and both enjoyed our food. Two more happy customers here!

Horrible experience. I was hungry, and tired to cook so went there for a meal. Made me wait for an hour and still no food and I said I’ll leave. Rather than being apologetic, the management guy argues that I was making an excuse to leave.

What a great find. Not from the area we followed where people were all walking to. It looked busy, never thought we would get a table. They were really welcoming and got us a lovely spot under the blossom. We had Pad Thai Pork and Chicken Wok Fried Rice. Food was super quick, beautifully presented and amazing. The place is quirky the staff very pleasant. Well done 👏

We were 4 adults and 2 children. We all thought the food was very tasty and well presented. Friendly service. A bit pricey though.

Saturday night visit, 1st time we had been and we wasn’t disappointed. Booked a table online and received booking confirmation within 10 minutes. Arrived and was given a table next to the window. Large menu with plenty of choice. Ordered drinks and was given plenty of time to order our food. Starters arrived in good time and just how we expected. Given enough time to order more drinks before the mains arrived. All the food was excellent, and asked a couple of times if everything was ok ? All in all I would say this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have visited and I have been to many in my life. Great service, lovely restaurant, food exceptional and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back .

Staying at Raywell Country Lodges, ordered a takeaway curry from Cottingham Tandoori, was informed it would be 45-60 minutes delivery, this was no problem. Our food arrived 35 minutes later, absolutely stunning curries, complements to the chef, delivery driver & the polite, respectful gentleman who answered the phone to take our order. Telephoned them back after our food to pass on our thanks for a delicious meal. We have travelled up from the West Midlands, great start to our holidays 👍 😀
