Most disappointing food ever 😕 I spend 10 pounds nearly on delivery in total it was around 36 with delivery it was so bad you guys have lost a good customer I'm putting this review to let you guys no how bad you food was yesterday I feel sick today might have to hospital 😢

Avoid at all cost very dirty place ended up with throat ache after eating. Wouldn't recommend. was really nice food and the place itself was decent about year ago. Checked reviews after 2 star food hygiene.

Tried their kabuli pulao which tasted worst than the worst I have ever tasted in my life. Tried a few bites but really couldn’t the meat taste was vile , the rice was ok but it was filled with excessive number of raisins NEVER AGAIN. Staff and service is below average.

I ordered a large mixed kebab which comes with the doner meat and chicken tikka and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The doner meat was undercooked, bland, and completely lacked any flavour or seasoning making it nearly inedible. The chicken tikka was even worse clearly stored for days it was tasted like it had been stored in a refrigerator for far too long. For a dish that should be fresh and flavourful this meal was a massive letdown. I expected much better especially given the portion size and price.

Tried first time, on 2nd bite ,noticed spider 🕷 on doner,luckily was about to eat in my car ,so spotted straight away and took the food ,they accepted that it was spider 🕷. Very unhygienic, avoid,avoid and avoid.

Chapli kebabs are very delicious full of flavor and crispy £18 for 4 Chapli kebabs and 2 drinks

Your average Afghan food, the place seems very unhygienic and could do with a clean. Very moody afghans and the smell of sweat in the place disgusting!

The new freshy on front very rude. Will cook food half cooked if he's in a bad mood. Needs to keep up with higene. Haircut n wash. Was in love with burgers here. But I blame him for spoiling the whole burger 🍔 😒. What a Lan

We ordered Chapli kebab today from Khan Darbar, and there was alot of plastic bag inside the kebab!! Only had found out when opened up the kebab by hand someone could have choked on it!! They didn’t care when you rang, unhygienic and unprofessional. Won’t be ordering from here again!

£8 for this without a drink. (Large meal 2) I asked for salad in a separate box the guy started questioning me why do I not have it in same box. Told him I didn’t want my food going cold or soggy. The food tasted horrible, the chicken and wedges tasted old/off. The hygiene in the takeaway is so bad. Spider webs everywhere, dirty tables and floors/walls. Just avoid!!! Open kitchen but can see how dirty it is.

Highly recommend the khabuli pilau if your after a healthy meal 😋

Pizza was really good, nasty donner near but the rest of the food was if good quality and flavour our, reasonably priced too.

Saw one worker put hand in the bin and he proceeded to handel the food when we confronted him he became aggressive and started denying it then kept showing us the bin and finally washed his hands

Disgusting attitude of staff over the phone earlier today when trying to order. Have been several times and ordered in the takeaway as work as solicitor across the road ,but never again would I want to give custom to such arrogant rude and illiterate people and not all the staff, but just mr angry that I had to sadly converse with this afternoon.

when we asked for sauces we expected them to come in seperate tubs, but they poured it over the food which was unusual. Terrible customer service.

I been charged £16 for 1peice chicken and chips ×4 when on the website it states £2for 1peice chicken comes with chips or wedges I am not happy about this over charging me even if it was £3 or £3.50 still don't add up to £16 there was no drink with the food so how have you worked it out to be £16 😡

My wife loves the chicken curry with pilau rice and garlic nan, me on the other hand really enjoyed the special chicken parmesan

Disgusting worst chapal kebab I have ever tasted. Do not eat here its a waste of money and time. Meat was horrible and full of old oil no quality. Sorry guys your better off closing down and finding another job.

First time I tried here after looking at some reviews and being put off for a while I decided to give it a try myself (friends and family also) all I can say is don't judge a book by it's cover by other reviews some will like and it's not always to people's taste but tonight I can say it was amazing food we all enjoyed it and having different meals not one was complained about definitely be ordering from here again

I ordered pizza they told me it will be done in 20 mins but when I went I had to wait a full 1hr the pizza wasn’t nice didn’t enjoy it and also this is not the 1st time they haven’t done this I definitely won’t be ordering from this place again

Herrendous food and experience. Food is fried in dirty and old oil. The burger was seeping with oil and it had even seeped through onto the bread. Salad looked old, was brown in colour and also tasted old. No real taste to the burgers, except the herrendous taste of burnt and unclean oil. Chips also had an odd taste, maybe because of the frying/oil. Chicken inside the coating was very harsh and couldn't really be chewed. We called up and the customer service is non existent and staff are rude, they wanted the food returning before a refund could be processed. Told them the food was in the bin and they still wanted it back. Was taken out the bin and returned. Let's hope they don't reuse it!

