Really great food would recommend the chicken tikka masala, would come back again

A surprise retirement party was arranged for Sunday evening. As the guests starting to arrive, we were told that they were experiencing a power cut. Hence no light or heating. However, the candlelight made it a lovely cosy ambiance. After a little wait, we were asked to take our seats to the designated balcony area. It must have been such a worry for the staff. But they carried on making us feel welcome and doing what they could to make this a wonderful occasion. After serving drinks, poppadums' and snacks we were invited to the buffet. Everything was well worth waiting for. The food was delicious, hot and a good choice. Everyone had their fill and we were even aloud to take home what was left over providing us with containers and bags. What a wonderful experience, not only to enjoy our friend's surprise retirement, but the way the staff worked tirelessly, accommodating our request and keeping everything running smoothly, carrying out their work for us with a humble and cheerful attitude. Well done India House. You are to be commended and I am sure I can speak for many of us, that we will return.

Updatd 30th march 25. Revisited. Decor now very different. Food was a bit of a let down. Balti lacked any depth of flavour, just tomatoey taste no other flavourparticularly. Sag aloo just tasted of too much garlic as did tarka deal. Poppadoms were nice though. All in all very disappointed for the price of takeaway. Visited for first time today for take away. The biriyani was nice, as was the balti and tikka massala. Rice was well cooked and fluffy. The poppadoms however had a very strange odour. They smelt like a damp shed! Not pleasant and let the meal down, not sure if the had been recooked or what. Other than that not bad.

This is our favorite restaurant in Ashford. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. We often order delivery from them too but nothing is better than dining in. Love love love this place!!!

Fantastic Indian restaurant. Excellent price/quality

Made a large order for collection for our family get together on Mother’s Day, portions were a little on the small side however the food was very tasty, until one of us found a disgusting small dark hair in our meal, this spoilt the entire meal for everyone and we were all put off of our food. We phoned the restaurant to explain this, they were unapologetic and said “well it was only in one meal” they would refund only that. Obviously this was unacceptable as our whole family meal was ruined. We spent £88.50 and all felt sick and couldn’t finish our meals and the restaurant seemed to think this is acceptable and were quiet rude.

This was our first time ordering from Green Asian, our regular option was closed. I ordered via the website and set a specific delivery time, the website ordered didnt update from "processing" but the food arrived bang on time and was piping hot and lovely. Delivery driver was very friendly and polite. A few our regular dishes were a little spicier than we are used to, but the family demolished them all the same. A great takeaway that i think we will be using more in the future. Thankyou!

don't bother with the android app, it doesn't work, after 2 attempts taking 10 mins to complete my order for 6 people it crashed at the payment page, I called them and unbelievable attitude and unhelpful, can you believe you can't order over the phone, anyway, I tried 1 last time via there Web site to be told 5.45pm collect, it was finally ready at 6.30pm, 1.5hrs after ordering, I called again and got the same attitude "do you want your order or not" I was asked 🤷‍♂️ I should have cancelled as finding this dump is as difficult as ordering and then surprise surprise the food was dreadful, never never again, its been the most stressful take away I've ever ordered and possibly the worst.

I've used Gram Spice dozens of times. It's about time I wrote them a review. I generally use it as a takeaway, but have also sat in with company. Whichever way you choose to use it, the food is always outstanding. Marie is a welcoming face and actually listens to what you've asked for. The chefs then produce you a wonderful meal. I'm very happy with Gram Spice and will continue to be a customer there. 10/10.

Such a lovely place, atmosphere, the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Great service. A family favourite
