Very nice staff food was very good

The food was too good and the service was excellent and most importantly we didn’t have to wait for food long … it was quick compared to other restaurant

Hi came here for lunch jan1st. It was around 1pm . We got seated then Five minutes later someone Came and took our order this was around 1.15. It took a long time before our food came around 25 mins I kept looking at my phone to check the time . We ordered. Saag aloo. Chicken tikka masala and two naan and a salad plus water and coke £48. It got busier whilst we were eating . The food was ok. The naans were quite thick around the edges but thinner in the middle , but tasty . The saag aloo was mediocre not that much taste , the chicken tikka masala looked more like a butter chicken gravy it was sweet tasting . There were more slices of onions and peppers in it than chicken pieces. It tasted nice enough but would have liked more meat in it . The service could have been better . Had to wait for our bill as we weren’t sure if we pay at front or at table . Service could have been faster but over all it was ok .

Always great service and amazing food here, the food is always outstanding, variety of dishes that taste different, huge portions for what you pay and a great bar serving cocktails and mocktails. Service is great and the waiters always go above and beyond!

Horrible customer service, spoke with Rishi to collect an order placed for some butter chicken. The chicken had sambar masala in it, and upon raising this concern on call, the same worker was very rude whilst dealing with the issue i had. I feel this experience has ruined the relationship with the restaurant.

Food is good but ever since the renovation inside the prices clearly reflect this. Increase in price of dishes is substantial, especially when comparing with other South Indian restaurants. The decor however is good and food also tasty but struggle to justify the high prices.

Everything was perfect. Chirag was really nice and served us very well even though the restaurant was in hurry to close early for their staff Xmas party which is really nice and shows the management cares for the staff. Food was amazing as always. Merry Xmas !

Love going to Sarasas restaurant but this time the spring rolls were piping hot outside but had a cold filling in one of them as if defrosted. Thali was great with a nice mix of dishes. Mogo chips were really tasty but very spicy. Anyhow I would still recommend it as the service is great and the restaurant is lovely.

We have ordered from Sarasas, Hayes many times, but on this occasion we found a piece of a plastic bag within the papdi chaat!! Dangerous health hazzard!! We asked to speak to the manager to complain, but he wouldn't come to the phone and despite being promised a call back, no one returned our call! Disgraceful service...won't be ordering or eating from there again!

The food and service were very outstanding. Anyone interested for South Indian cuisine go visit there. You won’t be disappointed.

I was there with my British friend and had one of the best thali today in great atmosphere. We loved food, service and songs in background. It was amazing that non veg thali we had with varieties was great 👍 but still chicken gravy and mix veg with carrots and something were not worthy as others. Anyway we enjoyed with food and kingfisher beer.

We went there for an office lunch and they took 2 hours to serve us which meant my colleague had to leave before she was served and a good time was not had by all.

A very good one, after a really long time found proper food which suits Indian taste buds.

It has been noticed by family and friends that the food itself is not bad but quite expensive. Not worthed. But because of location it is running good.

We regularly dine here . The food is always good and very nice atmosphere and friendly staff . One is particular is a waiter called Aziz who goes out of his way to assist you and a very friendly personality. I recommend this place very much

We have been coming to this place for a few years now, but the arrogance and customer service of the management (men) has deteriorated and is appalling. We ordered a rava dosa with masala and when it arrived to our table its looked like dogs dinner / a plate full of Doritos . I have had an onion rava dosa many times here and I asked for it to remade and I was refused. Take it or leave it attitude so we happily left, removed the service charge and enjoyed a delicious kulcha at Kulcha express a few doors down, where we were treated with respect and warm hospitality. Excellent food of high quality!

We had a small family gathering, and the food was delicious, and the service was good. They even helped us to serve the cake for birthday. A little long wait for food as it was busy on Sunday afternoon, and music could be a bit lower to ease conversation. Other than that, it was all good as it was our second time there.

The dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and offered a true taste of Indian cuisine. The staff was also friendly and attentive, making the dining experience pleasant and welcoming. However, despite the great food and service, I found the restaurant to be overpriced compared to other Indian restaurants

I was extremely disappointed today. We have been to this restaurant on many occasions. Today we get told they aren’t many options for someone with a nut allergy. This quite appalling. For starters and mains there was a limited list that the waitress had on her phone. I’ve visited numerous restaurants this month but haven’t faced such a situation. Big let down by Sararas. I definitely won’t be coming here again with my family. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Good is always excellent here and with a huge amount of choices in the menu. Due to the number of customers, service becomes a bit slow but the food is worth waiting for!

It’s always very loud and bright here, which is not my preference but the masala dosa and Biriyani dishes are fantastically tasty.

It is the first time we experienced bad service Regarding food, The paneer tikka was not presentable because the onions was totally burnt and very badly smoky even we asked them to change it and then they told it is like that after arguing they changed onion only which was not cooked then.

Customer service on the phone is terrible! Get somebody better to answer the phones! No care and I am regular who orders from this place when I want an Indian

I just visit over there for the job one of the person he is in bar he said i am manager he is so rude even he dont know how to talk with guest or client whatever.

Slowest service on record, took well over an hour between starters and mains. If you are hungry, do not come here! Food was very average and very much over priced.

No complaints about the food. But management should reconsider the recent price hike. This used to be our favorite hotel. However, after our recent visit, we felt like the food has got at least 30% more expensive. We are searching for alternatives.

Excellent service and food quality. I did not plan to eat here but I thought I would drop by for lunch during work, and it has been a great experience. I tried the diss lunch time dish, very tasty. Staff are superb. Definitely coming here again.

Chicken biriyani was not that spicy ,even I told them to make it spicy.I feel like it was same as biriyani hub's biriyani.

I visit Saraasa with my daughter first time and manshi suggested best option for my daughter she is soo cooperative and very good behaviour and other staff is also so good I tried sarasas special uttpam which was soo nice Must visit 👌☺️

The restaurant is run by people who don't kmow what south indian cuisine is. They don't serve a round another of rice on thali and force us to buy an extra portion of rice and curd. Waiter has a rough attitude and boasts that we don't serve extra. Thali was full of fluid/water rather than the actual curry too much with tamarind and pickled chilli all over with 10% of rice to complete the thali.

Very rude staff the restaurant was not busy but the staff and manager on the shift was very pushy about clearing the table and keeping coming to the table saying have you finished or want to pack the food and when we asked why you guys being like this the staff said this is my restaurant and this our place

Entire staff has changed including Chef. I have been regular customer almost visiting once in 2-4 weeks. Taste has gone horrible especially chutneys and sambhar. Infact the dosa and Utthapam were very average. On top of the direct feedback when given to owner, he seemed less interested and just responded yes, okay. They lost my trust.

Food was nice but awful waiting times and service was almost 45 min for starters over an hour for mains ordering drinks was a nightmare would take at least 25 minutes and was not even that busy. Really let itself down with poor service and management

Really nice place, well spaced out tables, staff were super friendly and helpful with the menu, Popadoms and chutneys were decent, Chicken Dumpling starter was awesome and had a great kick to the sauce, The Chettinda lamb dish main very good indeed as was the Chilli Masala Dosa, Massala Tea was so good I ordered another and the Mango Lassi was as good as anywhere else, Fairly inexpensive for the quality and setting, would not hesitate to return if I ever find myself in the area again.

Manshi was so helpful and very polite. She has knowledge about food , very friendly and always smile on her face. We are very happy with her service.

Arrived for a quick lunch thali, they didn't have table for 1, but Rushi and Nitin arranged a table in no time. Second visit at this restaurant, and really loved the Non-veg thali, it walli missing puri's. The food was truly tasty. Its just just better everytime👍

South Indian dishes were tasty but North Indian dishes were not so great, in my opinion (and my friends’, who is North Indian) The white sambal served with the dosa is incredible!!

