Always a great time coming to Sarasas. The team were great, but Preet did especially well supporting a huge party of us. Thank you all!

I visited this restaurant for dinner recently. The ambiance had a good vibe, but the lighting was overly bright—almost like dining under direct sunlight, which detracted from the overall experience. While the food was tasty, I found it to be quite expensive compared to other places in the area. Additionally, our service was a bit off; we were a party of four but initially received only three plates. Even after asking, the issue wasn’t promptly resolved. Overall, there are positives, but these issues prevented the meal from being as enjoyable as it could have been.

The owner is greedy and arrogant and racist. I booked a 14 person table at 8:15pm for the Mothers day and now he is saying we did not took a booking. He gave our table to his friend or some family members. Never go to this place and the food rating from the council is also 1 star.

They had a nice menu, but the prices were too high for what was offered. The ambience was also too noisy, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, not the best experience for the price.

Love the South Indian and Sri Lankan food. The service is prompt and always helpful. A good alternative to the Sarwana Bhavan.

Food was great Chinna was an amazing waiter. Couldn't get any better. Deserves a raise in my eyes.

Our family visited Sarasas this evening for our boy’s 16th bday. We always come here as it’s our local dishes we love. The chef always makes one of our groups special daal he likes. We were served by Chinns who accommodated us well. Thank you for a lovely evening

It was a really good service with Chirag. He was very welcoming, polite and helpful throughout our whole experience. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely rubbish service, I was speaking to the waitress to ask her about the menu she walked away, I asked the manager to assist and help me select the dosa which was my first experience but he was so rude I had to walk away, rubbish service avoid

Excellent food, service and atmosphere

We happened to walk into this restaurant and decided to have dinner as the ambience looked nice. The dinner we ordered did not disappoint at all, best dosai we had including the kebab. Padri chaat was alright. And the Mocktails mojito & Pina colada was one of the best we had. Would come back again.

I've eaten south indian thalis all over Greater London and this is up there with best. Superb food

The restaurant has a nice ambiance. We have tried maysor masala dosa and vegetable Biryani. Both the dishes are delicious but expensive. The price of South Indian food is too high as compared to other South Indian restaurants.

Sarasas Restaurant is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves authentic South Indian and Sri Lankan #food. The flavours are rich, the ambience is warm and inviting, and the service is always superb and timely. Flavours are very authentic! One of the best updates they've made is switching some recipes to fully vegan, which is a welcome change—especially for those with #allergies or dietary preferences. Every visit has been a delight, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended for family and work eating with authentic flavours!

The place looks beautiful however the in the mixed grill, they gave us dry pieces of lamb chops, mushy kebabs. The fish tikka has no tikka about it, it was sour and they tasted very burnt on the outside. The chicken and mutton biriyani barely had any pieces of meat. The only good thing about the food was the chicken in the mixed grill and the raita which at least tasted fresh.

I ordered a Chiken Tikka Masala "HOT" I must say its probably the best Chicken Tikka Masala I have ever tasted! I also ordered a Butter Chicken I am not a big fan of that anyway so cannot comment on that dish. The Fresh Butter Naan is perfect also! I would highly recommend this place. The Staff are great and the atmosphere is also perfect! It was my second time visiting here and I came back specially for the Chicken Tikka Masala "HOT" and fresh Butter Naan. This place is not the cheapest but it is definitely worth the price and the staff deserve the Service Charge! In a time where customer service and quality of food is absolutely horrendous here in the UK. This place shows that not everyone is the same! Well done to you all! Hats off the Chefs!

We came here for the 1st time for our friends anniversary, to say we were blown away is an understatement. The service, the food, nothing was too much trouble. The portions are huge, I personally had chilli chicken which was the tastiest I’ve ever had, the rest of the party had fish & chicken tikka & sheek kebab. We then ordered Szechuan chicken noodles, prawn curry, Nan bread & the nicest pancake we have ever had, Sarasas Special Uttappam, never tasted anything like this. Cannot recommend enough & we will definitely be returning & highly recommending. Thank you so much.

