Fantastic food, staff were attentive and atmosphere was vibrant. Was with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays and was touched by the thoughtfulness of the owner who gave us complimentary birthday cakes to end the dinner on a high note. Cannot thank the team at In Thais Cafe & Noodle Bar enough for an enjoyable evening.

Ate 13.3.24. Very impressed. Excellent, friendly service, quick delivery of meals and generous sizes, large menu and could not fault dishes. If i had to be very picky, I could say that my black bean dish had a little too much sauce. We will be back. Thanks for the good experience.

We ordered a feast, and all we received was disappointment and bad service, and a potential health issue! My aunty went here regularly so we thought we'd have a family birthday celebration with In Thai upon her recommendation. She spoke to the owners prior and they recommended she preorder the large order (over $300 worth!!) and they'd have it ready at a certain time, they only live a few mins from the restaurant so it's always hot. But upon opening the containers, there was instant disappointment. They were not full like usual, the sauces were so watery and therefore lacked flavour, and there was barely any meat or chicken in them at all. No exaggeration. They were mostly just filled (but still not full!) with cabbage and onion. Even a vegetarian would be unhappy with the tasteless dishes. My young son chose noodles with chicken...simple right? It came with beef in it and minimal chicken again. He can't eat beef due to medical reasons and he's only young so you try explain it to him, this was so disappointing and could've made him sick if we didn't notice it first. My aunty went into the restaurant to share her disappointment only to be told the usual chefs were at a wedding that night, and they'd get the manager to call her. They didn't call. After a couple of attempts my aunty finally spoke to her and this is where the bad service came in. She was rude, dismissive, had no accountability or empathy whatsoever. Didn't even care about my sons meal being messed up other than it should have cost more if it had beef in it, no concern at all. Seriously, that's your response after spending over $300?! After my aunty being a loyal customer and spending so much money on this one night alone, to receive such poor, dismissive, uncaring service after a very disappointing, tasteless meal was the icing on the cake. I'm truly not one to complain normally, but the rude service after that is unacceptable and it's not like it was just a $50 meal. We won't be back.

We were having a birthday gathering at home. We went in to ask about ordering a large order. And were told to come in that day and place the order and pay for it to be ready at 5.30pm.which we did and paid $330.00. We collected the order on the night. The children’s noodle dish was meant to be chicken they put chicken and beef. Which he can’t eat red meat. And most of the dishes were full of cabbage and onion with nearly NO protein AT ALL. The dishes were all watery and very disappointing. I went in the next day to let them know. They said they couldn’t help me as the owner wasn’t there and there normal cooks were at a wedding. I waited a couple of days and still no one called. I called to speak to the owner. She was more concerned I got 2 types of protein in the child’s noodles and that’s extra. Didn’t care about the health issues we could have encountered if he ate the beef. And that I heated up the meals they were watery. I tired to explain I did not. We ate as soon as the food was picked up and we live 2 mins away. She said she will call back and still nothing. Disgusting food and service. $330.00 spent and I kept apologising to everyone and I was totally embarrassed. They took no responsibility at all and to make things worse a child could have gotten so sick if I didn’t pour it out in his bowl. I would never recommend this place and word of mouth is a powerful media. U should be ashamed not to even bother to call back. Shows what kind of humans you are ! And putting only cabbage and onion to fill plates up as it was takeaway.

Favourite dine in option for dinner @ Jetty Road Brighton. The Pad Thai Chicken and a bottle of Pepper Jack Shiraz goes down a treat.

In Thais is consistently excellent. Have been eating here for at least 10 years and they never fail to provide fresh and flavour filled dishes. Basil chili tofu, In Thais spicy noodles, dumplings, fried chicken with cashew chili sauce, salt and pepper eggplant, kway teow, pork fried rice, enoki mushroom salad, green apple slaw barramundi. These are just some of the guaranteed hits, I assure you if you order any of these you'll have a great time. Only advice to plan ahead as they can book out for dine in, or have long-ish take away wait times due to their popularity. Absolutely worth it though, great value for money too! In Thais forever and ever, amen.

My new favourite Thai restaurant. Absolutely delicious meals. Vegetarian options also available. Couldnt wait to eat so forgot to take pics. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A short walk away from Brighton beach. Lots of free parking available. Highly recommended.

Always have great food there. Our table waiter was fantastic and very engaging, without being over the top. Highly recommend a visit, especially during the warmer weather!

Ordered a satay stir-fry and black bean noodles. Instead we got 1 stir-fry satay and 1 noodle satay? Order wasnt read back to us. Only 2 meals and an entree requested...and we didnt get the right things. Pretty quiet, 4 other tables. But it didn't bother us too much as it was delicious. Main issue was the blonde server on at lunch today at 1pm. She gave us the opinion we were such a burden to her being alive. And she stuffed up our order. Even when I said thanks on the way out, she grunted at me and didn't even look at me. Shame. We haven't been in 6 years since I was given raw chicken the day before I had my child and it was proven uncooked and raw and they took off 1 meal as comp...and today wasn't too impressive. Probably won't be back.

