Excellent quality and service Must try again

We’ve ordered quite a bit over the years and always enjoyed most dishes. The sushi is good! I’m not sure if maybe they’ve switched chefs or suppliers recently but our meal this evening was pretty bad. Pad Thai was bland - lacking fish sauce, peanuts and that sweet tang. Miso soup had zero tofu or seaweed and was exceptionally salty so we couldn’t eat it. The mixed selection platter was badly packaged so the spring rolls and prawn toast were soggy from the dumplings and satay on top of them. Drivers are always fantastic and like I said, sushi is pretty good!

The overall food was great! The standout was the karaage chicken from what I ordered—exceptional in flavour and tenderness. A truly enjoyable dining experience! Highly recommend and would order again!

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered via UberEats. Food took almost 2hrs to arrive. Phoned the restaurant who simply did not care, never once apologised and had zero care of customer service. I said I would complain and the guy simply did not care. Food was sub standard and cold when arrived. Would not recommend this place.

Possibly one of, if not the best pan-asian food I have had and have been a repeat customer for months due to its unique yet beautiful flavours from its wide range of dishes. Would most definitely recommend to ANYONE looking to up-level their eating experience.

Amazing food, would recommend to many.

The ramen was terrible, possibly the worst I’ve had. The meat was dry and tasteless and the miso broth was similar in taste to water. The sushi was pretty good, duck was ok but had much better elsewhere. Edamame beans had no seasoning at all. Delivery was an hour and twenty minutes and not exactly cheap. 4/10, would have been 3/10 without the sushi to be honest.

Decent food!!! It’s been hard finding decent halal take aways around where I live. The Singapore noodles has a slight south Asian taste more than Singapore flavours but it was nice. Service was fast! Arrived 15 mins earlier than stated and such friendly telephone service. Sushi is quality stuff for the price, kimchi was decent too! Spring rolls was like most take away places. The customer service just made things better for me. This place does nice sushi and quite filling. Will be returning via take away, hope the experience keeps up.

Everything was nice apart from the prawn toast, tasted nothing like prawn.

We used to use this place quite a lot. The food is great. The problem is the delivery sucks, always late, always excuses so we stopped using them. Thought we'd give them another go as surely these days food delivery is quite simple. Food was still as good as we remembered, delivery still sucked, probably even worse. 2 hours from the point of order to delivery. Apparently traffic was bad. But I could have walked from the restaurant to my home in less time. So just more excuses.

Absolutely horrible service, first they delivered to the wrong address then when the delivery came through two items were missing.

I never leave bad reviews but I seriously had to this time. Ordered takeout - prawn toast, pad Thai and firecracker chicken. Honestly the worst food I have ever had in my life. We have ordered from here a few times in the past and it was ok but today it was literally like old reheated food and flavourless. Extremely annoyed I wasted my money

The food from here is so great but whenever we have ordered, it’s over half an hour late and they never ever pick up their phone. Either it’s ‘user busy’ or it rings out. Really rubbish service which outweighs ordering their food..

Nobody picks up the call after an order has been placed. It is now more than na hour and i dont have any update on my order.

Absolutely awful. Low quality meat, chicken and noodles, bland, soggy and definitely the worst Chinese I've ever had. Avoid it. Don't waste your money

We ordered food from them on Valentine’s Day at 8:40pm with the expected delivery time being 9:40-10:00. Not only did they not deliver they charged us and we could get through to them on the phone. Very poor service and extremely disappointed as it meant it was too late to order food anywhere else. Update: the food arrived at 10.40pm but one of the items was missing. This added to our disconnect as we were really looking forward to the meal.

Food arrived cold! Very disappointed. The duck side arrived with no side salad as described. The chicken basically was over fried and looked like dust! The rest of the food was just not very nice as it was not hot so was certainly not enjoyable.

I've been ordering from here for a while and never been disappointed. Always fresh and tasty, always delicious. My favourite is soft shell crab tempura.

