Turned up and the guys were some of the nicest people I’d ever met. Handed me my food and opened the door for me when I was leaving. Got home and food was amazing. I couldn’t stop myself eating more even though I’m full! Long story short….i loved it! Will be returning very soon. 6 stars out of 5!

The best Indian food you could find is at the Royal Balti in Farnworth. The staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We went as a couple for my partners birthday but didn’t mention this until the end of the meal when a staff member asked if we were celebrating an occasion? Within minutes he had a happy birthday card and a balloon. Eat in or take out the food speaks for itself, Thankyou for a lovely evening hope to see you very soon 😀

We recently celebrated a 30th birthday at Royal Balti House in Farnworth, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully presented, making every dish memorable. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our evening special. The added touch of a surprise cake and birthday card at the end truly topped off the celebration, making it feel even more personal and memorable. Royal Balti House made our night unforgettable, and we can’t recommend it highly enough for any special occasion!

Absolutely amazing food and the service was second to none. We mentioned that it was our anniversary and we’re spoilt rotten by the staff. All the staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. We will be back!

Just had a family meal at the Royal Balti Farnworth. What can I say , nothing but praise for the service and food. Catering for people aged 77 down to 6 every dish was superb. It was our 49th wedding anniversary and my wife's 70th birthday and the Balti did us proud

Time after time I visit balti house and never have I been disappointed or unsatisfied. No matter what I choose from the menu it is consistently excellent. I've been a loyal customer for the last few years and will continue to be for many more.

If you like curry but not sure which one to have then the Royal Balti is the place to go. Let them know what you think you like and they will advise the best for you. We have never had a bad one and had the best one ever last night. My husband had chicken tikka shashlik pilau rice and Bolti (Royal Balti special) sauce. Enjoyed an excellent meal with visiting family. Whilst not a large retaurant, the decor was pleasant and the menu exhaustive. All items were marked as to how hot they were and found to be correct for the meals we had. Portions were large and the food of high quality. Service was excellent and friendly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Royal Balti.

This place is absolutely amazing. The service was phenomenal and the food tasted great. Additionally, the establishment was beautiful and everything was presented very well. I can not recommend this place enough.

Came here for a birthday on the 08/06/2024 and the food was delicious - as always. A wide selection of dishes, very tasty food. The venue is clean and the staff are friendly enough. They cater with people with disabilities although the toilet is upstairs. Always love coming here. 10/10 every time

Visited here after receiving a recommendation. Food was a good average but nothing particularly special, especially given it's more expensive than other similar restaurants. On the whole service was very good but we did have to ask for menus and service felt a bit rushed. The restaurant was very cramped and no ambience, very much an eat your food and go atmosphere. We paid £90 for a family of 4 including 2 young children (who don't eat much) and did not feel it was good value for money, will go somewhere else next time.

Whenever my family has curry, we ALWAYS order from here. My father loves this place so much every year on his bd we would all go. The jalfrezi is a MUST! I’ve tried other restaurants and the jalfrezi fails everytime, whatever balti has done to their curry I NEED THE RECIPE! 😹 this place is always my backup or number 1 spot for birthdays. They even gave my father a full chocolate cake! Cards too! Most restaurants don’t even bother until you tell them, but they messaged my father and said ‘is there any special occasions’, the consideration is really amazing. I’ll be going on my bd now for that chocolate cake 😹

It wasn’t my favourite curry, it was delivered cold, only the nan bread was hot. Delivery driver super nice and friendly and the delivery was pretty quick. I am disappointed and don’t see myself ordering again.

There’s nowhere better to go to for an Indian for me , the food is the best Indian food I have had by far with great portions and the service from Keith and his team is first class . Love coming here and well worth a 10 mile trip.

We had as good a curry as we've had anywhere in Britain. There are details here that really show the effort they put in. For example, the garlic nan was easily the best I've ever had - light, just crispy on the edges and great flavour. We shared 2 starters, had a curry each from their specials and shared rice and a nan. It was more than we could eat and everything was perfectly cooked and presented. The staff are friendly and attentive too. Top marks all round from both of us.

We went to celebrate my sons birthday as a family and the staff where wonderful. They surprised us with a balloon and card on the table they even brought out a birthday cake for my son at the end of our meal. The foods delicious, staff friendly, and we all had a lovely evening. Would definatly go again and recommend.

Really good this for 2 people this was about £20 each really what we needed for a Saturday night….definitely recommended this next time we will sit inside very impressed keep the standards like this !👍

Waited over an hour to be so disappointed!! I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time but never again. Food was cold because it arrived in a box not bagged up and no lid on the box either, the lamb chops were tough and the curries were greasy and very bland. If it wasn’t bad enough paying nearly £5 for a bag of chips that were full of black and green bits, then paying nearly £50 for a barely edible meal is ridiculous.

We ordered a very large takeaway for 17 people. The order was bang on time. A lot of extras thrown in. We got a free bottle of wine a birthday card. The food was amazing. Love this place. Its ran so so well

Deshi curry was OK, vegetables cooked perfectly, but couldn't really taste much flavour in the curry sauce. Naan was beautiful, light and fluffy.

Food was fine, in fact it was very good. But it was mid week and there were a handful of people in, and to be told it was 'going home time' is a bit of of order. Also the prices were a bit steep.. no starter and a drink nearly £30 pp. Don't think I'll be going again

The food and service here is always amazing! Hard to find somewhere that tops it. I once ordered a curry that was too spicy which I couldn’t eat, so they made me another curry to take home free of charge! They will cater to whatever you’re taste is and tweak the curries to your liking. If it’s your birthday they make a fuss of you and bring you out a cake, you can even get a free meal if you’re a member. 100% would recommend.

Went for tea with my husband and daughters. The food was hot and delicious and nicely presented. The staff are polite and friendly. The service is very good. Clean and tidy and a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Loved it 👍

Ordered online takeaway. Picked up on time, told everything in box handed to me, got home and found 8 poppadums missing £8.00!. Food mediocre, jalfrazi had no peppers, tomatoes just a basic sauce. Starter portions are £4 to £5 but for one person, should state portion sizes on menu. Other takeaways provide portions for 2 people. Overall very dissatisfied as cost for 4 people takeaway was over £75.00, I won't be going back!

Pretty good Indian restaurant. Large menu. Meal was good, not exceptional though. I would go back. Pompidom's were stale but we were provided a good selection of chutneys.

We opted for the Happy Hour Menu .. last serving 17.45 .. a poppadums, another starter , choice of curries, choice of carb ( rice, chips, naan) icecream .. good size portions , all for less than £11. And it was lovely . Service was attentive and very helpful , and although we dined early, the restaurante was quite busy giving it a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definately be back .

Avoid Avoid Avoid This is the worst Indian restaurant I came across. It’s a very old place with rotten furniture from the seventies. The food was not suitable for human consumption. Starting with the soup, it tastes horrible. I told the staff that this is not homemade soup and it’s one of those just add water soups. The guy confirmed that this is true and they do the curries fresh!!! Well the curries came after half hour and we’ve just left it as it tasted very old. Paying the bill I found that they’ve charged us £5.50 for the add water soup each !! I should have read all the reviews before I made the booking. This place should be closed and learn from YouTube chef jailed.

If you're looking for an authentic then look no further. We have been wanting to eat at this restaurant for a while and haven't had the chance until today. So glad we did! It was an absolute experience. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive - especially Atikur (our waiter). The food was delicious in every way. Cannot commend the chef enough.
