The best curry house in the area. Can not rate the food and staff highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are happy to amend the dishes if required.

I came to Gram Spice with my friends, the food was amazing! So yummy, good ingredients and value for money. The service was fab, our server Marie went above and beyond! Will definitely be returning as this is my favourite Indian restaurant for sit in and takeaway :)

Well we came here a couple of weeks ago and as always has been the case. Really enjoyed the food and service. Last time we came to be honest they upped their game and the food was even better. So now it's TripAdvisor review time. Enjoyed it so much last time we came back for Valentines. Good meal deal and a bottle of bubbly to go with good food. Recommended to all. Mr G.

What a lovely place, I have allergies and they cooked my food without gee which has butter in it and also sorted out gluten, the waitress took a long time over my order. One of the best curries I've ever had and so nice just to eat a meal and not worry about it. Was very clean and nicely decorated. Loos clean as well. Will be back soon. All in all a lovely evening and full marks to the lovely waitress 💖

Don't be put off by this quiet restaurant. The food is top notch and the staff friendly, accommodating and prepared to adjust menus to meet special dietary needs. Home delivery is possible locally for a small fee or you can also collect. The place is tidy and clean providing everything for a good relaxing evening meal out with a very wide range of menu options.

Absolutely beautiful food, the service was exceptional. I asked for my dish to be made slightly differently and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend.

Fabulous meal in this gem of a restaurant. We have been eating in and having deliveries from this restaurant for years and in our vast experience of eating in many curry places, this is the best. Recently, rated 5 stars Jay and his culinary team have upped their game to provide even more delicious foods to tempt us. Really reasonably priced, excellent service from Marie, comfotable seating AND real white starched table cloths and serviettes! (A rare luxury these days!) If you haven't been for a while I really recommend you revisit this little gem in the village of Biddenden.

Had a fantastic evening with the family. We were all happy, satisfied, and well fed. I didn't know what to have, I asked for a surprise dish, and the lovely lady came up trumps with a really tasty dish. My daughter doesn't like hot spice, so they tailored a hot dish to be very, very mild, and she loved it. All in all, we all had a lovely evening. We'll definitely be returning for another go in the near future.

This restaurant never fails to impress.. Despite recent bad press I have never had bad service or food. Eaten here for many years as large group or just as a couple. Always welcoming and very friendly great with children. Would recommend that you at least try it once, you will definitely go back

Have had takeaways from here before but not eaten in, fantastic food, plenty of it and nicely presented. Speedy service, very helpful with dietary requirements lovely waitress. Clean toliets can't wait to go back 💓

Meat order given for veg order ruining one persons meal. Plus no nan. Shame as usually pretty good

Worse food ever, no taste what so ever and the man who works in there so rude and has no respect over disability people or children with disability needs. Should be shut down!!!

Again, food was delivered an hour before the slot I chose, like, what's the point of me choosing a time in the first place? The samosa was meat instead of vegetable and I didn't even get the naan bread I paid for. What did turn up was tasty when I eventually got round to eating it.

Honestly I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this food was no better than a microwave curry habe ordered before many times and always been ok but after shocking response for not bringing chips not impressed was told will have to wait an hour for them ! Food was cold rice was uncle bens and Popadoms stale absolute waste of money if eating near here go zahebs don’t deliver but get something you can’t make in a microwave

Great food as ever, don’t use anywhere else!

The chicken tikka starter was extremely chewy like rubber. The korma had a strange taste and was very watery and unpleasant smell.

Lovely taste, but the meat was very over cooked. Its a shame as I've used Gram Spice before and been very happy.

Order a little early but the food was really hot and delicious will definitely be using again 😊

I was surprised how sweet the Korma and naan were. I couldn't figure out if it was due to anise? I would order this place again and try something different, probably biryani since I liked the basmati rice. The food was definitely better than the bag of crisps I would have had if I hadn't ordered, so good warm meal. No regrets The delivery was like 45 mins early which I didn't really mind bc I was really hungry and the food was really hot. One of the reasons I ordered this place was because nobody really said the food was late like other places so I was glad that it was true. The driver was really nice so thank you to him. I do wish this app was just more reliable about where the order is in the process - seems like a very important part the app should really work on improving.

Delivery was fine, that's where the good ended Food was extremely salty, even down to the naan and chapati. Unfortunately 3/4 of it went in the bin. Tried calling when we'd tried the food and no answer.

Normally a very good takeaway which is why we always go back but this time was incredibly salty and did not taste fresh at all. Chucked most of it away so ended up being a very costly dinner!

Food was amazing and delivery time was on the dot. The only thing I would say is the lamb was a little tough but other than that a beautiful meal.

Overall Great food, (onion bhaji’s were little dry) but all was very tasty and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the predicted time. Very happy and will order again.

The estimated delivery time before we submitted the order was 45 minutes but it came up as 1 hr 15- 30 mins once the order went through. But it did then arrive on time. Most of the food was tasty but the onion bhajis were overcooked and inedible. They cost £6 and none of us could eat them.

Worst curry I have ever tasted. It was like gravy and water. Terrible taste and very over priced. Would not recommend

The food was not hot , luke warm , there was a very strange taste to the food , almost tasted burnt , very disappointed, as its not a cheap meal , im sorry to say I won't be ordering from them again.

