Marlow Tandoori in Wycombe

Would not ever order from this place again, what a disappointment. For the price they charge, you expect high quality food that's worth the money. When the rice was the best part of the meal, that's saying something! Food was bland and strange, 2/10.

Best takeaway I’ve ever had and has been so for a very long time. Food quality is excellent and the flavours magnificent. Saajid will cook to your taste and I often have lamb bhoona “slightly hot” and it is wondrous. Lamb meat quality is exceptional which often is not the case in other restaurants or takeaways. I can heartily recommend the onion bhajis, naans and rice quality. Chicken madras and korai chicken are two more of my favourites in a great variety. I use it weekly it’s that good.

Stayed at the Travelodge in Marlow as a group of 5. Decided to order a take away and Marlow Tandoori was the restaurant we picked. Ordered on line - but had probs….so phoned directly. Quick order Quick payment Super quick delivery…..unbelievably quick! Reasonable price. One of the tastiest Indian meals ever!! Fill your boots people! Fantastic!

The food is of a good standard but the prices have gone through the roof. Chicken Tikka Masala has gone up from £8 to £13 with no noticeable improvement. If you’re paying £13 for 1 dish then you may as well go to one of the restaurants in Marlow, not a take away from an industrial unit. All in all it used to be nice for the price but now it’s too expensive for what it is

Placed an order and never arrived, consistently calling the restaurant and no response . When finally got through said would be 10-15 mins and still not arrived. Won’t be ordering again

Spent about 15 minutes going through thier cart which is not exacctly user friendly - entered my address at the start. At checkout told I was too far away to deliver - even though I can get to them in less than 10 minutes on a push bike. I really don't like time wasters like this - if you cannot deliver to addresses less than 2 miles away you should not advertise as a delivery.

Takeaway always excellent quality and value . On time and hot.....long established kitchen that knows how to cook, efficient service

Just started ordering on line from here. Always on time, friendly delivery, but best of all food is hot, tasty and not swimming in oil. My new go to Indian!

Tasty indian good portions at fair prices. Good delivery though if you want to collect its tricky to find. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been using Marlow Tandoori for years now, always great, delivered on time, no trouble if you want a particular dish hotter they will always accommodate. Consistently good.

Food Hygiene rating of 1 not 3 as suggested in previous posts, would you really order and consume food with this rating. Please research and understand what this means.

This take away service has a one star Hygiene rating and if you understood what that meant you should not be ordering any food or anything from this establishment a true embarrassment for Marlow

Buy a lot of take aways from them, always good quality, prompt messaging with accurate delivery time, excellent food

Have used Marlow Tandoori many times and believe they consistently deliver an excellent curry and service. We ordered last week and it arrived within 45 mins (as promised) and was as tasty as ever. Recommend in particular the chicken jalfrezi, king prawn sag, cauliflower bhaaji and lamb dupiazza. It’s hard to get the naan right when it’s delivered because it certainly steams in the bag. Great curry and reasonably priced.

We have used Marlow Pizza and Marlow Tandoori for many years, however recently standards seem to have dropped... the prices st Marlow Tandoori have reached those of Tiger Garden and Malik’s and the hygiene rating is lower so.... We had pizza this week and it was not as good as before; we always choose the Marlow Indian pizza but this had less pieces of chicken and kebab than usual and the Chicken Lover was similar, just tiny cubes of chicken... back to Domino’s me thinks.... rather sad....

Take away/delivery restaurant. Location poor. Food quality very poor. Service poor. Would not recommend.

How can you trust reviews if yours is removed. This is a take away that says you may wait a little longer for a high quality meal. Mine arrived very quickly, but was poor quality. I left a review on web site but when i checked it had been removed/not published

Had a lovely takeaway from here. There was loads of chicken in the balti and very good value. Deliciously cooked. Only disappointnent was the poppadum accompaniments - very lumpy mango chutney, soggy poppadums and onion very strong but that's being picky! The main meal was superb. Will definitely try again.

We normally order from Maliks but was recommended the Marlow Tandoori. Great food, superb value for money and on time delivery. Will order again from them. Just need to include beer delivery on the menu.