Dosa was good customer service by our server (mansi) was terrible. Couldn't enjoy the food because we could smell the toilets.

I am surprised by the rating of this restaurant. It definitely deserves over 4.8. Polite staff and best overall food compared to many other places that hold higher ratings in this category. Whenever we feel like eating Indian cusines and mainly South Indian cuisine, we always come here. Call before coming on weekends as it’s completely packed.

Dosa was amazing Other food items were ok. Customer service (Mansi) was one of the worst one I have ever had. It made our whole experience terrible. Love the dosas but wont be going back again.

The onion masala dosa was ace, and so were the curries. The pina colada cocktail was awful and not the best around, so avoid. Note on the service. The waiting staff were welcoming warmly at first. However, the service that followed was defensive, lacked any smile, and we almost felt uncomfortable with such a service. The waiting staff expect you to set out your own plates, which they put just in front of the lady of the table. I felt insulted as they were expecting me to be doing the service of my table. Well, my husband and daughter did a great job by pulling me back into my comfort zone. But the waiter again was ready to argue or talk with an arrogant tone for no reason at all. The waitress, in the end, was more focused on coming to our table at least 5 times every few seconds to remove every piece of plates that we finished. She could have obviously waited until the end to clear or clear on demand. Well, I left miffed and disappointed and felt that today there was a lack of supervision. One more thing, this place should become more kid friendly by at least offering activities for kids in form of colouring sheets as a minimum.

I went to a restaurant with my friend for dinner, which turned out to be a horrible experience. First, we were given a table right next to the toilets and the kitchen area, where we were constantly disturbed by staff walking in and out. We had to adjust our chairs to avoid being in their way. We ordered papdi chaat, which was dry, tasted terrible, and smelled like it had been made with burned oil. After just one bite, I spoke to the waitress to let her know that the food was not fresh and lacked yogurt and chutney. Instead of addressing the issue, she told me to set it aside and continue with the rest of the meal. This must be a joke! I had to approach the manager to acknowledge the problem. Instead of replacing the food or apologizing, he said they had been serving it since the morning with no complaints. Seriously? I had to ask him to taste it himself to understand what was wrong. The whole experience was so off-putting that we left the restaurant without having our dinner. I will definitely never visit this place again.

Sarasas special uttpam is very nice Mushroom manchurian Is mouth watering 😋 💕 I strongly recommend...Great place ever .. The service is very nice specially piyush and asizul.

If you visit this restaurant ask for him as he will look after you for sure. Apart from this the food is truly amazing, I went for mysore masala dosa being one of the best dishes from india, taste the best. Definitely worth the visit if your around💯

A very lovely restaurant, where staff is always polite and friendly. The food is always top notch, and everything is soo scrumptious 😋 especially their Hakka noodles and mushroom manchurian. The young boy called Nitin I think is always very attentive and friendly. Overall its a lovely place and I always go back here for the food and service.

I had spent £300 to celebrate Father’s Day and sisters birthday.As we were going to cut the cake the manager said we cannot allow it and on the other hand there was a another family cutting a cake.

Absolutely disgusting and atrocious! Ordered chicken dishes that were clealy uncooked leftovers of meat. Lackluster of flavours & clearly inediable. Ordered via uber eats, when we complained to management they informed us it was our drivers fault! Even though the chef prepared the hideous 'food' I wouldn't even serve this to an animal. Saras is a complete joke. Jokes on them as Uber also agreed as the pictures of the dishes we provided clearly showed leftovers had been served. Even though we got our money back its disgusting that Sara's tried (but failed) to shift the blame to Uber eats!

A satisfying very South Indian dinner, their dosa and naan are highly recommended. Of course any other dishes won’t disappoint too. We had a scrumptious meal. Their chocolate dosa is also a must for a perfect ending to the meal. We will be back again. Great and friendly service.
