I ordered chicken seekh on naan through calling in collection to then come in to collect it and wait 5 min which I didn’t mind. When it came to paying for the food they overcharged me so I asked to clarify if my order was correct and if they had made me a chicken seekh on naan for them to reply no it’s chicken tikka. I then politely told them I asked for chicken seekh on naan and they offered to make re-make it for me which meant I had to wait an additional 20 mins. That’s not the worst of it either, when I finally get home to open my food to see they given me lamb seekh on naan when I specifically asked for chicken seekh on naan. At this point, I rang the restaurant up to explain the issue with my order for the worker to laugh at me on the call and proceed to tell me to come back to the restaurant so that he could eat my food for me. Absolutely disgusted and so unprofessional to say the least.

Ordered as shop window says award winning curries... not sure how it's won awards as the food was average! Would not have again

i ordered food from here this was my fourth time ordering and the food came after two hours the worst service would not recommend ordering the most horrific service i have ever experienced!!

I Order from Ramzeys regular always been fantastic! I ordered last Sunday at 4:15 as they just opened thinking it would be nice and fresh I ordered garlic king prawns they never seen garlic! The prawns was full of water they were completely tasteless! Really bad. Than I ordered a chicken bryiani which looked ok but was literally just chicken and rice nothing else again not fresh. Than lastly the chicken on nan was ridiculous the chicken was with the chips what we didn’t ask for the was about 9 chips but again like cardboard old chips they had given us YUK! Then chicken probably maybe 7 small pieces again not fresh. I’ve never had or seen takeaway as bad as this. Disgusting.

Either too oily, spicey, give specific orders yet they forget even though the order clearly says what you want you get terrible service, if you see a bin outside just go there. Wouldn't recommend going here

Very nice food. We called in after a night out and picked up some chicken kebabs. They were cooked fresh and were very tasty. I had rice with mine and my hubby had a naan. They were very filling and great value for money.

Really like the food from here & I'm fussy + I only eat veggie stuff & fish. You can watch them preparing & cooking. Eating in or take away. Basic tables & just soft drinks though.

We have heard good things about this place so thought we would give it a try. How disappointed were we. We ordered 2 kormas one with rice and one with a naan and a bottle of coke. I understand that they must have run out of bottles so sent 3 cans instead fair enough, rice was under cooked and the kormas were bland tasted like warm cream with dry chicken. Best bit was the naan. Really disappointed in our experience. We rang and complained they offered to send another meal out to us which if it hadn't of been to late we would have accepted. Think we will stick to our usual place next time.

I wanted to try this pace for some time, I booked my take away for collection online. When I arrived they hadn't received my order abut dealt very politely with my new order. The food was very nice, the curry could have done with a little more sauce but it wasn't over dry. The popadoms were soggy but the chapatis were so good. The salad was just lettuce so it would have been nice to see more of that. Over all, I was happy and full!!!

Just phoned for 2 take away curries as it's just over3 miles still wanted £2 delivery even though it says £1 if the delivery is over £10 but that's okay the king prawn Kahari on the Web site states 7.50 each but then wanted to charge me £8.75 each they said they haven't yet updated the websjre with the increases every time we order it's a different price if you don't ask if sundries are included they charge you for them told them to forget it won't be going back

Been here many times and have recommended to many people, but today I'm really disappointed, got a takeaway that was poor quality and had to wait whilst a gypsy negotiated the price! I asked for discount and got nothing!!!! The serving staff were rude, the food was poor quality it's a shame is there a new owner?

Holafuimos con un par de amigos y me apetecía un sitio donde comer. Alguien recomendado, ya que estaba cerca de Ramzeys. Teníamos hambre y no he comido todo el día.El personal era muy servicial y pedimos parrilla y su cordero al curry. Tengo que decir que la comida no era de este mundo y llena de sabor. Tienes que probar sus alas de pollo. El precio era bueno también. Espero que Volviendo a visitar en mi próximo viaje a Wakefield.

Amazing food,fab customers service! Nice friendly staff! Would recommend is one of the best Indians around Wakefield , sit on or takeaway and fab prices value for money! These specialise in fine dining cuisine!

We've had several curries over the past few months from here. Can't fault them. Love the spices , you can taste so many. Proper curry. Not the usual orange slop with different meats thrown in like we are used to as a takeaway around here. So glad that we were recommend this place , by a taxi driver !

I've been eating here for the last 2 years and the quality of the food has improved a lot since they first opened. The standard of the food is now excellent and the proprietors of this venue have done well to compete in an area that is fully saturated with other Indian/ Pakistani take always offering similar cuisine.

We've struggled to find a good Indian takeaway in Wakefield that delivers food. On a recent trip to the Kashmir Aroma ( our fave restaurant ) the taxi driver recommended Ramzeys.