If you don’t fancy a trip into town, there’s something on telly and you don’t want to pay Marlow High Street prices for a curry, then I do recommend Marlow Tandoori.

We have been regular customers for so many years yet recently the food has become very greasy and the flavours have disappeared. This is real shame as you have been part of Marlow for so many years

Meal over an hour and a half late Very tepid when arrived. Rude person on phone when chasing No offer of refund and meal not so good.

A regular takeaway option, food as good if not better than the local indian restaurant food.....accurate timing for delivery, no more than 45 mins at peak times........best takeaway food by a long way.....

We ordrered 2 large pizzas last night for £17.99, the Marlow Special, with Tandoori Chicken and Minced Lamb Kebab and the Coriander Chilli Chicken (which is new)... Both were superb as usual... it seems, from the delivery man that they have changed hands, but this hasn't affected the quality of the pizzas...

So we are trippin on the Thames and we get the urge for a curry - we strutt the streets and collect menu's and then bizarrely we discover this place which we have not seen but believe to be on an industrial estate somewhere.....So we sit in the park, drinking after moving on the local yoofs with our four friends who don't do curries - the order was placed and the drop off was the park - on time came our chef / driver with the goodies.

I ordered chicken tikka masala with rice. Food was hot and very delicious. I was a little put off by the place as it's the back of Coopers Cafe on the Marlow industrial estate. I will be back for more.

Normalmente no nos reparten llevar porque son normalmente decepcionante, pero como había sido un concurrido unos días pensamos que 'pruébalo'. Ordered 6 various meals and sides. Took about 40 mins to get to us. All correct, hot, plentiful and really tasty. Easier to phone direct rather than use on line app. Will definitely use again.

Hidden behind a obscure white door is the marlow tandoori takeaway.Reasonable prices, very tasty food with good size portions and a real range of balti, tandoori and traditional dishes as well as specials.Been twice and loved it both times. Deliver within marlow but not outside but still worth driving to collect.

The Marlow tandoori is a great option for a curry especially on a cold, dark night. They deliver and that means piping hot curry delivered to your door at no extra cost (if more than £15 order). It takes between 40-50 minutes for a big order to be delivered to your door. It's also about 10-15% cheaper than other curry restaurants in town. Personally, I think you can taste the difference, but for the price and delivery, it's very good.

I cannot find anything to fault about these guys. The food is always delivered when they say it will be, it is always hot, and ALWAYS tasty! We have tried many different dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Value for money 100%

Food is always excellent and is delivered when they estimate it to be. Onion Bhajis are the best ever! Food has lots of varied spice tastes which you can taste even the mild curries which are certainly not bland. Just wish the guys would open a restaurant !

I have bought from Marlow Tandoori for years now. Their menu is extensive and food beautifully cooked. Even requested an off menu item and they accommodate. Portions are generous and the price is lower than the next nearest Indian (which I have tried and did not rate - I came back here after that)Every staff member is cheerful and polite, I simply cant fault it. The best in town and county

We've used Marlow Tandoori for as far back as I remember and always found the food to be promptly delivered (on many occasions on the button at a requested time), piping hot and delicious. Definitely the most consistently good take away we've had anyway. Service is always very pleasant both over the phone and when delivered. Highly recommended!

We used to use the Marlow Tandoori a lot when they had a shop in Spittal St Marlow. Now they are in a unit on the trading estate. We have tried them twice now since they moved and the experience has gone downhill. They are purely a Take away/delivery. The food portions are enormous, but basically its just the main dish (chicken, Prawns or other dishes) with a sauce added after the cooking. Not pleasant.

By far the best curry house I know of. It is not a restaurant but a phone in collect or have delivered curry house.Brilliantly consistent with high quality food. Have been delighted over 20+ years with superb food - and can say that we have never had a duff meal from them.

Used to visit the takeaway and then it closed down! Never realised that it was still open for phone orders!!!!! Now rediscovered it, food is wonderful, very large portions, we share one portion between two. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!
