The best restaurants serving Asian food in England

I have to say is the food was not good at all. I place that can’t even get the nachos right ! Worst nachos I’ve ever had left it after one bite. The lasagna was horrible with bland chicken inside. Lamp chops barely had any flavour. The mojito was ok. And to top it off it was very cold in the restaurant where the door keeps opening. Staff were alright maybe new as they were a quite forgetful.

We've become a regular here as it's become our favourite Indian takeaway. I personally adore their vegan menu, it's delicious. Already looking forward to going back.

The food is pretty average despite the menu hype, tables are available for too short a time for an enjoyable experience and the toilets are unisex (toilet seats up) with locks that do not work – a man walked in on me twice. Won’t be going again

This spot is great for buying really nice food to eat in or taking out. Amazing simply food. Thank you very much for excellent food.

Este lugar es uno de nuestros favoritos recientemente encontrados en Londres. Es un ambiente relajado, todo funciona muy bien. El personal es encantador, feliz y sonriente mientras realizan su trabajo con atención, pero de ninguna manera intrusivo. La comida era auténtica y súper sabrosa (¡todavía soñando con el vientre de cerdo! ) y servía rápidamente. El banco de asientos en pareja era genial, no a gusto de todos, pero sin duda más mesas que bancos en oferta si está disponible. Pagamos poco menos de £ 100 en pareja con x 3 entrantes, x 2 tuberías más un lado, x 4 bebidas. Comimos y bebimos bien por el precio. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia, esperamos volver. Recomiendo encarecidamente. . . vamos!

Sadly arrived at Shali's at 23:15pm and the door was closed and locked, shutters down, refused any service even though Google says they close at 23:30. Sad.

Best Indian but don't no if it's still open 😞

The food we had, tasted was nothing like what we ordered. It was a different colour, far too much of one spice which did not blend in with rest of the other ingredients. It was pretty awful and so needless to say we will not be visiting again.

Rating 3 out of ten l had a lot better in the past, was not worth the money £9.20.. Only had noodle lettuce beef , very salty...l did not eat it all But service was excellent The guy asked if l wanted more soup... I said no... Happy New Year

We visited the Thai Lounge tonight and had a great night, food was excellent and the service was on par with the food! I had penang chicken with a satay chicken starter. My wife is Vegan and the choice For her was extensive, almost a whole page of options ! We will definitely be going back again . 5 stars from us .

Now called the Curry Leaf. We enjoy a takeaway a once or twice a month and decided to try somewhere we've not been before. The meal that we ordered for collection was ready on time - and after that it all went downhill. The poppodoms were soft and very stale. The butter naan was small and doughy. My husband chose the Curry Leaf Special described as a 'surf and turf delight'. For £14.50, he had a dry and tasteless dish with a small amount of shredded meat and some very small frozen prawns, definitely not king prawns as advertised. He only managed to eat half which was just as well because he felt quite ill afterwards. The chicken in my rogan was well cooked but there were only five pieces in the whole dish which was quite salty. In all, a very disappointing experience and a restaurant that we won't be frequenting again.

Delivery turned up an hour late. Food was terrible meat was chewy and also the pappdoms was also soft and soggy. Meal ended up in the bin. Worst meal that we have ever had

Just walked in on the off chance of finding something tasty to eat. I was not disappointed at all. Great tasting mild lamb curry accompanied by a colourful rice. Beautifully cooked. Fantastic portion size too. I highly recommend this little gem. Thank you Zahid for your hospitality and food recommendation

Lovely clean premises & you can watch your food being prepared. Curries are nice but a little to watery for my liking. Their always seems to be water around the edge of my plate whilst I'm eating my meal, not sure if it comes from the rice or the curry itself.