I go here regularly chicken zinger meal is ok for £6 with drink. Service is good food is good but the place can do with a clean always have left over food on tables needs a regular clean after.

Great service by the staff at Khan Darbar. The food was delicious and portions were generous. They gave a good amount of complimentary salad, sauces, tissues and plastic cutlery. They have a upper floor and a ground floor which was spacious and clean. We ordered Peri Peri Half Chicken, Kabuli Pulao, Chapli Kebab in naan, fries and wedges. I cannot fault any of the food it was ready in 20 mins and tasted absolutely delicious. 10/10 for th le food. The Peri Peri Chicken was so tasty and juicy, the Kabuli Pulao again so tastey, meat was so juicy full of flavour mixed with the carrots and raisins and a sweet kick to it. Chapli Kebab large, fresh, crispy and bursting with flavour. Fries and wedges very nice and crispy. Prices are very resonable as the portion sizes are generous and large. Only let down is they don't have a high chair for your baby/toddler so make sure you come equipped. We will be coming back here for sure! 💯

Its no longer called Zaika, its Khans Darbar takeaway or something. I wanted a chicken donner but they don't do the actual "donner" they only do chicken tikka and claim its donner! As if! 🙄 But they okay, not bad for a selection even do pizzas and chapli kebab which I'll try next time.

Very poor service and also paid £5.50 for a cheese burger and it was burned all over trying to cover it with with salad and cheese but when I bit into it it’s like biting a brick

Estaba en el trabajo, por defecto de la colina, un poco hambriento, obvio en este momento no hay muchos lugares abiertos, así que llamé a Zaika y pedí que comenzaran con bhaji de cebolla para el plato principal de pollo Tika en pan Nan ¡Tuve la cebolla Bhaji que estaba muy rica y caliente! ! No abro mi Kebab y Bit y la carne se llamaba un club. ! Llama a Jim, importa que llamé 15 minutos antes de llegar justo a tiempo para recogerlo y no estaba listo para mí. Solo camino hacia mi auto y hacía bastante frío. Miré un poco del pollo y no lo hace. e incluso parece que ha sido Cockrell todavía un poco rosado en el medio, lo que no me gusta, así que básicamente terminé comiendo bhajis de cebolla, el pan y la ensalada me decepcionaron ????????????

It's no longer a sweet centre. The service is slow and no defined structure. Sometime one person will half compile a salad then get distracted and another will finish the job off. Guy at the till asks what would you like, you tell him and then without acknowledging you he walks off and does something else.

Great food for a quiet night in or even a fun night out. The inside is cosy but not too big, however it can seem a bit gloomy at times. The customer service is not the best bit they are very friendly. Overall a pretty average takeaway

Had a donner wrap meal, best takeaway I've had in years. Great value for money too.

Worst experience ever. Ordered samosa chat. Probably the worst somasa chat I have ever had. No taste too tangy everything was not fresh. They charged too much and food was rubbish. Drove all the way from dore for samosa chat. Never going back again. Their service and standard have gone very low. Need massive improvement or probably new chef.

An actually very nice tucked away eaterie servicing fast Asian food and Asian curries which are very tasty. Very decent prices. Only downside is black of seating otherwise a definite 5 for taste of curries.

food is always amazing but yesterday my food came 40 minutes early and i wasnt home my girlfriend collected the food and the delivery driver was a young lad and was rude to her because she didnt answer quick enough i then contacted the resturant saying i wanted some fresh food because by the time im home it will be cold and they did nothing didnt even call me back as promised will order again because the food is so good but sort ya sens out with your customer service

Too much oil in the curry and the curry wasnt like it normaly is. The biryaani had a funny smell. Normally food is really good from here but this occasion was really disappointed

Friendly staff. Try the takeaways specialties rather than their other foods, so try the Indian stuff. We ordered meal deal 7 and the food is not the nicest of pizzas, garlic bread, chips, cheese burger.

Guy on the phone needs to learn what customer service is attitude like that we order food and it comes with missing meals cold and then the CHEEK!!! We did it wrong that’s why we charged you different then we said well the order was made for different people so people have been left without food and he says oh my god we are so busy why is it not good enough down the phone then hangs up?! Never ordering again cheeky b@st*rds!