Nice food and service but slight.costly but its ok

Our experience was excellent service, great atmosphere and delicious food. Definitely would recommend this restaurant. We ordered the veg and non-veg thali which we served promptly and the food was hot and fresh. I even requested a substitute on the non-veg thali as we didn't want lamb and they were happy to accommodate. The chicken dishes tasted more home style cooking and not the typical flavor you find at every restaurant, so definitely loved this. The portions were large with a huge variety of dishes in each thali. The toilet facilities were really clean. And it was a bitter cold day outside and the restaurant was warm and cozy and we were very comfortable.

Hi came here for lunch jan1st. It was around 1pm . We got seated then Five minutes later someone Came and took our order this was around 1.15. It took a long time before our food came around 25 mins I kept looking at my phone to check the time . We ordered. Saag aloo. Chicken tikka masala and two naan and a salad plus water and coke £48. It got busier whilst we were eating . The food was ok. The naans were quite thick around the edges but thinner in the middle , but tasty . The saag aloo was mediocre not that much taste , the chicken tikka masala looked more like a butter chicken gravy it was sweet tasting . There were more slices of onions and peppers in it than chicken pieces. It tasted nice enough but would have liked more meat in it . The service could have been better . Had to wait for our bill as we weren’t sure if we pay at front or at table . Service could have been faster but over all it was ok .

Horrible customer service, spoke with Rishi to collect an order placed for some butter chicken. The chicken had sambar masala in it, and upon raising this concern on call, the same worker was very rude whilst dealing with the issue i had. I feel this experience has ruined the relationship with the restaurant.

Food is good but ever since the renovation inside the prices clearly reflect this. Increase in price of dishes is substantial, especially when comparing with other South Indian restaurants. The decor however is good and food also tasty but struggle to justify the high prices.

Everything was perfect. Chirag was really nice and served us very well even though the restaurant was in hurry to close early for their staff Xmas party which is really nice and shows the management cares for the staff. Food was amazing as always. Merry Xmas !

Love going to Sarasas restaurant but this time the spring rolls were piping hot outside but had a cold filling in one of them as if defrosted. Thali was great with a nice mix of dishes. Mogo chips were really tasty but very spicy. Anyhow I would still recommend it as the service is great and the restaurant is lovely.

We have ordered from Sarasas, Hayes many times, but on this occasion we found a piece of a plastic bag within the papdi chaat!! Dangerous health hazzard!! We asked to speak to the manager to complain, but he wouldn't come to the phone and despite being promised a call back, no one returned our call! Disgraceful service...won't be ordering or eating from there again!

As being an Indian , I do always prefer coming to this restaurant, this place got my heart , amazing service , scrumptious food, 💯 hygiene 🩷

I was there with my British friend and had one of the best thali today in great atmosphere. We loved food, service and songs in background. It was amazing that non veg thali we had with varieties was great 👍 but still chicken gravy and mix veg with carrots and something were not worthy as others. Anyway we enjoyed with food and kingfisher beer.

We went there for an office lunch and they took 2 hours to serve us which meant my colleague had to leave before she was served and a good time was not had by all.

A very good one, after a really long time found proper food which suits Indian taste buds.

It has been noticed by family and friends that the food itself is not bad but quite expensive. Not worthed. But because of location it is running good.

We regularly dine here . The food is always good and very nice atmosphere and friendly staff . One is particular is a waiter called Aziz who goes out of his way to assist you and a very friendly personality. I recommend this place very much

We have been coming to this place for a few years now, but the arrogance and customer service of the management (men) has deteriorated and is appalling. We ordered a rava dosa with masala and when it arrived to our table its looked like dogs dinner / a plate full of Doritos . I have had an onion rava dosa many times here and I asked for it to remade and I was refused. Take it or leave it attitude so we happily left, removed the service charge and enjoyed a delicious kulcha at Kulcha express a few doors down, where we were treated with respect and warm hospitality. The last time we came here was 7 years ago. Still amazing food n service. Simple n effective, clean, courteous staff. Great place. Sholay bhaturay, the bhatura is massive like a 12 inch pizza!