We been getting takeaways from Inso for many years and we've never been disappointed. The sushi and duck wraps are always great. Only criticism I have is that the duck comes with shredded lettuce and not sprint onion.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive

I have ordered from Inso pan Asia for many years now and I'm actually very picky eater. Reading some of latest reviews (especially seeing the fork in Dragon roll plate from Nicoleta Maria) Sorry but why are you picking that portion with a fork and then leave nasty review? The green part is fish eggs and avocado! Seeing their response the least you could do is to delete your foolish comment and don't make you look like an empty bucket? I've never commented on anyones review but you just make me laugh. I feel very sorry for the restaurant to even try to explain the most simplest things! The rolls are absolutely perfect and the best sushi I have had for many years, I have used plenty of Mayfair places and very few have such fresh and nice sushi. I really recommend this sushi takeaway/delivery and people who deliver them or breaking them apart with forks are not restaurants fault nor responsibility! PS. they always put things right if there is any mistake (clearly things can go wrong with anyone) but it all matters how it is dealt with! Please people be wise and don't leave false reviews to great places!

The salmon was cut very thick and tasted brilliant. It melts in your mouth and is way worth the money for the quality of the fish. It was gorgeous not sure why this place is so low rated, highly recommend.

I have been ordering from inso for the past 5 years and it is always a treat! Yes delivery times can be challenging at times during the weekend but we always look forward to end the week with an amazing pad Thai or sushi platter! Thank you for continuing to serve great quality food, even during these difficult times!

We gave this restaurant another go as it had been our favourite local place before. Sorry to say it was such a let down. Won’t be giving it another go. Flavours are not great and meat is poor quality. Very disappointed

Having ordered several times from Inso since when they first opened, the restaurant has improved. The key improvement being the service, the menu has expanded, and there is an extensive offering of sushi which is fresh and lovely, and in my view what Inso do best and their saving grace. Unfortunately, some of the mains are just average at best - where the flavours feels watered down. Would really like the main dishes to be authentic and deliver more flavour as the menu offers alot of my favourite dishes.

Wow . Amazing food . Ordered 5 temaki. The duck was a bit dry but the salmon and the shrimp tempura was lovely. Will be ordering again . Deffo worth the money

Really good food well prepared and fresh. We ordered a lot and still could take in every bit of what was ordered. Sushi is always cut above the rest and their Donburi rice and Katsu curry are so delicious

We have eaten here many times before and have always loved it. Such good variety and quality of food. However, we ordered a take away last month and were so disappointed. The restaurant has turned into take out only which I presume cuts costs but also have downgraded the quality of the food. We had a chicken and a duck dish. Both meats were chewy and obviously processed meat (definitely not what it used to be). The meals tasted cheap and the flavours were also different. Such a shame as we used to eat from here so often.m. We won’t be returning until the previous standards have been restored.

Cannot fault this place, its fast becoming a household favourite. I try one new item each order, and have loved it each time!

Awful. Bland. Duck was dry, pancakes came in sealed bags. Noodles had no taste & I couldn't actually eat it. No flavour at all. DONT EAT HERE

The delivery was prompt and the driver was extremely friendly. However they have changed the menu. Ordered crab meat sushi rolls. Its not crab meat its surimi sticks. Which was very disappointing. The rice has changed too. Was very excited that egg fried rice was back. But it was awful. And mushy. Last time they used sushi rice for it and honestly it was utterly delicious. The green beans were a very strange addition too. You can judge an Asian restraunt by the quality of its rice and it was Sub par. Please update the menu about the "crab meat" sushi rolls. It costs about 2 quid for a decent tin of crab meat. They're cutting corners and for the price we paid has reflected poorly on the quality. The bag was packed poorly too. Chilli oil allover it. Won't be ordering again

Good range of dishes, not too sweet, reasonable price

We had takeaway from Inso and really enjoyed it. The best dish was the hot cracker prawns. Big portions too. Will definitely get again.

