Firstly they rang me to let me know they didn’t have the flavour milkshake I wanted and in fact they did t have of the other flavours either except Oreo. When my food arrived they forgot my dip and there was nothing on the wrap except dry donner meat. Disgusting and not worth the money

Review: Unfortunately, our recent dining experience was disappointing. We advise against dining in, as the quality has significantly declined. While the staff were generally acceptable, they did make an error with our order. This was our third visit, and the food remains subpar, with the restaurant seemingly prioritizing takeaway service. Improvement is needed.

Ordered today as I have had this before and it was good but unfortunately this time the Korma curry was just a tub of flavourless oil with only 3 pieces of chicken, the garlic bread was just a rock solid lump of dough with no flavour. Sadly I wasn't able to eat any of it so lost out on a bit of money tonight. However delivery was speedy x

We ordered for collection and paid before we collected, then got to the restaurant and were told they ‘don’t take payment through the website’ and we were charged again, at a higher price than on the website. I checked my bank and realised I’d paid twice and asked for a refund. They tried to convince us we needed to speak to ‘them’ (not sure who ‘they’ are when it was their own website) and that it wasn’t on them to fix. After some time we managed to get a refund but be aware of being charged twice!!

This is my second experience using this take away and yes I was very happy with the food it arrived hot and full of flavour. I certainly will be using again. It is not only good value with the food choice being of high standard.

Unfortunately we had poor service when visiting here recently. The waitress forgot part of our food order, she then attempted to cover up the fact she forgot part of our order and when we asked again (20mins later) about where it had got to another waitress told us that the fryer they cooked that particular product in was broken and we should have been told that when we ordered our food initially!!! The whole team looked deflated and not interested, we asked for the bill then had to chase someone to pay, I honestly don’t think they’d have noticed if we’d just upped and left. The food we had was good, and whilst I understand how Wagamama’s works, having been a fair few times, I did find it odd that the kids meal we ordered came out last (it was also not what we ordered)! Overall, whilst I normally love Wagamama’s I won’t be visiting the Harrogate branch anytime soon.