Amazing atmosphere and very hygienic. Food was too good. Special thanks to Gurpreeth and Vipean for looking after us. We had been many times to this place, it’s worth to visit.

We had a small family gathering, and the food was delicious, and the service was good. They even helped us to serve the cake for birthday. A little long wait for food as it was busy on Sunday afternoon, and music could be a bit lower to ease conversation. Other than that, it was all good as it was our second time there.

I was extremely disappointed today. We have been to this restaurant on many occasions. Today we get told they aren’t many options for someone with a nut allergy. This quite appalling. For starters and mains there was a limited list that the waitress had on her phone. I’ve visited numerous restaurants this month but haven’t faced such a situation. Big let down by Sararas. I definitely won’t be coming here again with my family. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

The dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and offered a true taste of Indian cuisine. The staff was also friendly and attentive, making the dining experience pleasant and welcoming. However, despite the great food and service, I found the restaurant to be overpriced compared to other Indian restaurants

Good is always excellent here and with a huge amount of choices in the menu. Due to the number of customers, service becomes a bit slow but the food is worth waiting for!

It’s always very loud and bright here, which is not my preference but the masala dosa and Biriyani dishes are fantastically tasty.

It is the first time we experienced bad service Regarding food, The paneer tikka was not presentable because the onions was totally burnt and very badly smoky even we asked them to change it and then they told it is like that after arguing they changed onion only which was not cooked then.

Customer service on the phone is terrible! Get somebody better to answer the phones! No care and I am regular who orders from this place when I want an Indian

Slowest service on record, took well over an hour between starters and mains. If you are hungry, do not come here! Food was very average and very much over priced.

No complaints about the food. But management should reconsider the recent price hike. This used to be our favorite hotel. However, after our recent visit, we felt like the food has got at least 30% more expensive. We are searching for alternatives.

Chicken biriyani was not that spicy ,even I told them to make it spicy.I feel like it was same as biriyani hub's biriyani.

I visit Saraasa with my daughter first time and manshi suggested best option for my daughter she is soo cooperative and very good behaviour and other staff is also so good I tried sarasas special uttpam which was soo nice Must visit 👌☺️

The restaurant is run by people who don't kmow what south indian cuisine is. They don't serve a round another of rice on thali and force us to buy an extra portion of rice and curd. Waiter has a rough attitude and boasts that we don't serve extra. Thali was full of fluid/water rather than the actual curry too much with tamarind and pickled chilli all over with 10% of rice to complete the thali.

Very rude staff the restaurant was not busy but the staff and manager on the shift was very pushy about clearing the table and keeping coming to the table saying have you finished or want to pack the food and when we asked why you guys being like this the staff said this is my restaurant and this our place

Entire staff has changed including Chef. I have been regular customer almost visiting once in 2-4 weeks. Taste has gone horrible especially chutneys and sambhar. Infact the dosa and Utthapam were very average. On top of the direct feedback when given to owner, he seemed less interested and just responded yes, okay. They lost my trust.

I’m Very Sorry for this kind of ratings Please try to improve the quality of foods like Dosas and chutney totally it’s not good enough all just like a water taste, This is true please try to improve and serves a best food. One more request customer service is more important. Thank you

Really nice place, well spaced out tables, staff were super friendly and helpful with the menu, Popadoms and chutneys were decent, Chicken Dumpling starter was awesome and had a great kick to the sauce, The Chettinda lamb dish main very good indeed as was the Chilli Masala Dosa, Massala Tea was so good I ordered another and the Mango Lassi was as good as anywhere else, Fairly inexpensive for the quality and setting, would not hesitate to return if I ever find myself in the area again.

Food was nice but awful waiting times and service was almost 45 min for starters over an hour for mains ordering drinks was a nightmare would take at least 25 minutes and was not even that busy. Really let itself down with poor service and management
