Kabana Express in Kirklees

chicken kebab was awful went in bin ,chicken was dry nan was cold and hard. Not the usual fare from here.

Not great at all , the veg curry was bland , The mixed kebab was ok ☹️

Food quality is not good donner mear cold and chewy chips are soggy n partly uncooked

I ordered a curry to take away and right in front of me the cook took a unwashed pan with some old curry in it of the counter and added to it. What were you thinking, to treat customers with such contempt, all the pans were dirty, just left on the front counter.

Order was changed from original time by at least 20 minutes and when it was delivered it was cold!

Curry was first class, keema is my all time favourite. Next time I’ll order Dopiaza, which is my favourite keema. Thank you

i have ordered for you before and everything has been great. This time i was very disappointed especially as i spent nearly £50. The meat curry were both very fatty and the vegetable curry was just mushy veg and tomatoes and did not resemble a curry went straight into the bin. The rice was also very oily so all in all disappointed to say the least. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me with regards to getting a refund asap.

Went for the “famous kebabs” absolutely shocking donner meat was really thick and hard as if had been there a long time, cheesy chips was thrown in the bag upside down so the cheese was stuck to the box really disappointing food.. waste of money

Staff and the owner here as so nice. Always remember how I like my favourite curry made. Always tasty. The place is clean. All food cooked in front of you while you wait. Add every dish is amazing. The currys are so tasty. And the naans and chapati s. All freshly made.

Sorry to say but the food was so dry and the donnar looked as if it was cooked days ago and it tasted awful! The chicken tasted burnt and there was no taste in the food. No quality in food! Absolutely disgusting!

Tried curries - lamb kerahi and chicken kerahi from here. One of the best i have ever had. Excellent service from the three ladies; always greeting with a smile and very professional.

The ladies at Kabana express are wonderful. They always make our as we like when I leave notes.

I had an incredible experience at Kabana Express in Huddersfield. The two servers, Akhira and Bibi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warm reception convinced us to dine in, and we were not disappointed. Their impeccable manners and attention to detail truly stood out. They even assisted in packing our takeout order with care. A special touch was when they asked my wife about her favorite Kabana dish and surprised us with an extra serving of donner. Visiting on August 23rd, 2023, it's clear that both Akhira and Bibi manage the establishment with genuine passion and enthusiasm. Their service, delivered with a smile, made our visit truly memorable. We can't wait to return to Kabana Express for more amazing food and exceptional hospitality.

Ordered a Tawa for 3 people costing £39.50. There was not enough food provided for 3 people other than the Nan breads and Chappatis. The doner meat in the starter was cold. Would have been better and cheaper ordering 3 separate starters and curries. Disappointed and very much doubt I'll be ordering a Tawa meal deal in future.

This food was not nice at all.

Food wasn't hot, mint sauce tasted sour was not able to eat 5 out the 6 sauce that were delivered.

The cheeseburger is very nice there hebaba and nan grill chicken the curry is all beautifully mmmmm

I ordered a chicken kebab which comes with 6 chicken pieces, pitta bread and salad. I didn’t receive any pitta bread. Disappointed.

Very disappointed, tiny cubes of chicken, not proper pieces and highly coloured. More grease than meat. Not an authentic curry at all.

Its was first time ordering ,Food was spot only let down they forgot 2 cans of coke hopefully when I order next I won't have to pay for them.

Service and delivery was perfect, smack on time and order was exactly what we ordered. It was all clap cold and the taste of the vegetable masala was horrendous. The famous kebab had burnt naan and cold meat. Not good, won’t be ordering again.

The order was cold, the driver took our order so had to wait fir him to come back. The chicken Nan tasted like fish the texture of the chicken was spongey and taste less. The veg curry was very nice just lacked spice. Very disappointed

First time I have tried this takeaway been to the restaurant and can say it was equally as good.

Wasn't awful, just that I've had better. Missed our chapati off. Driver did very well considering the weather.

Korma literally all liquid chicken in both dishes very tiny pieces and speed it came makes you wonder if cooked fresh

I never received the ordered food. Kabana Express is CLOSED for weeks for refurbishment. The order confirmation email has the restaurant's (there are 2 of them in the samd area) phone number not the takeaway's! When ssked about order the restaurant confirmed Express is closed. Not sure why the heck the machine cannot be switched off so orders would not be accepted automatically!! Also tried reaching out to customer service of Just Eat, without success!!!

Had to ring up after an hour & they said that my order had been cancelled, the app didn't say it was cancelled & I had been charged so clearly a load of rubbish!

Ordered a keema karahi it tasted nothing but perfume may aswell of been a coriander curry. The chicken Madras had no taste at all and chicken wasnt very nice . Mixed starter was ok but best thing about this order was the chips. Won't be ordering again .

The order was late it was freezing the order was also wrong paid for 3 mint sauces 3 chilli came and I silver tray of chilli came king size mixed donner had 5 pieces of doner 3 piece of chicken an half a sheesh kebab my 4 year could of ate it and still been hungry proper waste of money

Ordered for collection at the store near us, however when we walked around it was closed, we called and said it was at their other store, so to collect from there. When we got there the food was freezing, it hadn't been kept warm.

Stale naan and onion bhajis- they must have been made a couple of days ago. The curry was okay, but overall this was pretty poor quality.

Food was stone cold, curry was lousy. 1/10
