Myst West in Hillingdon

This is a great place to enjoy family friendly environment. Food is great and served quickly with a smile. The staff is welcoming and they make you feel at home. Friday night is a must go who those who like to immerse themselves in a display of belly dancing and upbeat music.

We visited this restaurant on a stopover for an early flight the next day. It doesn’t look much from the outside, but once inside it’s got a nice feel to it. A bit of a cross between an Indian and Turkish eatery, and the menu follows that theme. We had the lamb and chicken sheesh kebabs. You get 4 six inch long kebabs with a bit of salad and lots of fried onions. We were told by our waitress that chips were included but they didn’t arrive and we didn’t need them If you are very hungry or have a large appetite I would order some sides of rice, chips or bread. Great food, great atmosphere Highly recommended

Not sure why the other really bad reviews. Maybe they were having a hard time finding staff. Our experience was great: We had a 12 hour layover at LHR so we booked a cheap hotel (Ibis Hotel) nearby at 10:30pm. Being so late, we were told the only place to eat within walking was McDonalds OR we could order Uber eats :( It was a Friday night and we wanted to stretch our legs so we opted for McDonalds. While on the way, we passed Myst West and decided to stop in. The food and atmosphere was waaaay better than McDonald’s lol. We ordered the Chicken Tikka, a Lebanese salad and two drinks. The chicken was seasoned well and included sautéed onions and peppers. It was more than enough food for two people. The atmosphere was energetic and upbeat with a live DJ playing international dance music from Northern Africa, Middle East and elsewhere with tunes from Rihanna, Drake, and others blended in between. There was a good mix of people with most being locals of various ethnic backgrounds and ages. We did NOT feel out of place being American and middle aged. We were tired so no drinks or Hookah was ordered but it would have been a nice place to start the weekend if we didn’t have an early flight the next day. Walking to and from our hotel was no problem, as it’s a busy street albeit poorly lit. I noticed there is a hotel attached, but have no idea about the facilities.

My friend booked a table for her birthday just the two of us Friday night . Was really excited to check the place out after seeing Tik tok and Instagram, aesthetically the place is lovely but the reality was very different. We was told where to sit and sat for 25 minutes without one person asking what we want to drink, bearing in mind a waitress walked passed and said hi. There was only two other small tables in the restaurant in use. We sat and sat no one came all staff memebers were cleaning around us whilst rap music was playing …so we walked out. Terrible service I’m actually gutted so we went to The Pheasant who were so accommodating at such short notice .

I had a really bad experience in this restaurant. Is it suppose to be like this? We decided to had a dinner here as it quiet late. ———This service call not really work well 10 of us press it from both table no one pay attention until we need to stand to call them. ———Im order for chicken pizza what i had is chicken tikka not only that i got salad with no tool at all Did they expected me to had the salad with hand? ———I requested for fork it took at lease 10-15 min for just only fork. End up after all my team done my pizza arrived. What is the point for dinner with friend? Manager try his best to recover situation how ever This restaurant should improving of this I am done!!!!!! And will never come back again.

Avoid at all cost !! Visited with a couple friends, it took us 30mins trying to explain our order to the waitress as she had no idea the questions we were asking about the dishes. We eventually had to tell her to call over someone else who can answer our questions. After we finally ordered, the food came out not so long after and OMG it was the most tasteless food I ever tasted in my life. No effort put into the food whatsoever. We called the girl over but as usual she did not have a clue what we were saying so had to call the manager over, he just simply said ok I won't charge you for it and took away our food. We proceeded with the sheesha and it was just smoke, no flavour whatsoever just like their food. We agreed to pay for sheesha and drinks but even then the prices are extortionate. It's a rip off, this place should not exist. Worst experience of my life, all decor no quality. Never again in my life. I never had to ever return food in my life and the frustration for putting a waitress who has no idea what she's doing is terrible.

Took my nephew for his 18th Birthday, really enjoyed our evening. The sheesha and food were top quality and the service from the staff was excellent too. Special shout-out to Preksha for being so welcoming and making my nephews evening a memorable one.

Visited here yesterday and had a very good time excellent service from our waitress Preksha. Very attentive and attention to detail. Recommend a good drink and shisha for our table. Will definitely be back again.

I went here for Shisha and drinks. The customer service has to be one of the worst I have seen. The manager was very arrogant and unfriendly. When we went to pay. He did not acknowledge us or smile or say hello or thank you when we made the payment. I have been to a lot of Shisha places and the quality of the Shisha was mediocre to say the least. Very poor. No flavour, you are just blowing air. I don’t understand how this place has good google reviews, they probably do them themselves. And let’s not get started on the food. Absolutely awful food. The decor is the usually cheap looking instagrammable nonsense that you see nowadays. And the prices are astronomical. If you have a sense of taste about you, avoid this place.

Very beautiful shisha lounge, amazing interior. Staff were very welcoming, shisha lasted the whole time we were there (2 hours). Wide variety of food, definitely will be re-visiting. Thanks

I have never been to this place before so it was a lovely change from other places and there was a special vip shisha with pineapple head

The staff were very rude and had no sense of customer service what so ever. The person that actually served us was apparently the manager and he’s the rudest person I’ve ever come across. Overall the experience was terrible and it irks me that I...