I have been ordering here for years, and normally I can get past the slightly high prices as the next closest sushi place is Edward. But my last order I decided to try the set platter, and to be blunt. You absoultly took the PISS with what it came with on the platter. We had 35x veg hosomaki that should come in around £25 if ordered separately. 6x futomaki and around 15x inside out rolls with just the platter alone, this isn't including the extras we ordered like x2 katsu rolls, chicken etc. If you were to work out the single cost of each item on the platter. You would be better off ordering exactly what you want rather then trust them, which I will no longer do. I will most likely end up in sushi mania in Edware after this. I am so disappointed by this and my last few orders, that it's time to try elsewhere. It's a shame as they could be so much better.

Great tasting food! It used to be a great atmosphere when we were allowed in. Despite easing restrictions, they’re only doing takeaway.

Amazing sushi, rolls and phad Thai. A great find and happy to deliver to Ruislip. Lovely driver who went out of his way to find us and make sure we got our food! The freshness of the fish was amazing, quality of the rolls amazing and the beef was melt in the mouth. My new go to place.

Terrible service. Ordered a few things, food was decent but the delivery and the service was terrible. Order took almost 2 hours with no update. Called them to check and they said they would get back to me and didn't. The driver then told me that they had apparently forgotten to deal with my order completely. Just speechless... Probably wouldn't order again Order number was #55FAE from UEats.

Ordered the sushi roll platter, edamame and chicken gyoza. The family loved it. I have eaten Japanese food all around the world and this was a really solid experience. So glad to have finally found a place near me that offers decent quality Japanese food. Will order from here again (soon).

I've been ordering from Inso for years, these guys are awsome not only for takeaway but i've eaten in a few times also and the way they looked after my daughter was outstanding(freebies!!!!), there have been a few times orders have been wrong and things but these places aren't functioning on some ai robot technology, we take the hit and they compensate with extras for all wrong orders, i have no issues with Inso apart from the reviews which always talk about how amazing they are, guys post up the best you've had!!! I love the spring rolls, katsu curry prawn rather than chicken because i find it a bit dry, prawn toast is loaded to the max that you will burn the upper roof of your mouth but i dont ever leave a negative review with the aim of suing them later, food is food very subjective dont leave unnecessary negative reviews, you insult the years long passionate supporters of the good work the restaurant does, I'd love if others just posted up food they like at Inso, Im fussy so only try out the usual order that i place, bee nice if someone let us know what you all enjoy!!!

If I could give 0 star, I would ! I have tried to order from this restaurant since last 2 weeks. It didn't allowed me to do so. The restaurants kept rejecting my orders and this time when I tried placing an order, it said that the restaurant is closed. But in fact, the restaurant is open and it does not want to accept any orders. Very disappointing. Wanted sushi badly.

I’ve ordered sushi from Inso Pan on many occasions now and it’s always fresh and really tasty. Definately the nicest sushi I’ve had and my go to for great sushi.

Cannot believe the lack of sushi in this area. But Inso Pan save the day! Really solid food and really authentic. Place is clean and great decor. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Pickup is very efficient and masks are worn. Thank you for the amazing food! :)

The food was fantastic and arrived on time. I missed the proper sushi for a number of months, since the beginning of lockdown and I wish I discovered this place earlier! Sushi and sashimi were absolutely delicious and very fresh! The ramen soup was very tasty and hot. Gyozas were amazing too. It was a real treat! Will definitely order again.

Really delicious food with a huge array of choices on the menu. Delivery was super quick, this will be my regular from now on.

I ordered the Firecracker Donburi and the Duck pancakes, both were gorgeous in particular the Duck which was very tasty and tender and they were generous with the amount given. They are local to us and I definitely recommend giving them a try. Honestly if you enjoy restaurants like Wagamamas you will be impressed with the quality of this restaurant. I will be ordering from Inso Pan Asian again

Food was great as always. Good portions and flavour however the collection was a nightmare. My partner waited outside for 20-25 minutes before he was eventually acknowledged. 2 chefs and the front of house person saw him yet didn’t come. We won’t be getting a collection again anytime soon.

A lot to be desired to be a good sushi restaurant. Quality has gone down as of late and could be much much better.

We had a takeaway for us and the kids. They kindly deliver to Bushey . The food was absolutely wonderful. We loved the sushi and the prawn curry and it was excellent quality. Delivery was within 50 minutes and also very good customer service. Hope to go back soon for another takeaway.

