WOW. What a stunning little find. We were greeted by Amin, a super cool and so polite server, instantly made us feel welcomed and valued. We ordered a meat Thali, and a Tikka Chicken Biryani for 3 of us. It was enough and OMG SO delicious. Presentation too was amazing. Clearly the chef takes pride in their food. The biryani too was perfectly cooked and looked stunning, coming in an authentic earthenware pot. When we took the bill, he brought us some complimentary fruit, after eights & hot towels. SO nice. Price was cheaper than I expected for such good Indian food. Next time we visit Aberdeen again, we will be back! Amin - thank you so much for a wonderful experience X

Best curry in Bolton. Service was super friendly and the food was very tasty. Extensive menu...way too much...with a great range of dishes from mild to super hot. Go here!

Ein sehr schönes, legeres und modernes Restaurant direkt am Wasser im EG eines Hochhauses mit freundlichem Service und sehr leckerem Essen. Wir hatten am Vortag einen Tisch reserviert, was samstags zu empfehlen ist, denn abends war jeder Tisch besetzt. Dennoch war es weder hektisch noch laut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und köstlich gespeist. Tolle Qualität zu absolut fairen Preisen, auch bei den Getränken und den Cocktails. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hingehen und können das “Cargo” wärmstens empfehlen.

Great food and staff. Very good food

Visited this restaurant last Sunday with my wife and eldest son and we enjoyed a lovely evening with great food combined with attentive and friendly service. Well thought out menu which offers a completely different choice of dishes compared to similar type Asian restaurants that I have visited. As somebody who enjoys cooking I can appreciate the effort that goes into the freshly cooked dishes that not only taste fantastic but the presentation of the dishes makes them look visually good as well. Finally, how do they make cauliflower taste so good. If you have eaten here you will know what I mean. This was our first visit for about 6 months and great to see that the high standards has been maintained.

After 15 years of coming on holiday to Cornwall we finally made it to the Journeyman Restaurant and I am so glad we did. The welcome was warm and friendly and the food was served quickly and tasted fantastic - I can recommend the Nepalese Lamb and wild garlic curry! We will definitely be revisiting when we next return to Cornwall.

Dreadful food & service - wontons to start, only ate one between us as they were very oily and pretty tasteless. I had the duck, tamarind sauce was very unpleasant and the vegetables were rock hard. My daughter had the sweet and sour stir fry, but didn't eat it as it had a strange plastic/chemical type taste to it. We were given a dessert menu and 5 to 10 minutes later, the waitress lifted the menu and asked us to leave as they needed the table back! We were charged full price for everything, although only the duck dish was eaten. Won't be back!

Evening meal with me wifey. Perfect little hidden gem and genuine Nepalese food. You can tell everything was made fresh. We will be back.

Wow!!! The staff were really attentive and have great insight into the food and flavour profile. The flavours were really authentic and reminded us of the food we had in Sri Lanka when we visited! We had the ulundu vadai, vegan chicken kothu, pumpkin curry, potato curry, coconut rice and coconut roti. Would 1000% recommend. Reasonable prices too :)

Two trips to TBP so far and both of them have been amazing in all aspects. An incredible menu which is regularly updated, including amazing vegan options! The service, atmosphere and everything else has also been fantastic both times.

We had our food delivered today 23/02/2025. Chicken Saga Balti was fantastic, the flavours and quality of the dish was outstanding, very fresh and delicious. King prawn Balti was also fantastic, outstanding quality. We had lovely rice, very fresh naan breads and the obligatory poppadoms and sauces. Every plate was emptied and enjoyed by the whole family. Thank you to the delivery driver who was quicker than we expected too. All round a great experience and we will be ordering again. Thank you