Unfortunately my partner and I did not have a good experience here. We usually love our Thai food- but our meal from here was a different experience. The chicken tasted old, and was given a very small portion of chicken in my hokkien noodle dish. The satay skewers lacked flavour as well. Upon providing feedback over the phone, there was no effort to rectify the issue or take any ownership. The customer service was poor.

This place is often a hit or miss, staff is friendly, but a bit disorganized at times (young staff mostly). My pad see ew was extremely salty unfortunately as well.

Never disappointed with the food at In Thais. The noodles are especially delicious. The restaurant itself is in a great location, with very reasonable prices. Sometimes service can be a little slow, but with good company and a glass of wine you will hardly notice.

Our favourite place to grab lunch, we came here on Easter Sunday & as usual the food didn’t disappoint… I like to try something different every time we eat here so the dish of choice for me was The Chef’s special Beef Noodle Soup & for the hubby Basil Chilli Noodles with Chicken… My soup was to die for the beef was just melt in the mouth & the broth was delicious, now I’m not one for spice but next time I would maybe like to try it medium 🌶️🌶️ just to add a bit more of a punch. The hubby’s was packed with flavour & didn’t disappoint. We love coming to this place and would highly recommend 😊

Highly recommend this establishment, my wife and I enjoy sitting outside watching the sun go down while enjoying our meal. The food is so delicious, the staff are friendly . Their menu caters for everyone.

Food was delicious and very fresh. We are here visiting from melbourne and lived in Thailand for 3 years I’d definetly recommend this place :) Spicy friend rice chicken is incredible 🙏

Unfortunately our experience was horrible. The floor staff members looked like they didn't want to serve us, there was a few occasions we were ignored. The food was absolutely the worse Thai food we've ever paid for. My partner is Thai and we've been to many Thai restaurants around Adelaide and to be honest we were really disappointed in the flavour and quality of the food. I sincerely RECOMMEND DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN THIS PLACE. The menu is overpriced for mediocre quality and lack of authenticity.

Went to this restaurant. Had our entries and waited for our mains for a good 40 mins. Then asked the waiter how long our food will be and was told they will ask the kitchen to start cooking our food. We were not informed we had to request for our food to be cooked for the kitchen to start preparing our food. When I go to a restaurant and they have a weird procedure on the timeline they decide to start cooking my food I expect to be told. Next time if there is a next time, please let your customers know that they need to request for their mains to be cooked or the kitchen won't start. Others who came before we did got served first. I'm glad they remembered to ask the kitchen to start cooking their meals when they ordered.

Had an impromptu big family dinner last night, and they kindly fit us in just as the kitchen was about to close. Service was incredible, and all our meals were absolutely delicious and so fast! Meat was tender and not chewy, and flavours were all spot on! Lovely atmosphere too. Everyone raved about the experience. Thank you, and keep up the amazing work! 🙏

Have been to In Thais many times over the last few years and it's always a fantastic meal full of flavour. Service is prompt and friendly. I prefer the outdoor seating, worth booking ahead if you can and the weather suits.

Sadly, my meal was too salty and not enjoyable. The other members of our group was happy with both, food and service.

We keep coming back for the delicious dishes here. Fresh crunchy vegetables in stir fly dishes with zingy sauces, always a winner with us. Great service and lively atmosphere right in the heart of Jetty Rd, Brighton.

Ordered shallot pancakes & lemongrass chicken stirfry. Pancakes were a tad dry with little amount of shallots but tasted fine. The stirfry tasted very salty indeed could not finish it, just picked through the veg & chicken. Could not taste the lemongrass at all as the salty probably oyster sauce was far to salty. I am not a big salt user but it was all I could taste. Beside the food, great front of house staff very obliging & a decent coffee. But honestly doubt I will be back. I explained to staff & received a sorry. Lol. Three stars for front of house & coffee.

Very good laksa added an egg cut in half and a spoon of crispy chilli oil...hard to find a good laksa....search now over 😊

Service is no 1 here. Food wise I can't feel the local Thai taste like. But food wise is decent.

We have walked past this restaurant for the past 3 days whilst visiting from QLD and it has been booked out every night. We were lucky enough to book ahead and get in tonight and it was hands down the best Thai we have ever had, and Thai is my favourite cuisine! The staff are delightful, and the meals were flavoursome, fresh and authentic. For a shared entree, drinks & mains it came to just shy of $55 which was great value for the atmosphere/experience, service & delicious food. We left with a doggy bag as the portions were generous. Will be recommending to all family and friends who visit Adelaide & will also try and book again before we leave. 10/10 experience - thank you so much for having us. Incredible food.