Always excellent food and great service

Absolutely delicious meal - the sagwala was beautifully flavoured and the tandoori ponir probably the most flavoursome I’ve ever tasted. I’ve read reviews on here saying that the portions aren’t huge (I actually thought they were just right) so, if you’re feeling particularly peckish, I would just use that as an excuse to order an extra dish that you fancy!

Maybe 5 small chunks of lamb in a £10 dish - not worth the money

Great food. Arrived early but that wasn’t a problem. Just microwaved it when we were ready. Delicious. Will definitely order again.

Shocking! Disastrous evening. Horrible owner. Rip off place that does not honour even the offers on tastecard that they are promoting themselves. We went with our two kids, left paying £12.60 without consuming anything. Spoiler…. Don’t want to write anything more to waste time. In simple words… AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shocking i didnt get the food i ordered and when i went through just eat they asked me to send pictures of my food which i did and the basically said it didnt support my claim i tried contacting gram spice themselves no reply i ordered a chicken tikka main and a main portion of bombay aloo and instead received chickeb tikka starter which it stated on the lid in the pics and i only got a side of bombay aloo waste of money and shocking service

I always order from here byt christmas eve i ordered food and received the wrong food. I ordered through just eat i order a chicken tikka main anx bombay aloo main as i dont eat rice i order all the time however when the food arrived my chicken tikka main was a starter and i only received a side order of the bombay aloo so was really disappointed as i didnt get much of a meal. In contacting just eat they asked me to send proof of pictures which i did and i was truely upset as they back and stated my pics did not support my claim which i didnt understand and emailed back stating they had asked for pics i sent them so again really upset and disappointed tried messaging the restaurant no reply 🤷‍♀️it even states on the lid it was a chicken starter

It snowed a few days before and the delivery driver got stuck in a driveway and had to get towed but still Arrived. But it took over 3 hours to arrive. I called after the time and the restaurant explained why it was late, which I totally understood. but they could have updated on the app as it was pretty late and long after I ordered. However they did arrive despite their trouble which is very impressive. And also the food was so good when it arrived I would 100% order again.

Took over 2 hours from ordering to actually arrive. Did not hear anything from the driver even when he was running late and by the time we got the food is was cold.

The korma and tikka masala were so incredibly, unpleasantly sweet. Felt like we were eating bowls of sugar. The naan breads were okay, and the pilau rice was the best part, unfortunately.

I wasn't available to accept the order at the time but it was left in a safe place although it was a bit cold.

Delivery took 1 hour 50 minutes. All good was virtually cold. Chicken angina: chicken was so dry it was inedible. Chicken Korma: no flavour. Prawn Korma: prawns were tiny and sauce just tasted so artificial and sweet. We only managed a couple of mouthfuls of each of our meals before having to leave them as they were so distasteful. Very late, very cold and very unpalatable. Very disappointed.

Food is always good from here however last night for some reason the bombay potatoes i ordered we really hard and bland no flavour at all which is quite unusual

Nice food, good vegetarian choices, polite driver - order was delayed by a few minutes but it was worth the wait in the end.

Food was great and was practically piping hot when it arrived. Appropriately priced as well. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Estimated delivery time when placing the order was between 50-60 minutes. However it took over an hour and a half to get here and the restaurant didn’t call to let us know it would be late, we had to call them! Disappointing. However, the food was lovely so it redeemed them, somewhat.

All our meats and sauces were mixed up so the prawn korma was chicken korma and chicken spinach was prawn spinach and not sure what happened with the lamb! Then the nann was missing! Realised too late for mains but did remove naan as order was early so are it a bit later so issue with order was removed

We order from Gram Spice as our go to Indian Takeaway, but the food was not as good as normal. There was hardly any chicken in one, and the prawns were mushy in the other. Neither curry was hot and the Naan was dry. Not at all like the food we normally get.

Didn’t get my order. Driver said he tried but I didn’t receive a call and then when I called claimed he had finished his shift.

Food hot and tasty. Onion bahjis a little dry so need mint sauce. Portions a good size. Food ready for collection at stated time. .

Well what more can I say. A pleasant restaurant with good food and service, Very long list of available dishes with a clear description of each one. Our only problem was making up our minds what to order.

Didn’t come with drinks I ordered

The curry was a bit oversalted and not spicy at all. But the rest of it was quite good.

The curry we ordered was the same one we've had time and again but the sauce was very watery and there was hardly any meat. Had a very polite call to apologise for the error with our order timings but the fact the food was below standard made this all the more frustrating.

We received 3 pots of Mint sauce but two of them exploded on opening and were fizzy to the taste so I do not think they have been kept cold.

Lovely meal, some of the best lamb samosas I've had too, delivery was prompt and pleasant, highly recommend!

My naan bread was old, hard and dry no coconut in it, aloo gobi was to salty and the passanda had only potatoes in it no vegetables

Very late delivery. After ringing them was told one thing, delivery driver turned up later and told us a different thing. One item missing from the order. Very disappointed.

Food was really cold and only got 4 bits of chicken in my curry

Delivery 45 mins late. Two phone calls to restaurant. Apparently it’s really foggy out. I guess it could be 10 minutes down the road, clear here though! Food was tepid at best on arrival. Once heated up food was quite tasty.
