A truly authentic experience focusing on flavour. Great atmosphere and owners, and a menu to cater to anyone that walks through the door. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful meal here. I took us a while to find the restaurant because it’s in the bar the brick but after a confusing start we were show to our seat by a friendly member of staff. Wine was good food fantastic. I will dream of those mutton rolls forever. If you’ve never tried Sri Lankan food this is a really good place to start. The staff were attentive even bring money back that we excellently over paid. It makes me want to go back to Brighton just to eat here again.

I wish the owners would try their own food more often. To get straight to the point, your laksa lacks a lot of flavour. I had to add salt, fish sauce and chilli just to get through it. Whatever happened to thick creamy, flavourful laksa. This was watery and I had to add salt, fish sauce and chilli just to get through it. Go to a decent Malaysian/Thai restaurant and see how laksa should be cooked. What you saved on cheap ingredients and little of the ones that count ie the coconut milk and curry paste, you have lost on me never spending a cent at your restaurant again. What a sound business plan.

Been to this Wagamama several times, as it’s one of my daughter’s favourite places to eat. Standard Wagamama fare food-wise. Perfectly acceptable and enjoyable Asian foods with a varied enough menu that you can go with a large group of people and probably cover everyone’s tastes. It’s popular and gets busy, and you may have to wait a while for a table unless you get in for early lunch or dinner. Tables and chairs are spaced well enough to be comfortable even when busy. Service is fine, attentive and friendly. Was a bit superfluous to tell us our server’s name, only to have several different people serving us, but we appreciated the intent. All in all, it’s a reliable high street eatery, so not gonna get 5*, but no real negative aspects.

First time visiting this restaurant and i can honestly say the whole experience was perfect. From the initial booking process to the exceptional variety of high quality buffet offerings and service on the day. My family had a great time, will definitely visit again. Thanks for making my 50th birthday special! 👍

Very disappointed. Service was very lack lustre. Never been before so asked for some suggestions. Suggested I chose something from the menu! I really should have thought of that. Chose the Hot spicy dish. It was like eating a bowl of salt with spice. Disgusting. Sorry but this dish was unfit for consumption
