Food is soo bloody good, it's so flavourful and feels like the food is made with so much love mind. The service is top tier, they make you feel like your dining at your uncles or aunts. Atmosphere is sublime, small and narrow building that creates such an intimate atmosphere. Overall its like going to your grandmother's for dinner, food feels tasty, wholesome and made with a lot of love. The vibe is chilled, relax and peaceful and you can go here on a date, with family or even just mates catching up. 20/10 would highly reccomend

Service was really top notch, the man on the door who served us was a real credit to the restaurant, I could not applaud him enough. As for the food? Meh. I had a chat puri for a starter and it was absolutely swimming in sauce, it virtually made the dish inedible. For main, i had a paneer masala and a peshwari naan. The masala was okay, but just not enough sauce or paneer, especially compared to offerings from rival restaurants. The peshwari naan was bland with the overwhelming taste being of charcoal throughout too. Not good at all. Overall? It was okay, 3/5, helped by the waiting staff, but the food is nothing that local restaurants like the Covered Wagon/Millennium Balti/Sweet Chillies don't do ten times better. To add, a starter, main, naan and bottle of coke cost me £25. Definitely not value for money.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you are looking to experience the taste of Lebanese and Moroccan food for the first time, then Al-Bader is the place to be. We had the mixed grill platter, which was said to be for 2-3 people, but the portion size was really generous and catered for 4 people. Not only was the food excellent, the staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming (especially the young male server with the bubbly personality). Cannot wait to dine at Al-Bader again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were in Birmingham with the family for a small get away! I did some research on halal food places to try whilst there and Tru Burger came up. After reading all the good reviews on here, we were really looking forward to it. Got there the diner looked good and the staff were friendly. The starters were nice, we got lamb chops and Mac an cheese sticks and that’s where it stops! The mains were disappointing, the burger looked good but when trying to eat it was very sloppy, too much sauce and everything just fell out. The chips were soaking in oil! Tru Burger brand setup is good, they just need to improve the delivery and quality of food!