Ordered a delivery via Uber Eats, food arrived to us warm and well packed with the delicate sushi surviving the journey really well. All food was delicious except maybe the chow mein but that is probably due to personal taste. Very nice and would recommend this restaurant for a takeaway.

Various Asian food choices. Not the cheapest but nice selection and flavors. Many vegan option available and the food is great !!!

I tried their food after some of my friends recommend me. The food is exceptionally good and specially the taste is really authentic. I know this as I lived in Hong Kong over 10 years. Also it is really handy to order Shushi as well as various other Asian and Thai dishes from the same place . Food was great, price is reasonable and delivered on time. I will order again.

Curry Laksa Noodles was an extremely small portion. Contained mostly flavoured soup rather than filling ingredients, hardly any noodles. Was left feeling hungry eating leftovers from my lunch, this surprised me as we barely eat in the evening. The Pad Thai was larger but uninspiring with poor presentation. Overall left disappointed and hungry. Not recommended.

Ordered takeaway, total cost £17 on Just Eat. Portion size for Laksa Curry Noodles was extraordinarily small for the price. There was a lot of soup but few ingredients, certainly a lack of noodles. The Pad Thai was a better portion but the presentation was uninspiring. I called the restaurant but they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Left disappointed and hungry eating the leftovers of my lunch.

I worked here for a photoshoot and tried some of the sushi and it was very nice! The manager was very friendly too, I would recommend this place to anyone who is craving Japanese food!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering food 😒read of so many others having had similar bad experience! & Of the Restuarants hygiene rating of 1😳. We waited over 1 hour to get cold bland food. Not asian authentic!! Food not as advertised. The Miso Ramen was advertised with ramen, however I was shocked it was delivered without the ramen!? I phoned up to querry my order and staff were rude and very defensive over the phone blaming deliveroo for mis-advertising their menu? I would not be ordering from here again! I'm also expecting a rude insulting feedback! Evidencing Poor customer service & communication skills. Watch this space!👀👇👇

I tried to order on your website, it says you do not deliver to my postcode, even though you do, and you have done it before. I tried to order on deliveroo, but you offer a limited menu. I like your food. But you make it too difficult for me to order... 2 calls from me and other 2 from my wife is enough calls for a simple £50 order. Also, maybe you should think on how you answer to customers reviews.

Ordered a takeaway on Friday night waited a hour for it to come Wasn't worth the wait it was bland no flavour at all stone cold I put it back in the containers and took it back to get a refund to be fair they did give my money back Won't be using them again I would avoid it

My partner and I ordered a delivery - it was lukewarm, and that was the best bit. Pad Thai was tasteless, also strangely had been made with chopped flat noodles. Peking duck was flabby, sliced rather than pulled, and came with cucumber & lettuce rather than spring onions. California roll had one sliver of avocado - the advertised ‘crabmeat’ was a couple of unpleasantly dense, spongy crab sticks. Really, a highly unpleasant meal, upon which we gave up after a few mouthfuls. Awful.

Ordered food today. Delivery was late but that was due to bad weather and road closures. Food was delicious though.

Took over 1 and a half hours to deliver (they estimated 40 minutes), when the food arrived it was cold and horrible, wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait over an hour for terrible food.

The food I ordered was the most plain, basic and cold. I ordered a main which was the chicken Khao soi that was supposed to have a good portion of noodles, colourfully and fresh veg and a nice sauce. I received 80% sauce and 20% noodle that's it!. The sauce was bland and tasted just like coconut milk and water. Meat was over cooked and nothing much to it. The Kaarage chicken was cold and soggy. IF I CAN GIVE LESS THAN A STAR I WOULD. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT AUTHENTIC. NOT FRESH. DONT TRUST THE PICTURES. WASTE OF MONEY. WILL LEAVE YOU HUNGRY.

The meals were not as advertised! The teryaki chicken was not teryaki chicken and was missing the sauce! The satay chicken had no peanut sauce and tasted nothing like satay chicken, this is poor quality. Things were missing off our order and the staff were rude and unable to communicate properly. Do not order from here if you want actual asian cuisine.
