We always order Indian from here. I just feel I need to leave a review today. Sadly, it was cold, this could have been due to the delivery time. Will we order again? Of course…. It’s a lovely place, it was just expensive for cold food - sadly.

Nice food but lesson learned, always have a itemised bill when eating there. We paid £82 for 4 meals, 3 nans and 4 coffees ( cold drinks were purchased separately on arrival) I emailed the owner to ask if he could check the bill, because I felt that the restaurant prices on the menu did not match the bill. I never got a reply until 3 days later when I phoned the restaurant up to try to get a answer to the email I had sent to ask for clarification on the price for each item. I was told there were cold drinks/ mixers on the bill, which we did not order or consume. I asked again for them to check the prices and get back to me. After contacting me back twice via email, once to ask for the payment method and the other to say they would look in to it, I have heard absolutely nothing since. The service was terrible on that night too.

The food here is so much better than the chain-restaurant, mass-market fast food fodder available at the rest of the food court.

I love Wagamamas but this is the first time I've visited this one. I have an Assistance Dog and they made sure I sat somewhere where there was plenty of space for my dog and provided water for him. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! I can highly recommend a visit!

I ordered my food today it was delivered on time but unfortunately it was cold and greasy. Onion bhajis were cold and not cooked through into middle. Chicken bhuna was greasy and cold I won’t be ordering again

I went to Wagamama for my birthday meal with my boyfriend and our server Abi was incredible, she went above and beyond for us. She made it a wonderful night and I highly recommend visiting

I asked for the pineapple to be removed and the takeaway claim the notes was not received to them, me and my kids hate Pineapple and it ruined our dinner so it went straight in the bin

The potatoes were raw and uncooked, rice was hard, tiny portions ( thankfully). Curry was oily and stale. Staff were bored, uninterested and unhelpful, (apart from one server, who was really helpful). The tap water was luke warm. No hand gel available. I asked to speak to the manager. They were not available. The stairs were dirty. Plastic side plates offered. It was empty on a Saturday evening, that should have been a warning. Very disappointing.

I ordered chicken seekh on naan through calling in collection to then come in to collect it and wait 5 min which I didn’t mind. When it came to paying for the food they overcharged me so I asked to clarify if my order was correct and if they had made me a chicken seekh on naan for them to reply no it’s chicken tikka. I then politely told them I asked for chicken seekh on naan and they offered to make re-make it for me which meant I had to wait an additional 20 mins. That’s not the worst of it either, when I finally get home to open my food to see they given me lamb seekh on naan when I specifically asked for chicken seekh on naan. At this point, I rang the restaurant up to explain the issue with my order for the worker to laugh at me on the call and proceed to tell me to come back to the restaurant so that he could eat my food for me. Absolutely disgusted and so unprofessional to say the least.