Taney is an amazing person. Never seen that hospitality before. Exceptional interaction, she goes to each table personally and take a very good care of the dietary requirements. Definitely seen pretty busy restaurants but her’s is different. All packed up with a spectacular vibes, didn’t feel like you are in a restaurant. It was kind of you are in a family gathering and being a host she is interacting with each and every person. We were on office dinner party, Few of us were vegetarian, she got us try fried eggplant dish out of our set menu, which was spectacular. During our dinner, she comes every few minutes and sit and talk with us; and with every customer. Even she trained her staff very well, young passionate staff. The food was amazing, the hospitality was exceptional, the whole experience was fantabulous. Thank you very much Taney(hope I put your name right😉)

Great service and tasty generous food.

Really do love this place. The food is really really really good. Satay Tofu salad is such a beautifully balanced dish. Just wish more staff existed in this world and then wonderful places like this could consider opening Sundays for lunch ... sadly this was the case the last time I tried to devour some of their food ... closed :(. Sad day!. Will be back soon though :)

I booked a table for a family members Birthday dinner. Arrived. It Took over 10 minutes before we had to ask to order drinks. We needed an extra chair for an extra family member which we were spoken at by a very rude Asian lady who said she called to confirm numbers. Yes you did. there was 0 accomodating our large person booking by adding an extra chair to the large table. This lady was Super obnoxious and rude. Very disappointed there was no effort at all made to accomodate.

The food here is top class. My favourite dishes are the Barramundi with green apple salad and the bbq pork fried rice. The food is full of fresh ingredients, synonymous with Thai cuisine. I love sitting out the front on a warm summers night amongst the ocean breeze, or under that big shady tree on a stinking hot summers day, with a cold James Boags to accompany our five star meal. A must try dining experience for all visitors to the Brighton esplanade.

Fantastic Thai meal tonight. As a group of 4, we tried a good selection of the menu: chicken and pork dumplings, laksa, satay chicken noodles, sweet chilli fried chicken, stir fried chicken and cashews. All excellent and they don't hold back with the portion size either. My personal favourite was the fried chicken. Very different to what you'd get at a Korean place, but still crunchy and smothered in sauce. Total cost for 4 people for drinks, starters and mains was $150

What a find! Our first time and WOW! The scene was set with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. But the food… the food was extraordinary. My wife and I have just canceled our next date night booking and have rebooked here. Not usually a fan of clever play on words for business names but this placed nailed it!! 👍

We purchased a $12.50 chicken and rice with two bottles of water and one small prawn - we were charged $31.50! How does 2 bottles of water and one small deep fried prawn cost $19!? I do not recommend this place unless you are willing to pay through the roof for small quantity.

Had another delicious meal at InThais today. Unfortunately your staff let you down…too busy talking amongst themselves…. walked past our table several times and none of them bothered to clear our plates. Service has always been great but not any more and the music inside was way too loud to be able to have a conversation.

Not flexible in adding or changing meals. Smal portions for the price.

Sunday lazy lunch had today and geez it was great... Shared a tom yum soup with prawns, so tasty, three decent size prawns... Beef basil for me, drunken noodles with chicken for the hubby. Both were delicious. Washed down with a Mr Riggs Savvy blanc $30 for the bottle, thank you very much... So going back to do it all again real soon.

Pad Thai is too salty. Coconut milk curry wonton is not bad. We asked it made mild, but charged $2.5 because they claimed they had to put extra coconut milk in it, while my friend picked out lots of chilli pieces. $4 for plain rice. Such a rip off. Most staff are nice. One is rude, especially when she explained the extra coconut milk. Very unpleasant experience. FIRST time heard of something like this. Well, at least made us laugh about it for travel experience.

On the bland side. Could of had more flavour. Service was good.

Made a booking a few weeks ago for valentines day, rocked up to the restaurant and it was closed. Drove a decent distance to be let down. My boyfriends contact details were provided upon booking in January and was never contacted in relation to them being closed.

The food is amazing, sadly I can't say the same from the service. This is my third time there and I don't think I'm coming back. I realised that it doesn't matter how good is the food, I don't want to eat where I'm not welcome.

Food is really good but staff couldn't literally care less, they are just sitting inside while multiple tables are waiting to order and tables are dirty.

We get take away from In Thais at least once a month and have been regulars for over 6 years. The quality of the food is always exceptional and portion sizes are generous. The staff are polite and friendly and service is always quick, even when they are really busy. An absolute gem of a restaurant which we recommend to anyone looking for great Thai food!

Passing by and thought we would give it a go as looked very popular . Food 5 entrees as we wanted a " pick for two " a bit overcooked but very tasty .Extra ⭐ for waiting on girls , who were so busy and wearing masks in the heat ..well done girls 👏👌

Ordered our food and it took 45 mins to get 3 entrees. All entrees were lukewarm so had clearly been sitting there a while. Got mains while we were still eating entrees. Whilst the food was very nice as usual they could have acknowledged the lateness of the food. Ordered rice and didnt get it. Overall very disappointing service. Oh and BTW the chair I was sitting on had a sharp piece of wood sticking out and it tore my new dress. Thanks for that
