cant fault it, always good service and the food unbelievable. They get it right every time and make a fuss of the kids too. 10/10 recommend highly !!!

Went back here twice in one week for the amazing food and service. Restaurant staff (especially Khadija) were kind and polite throughout our meal. Excellent experience overall.

I used to go to Heavenly desserts at Soho Rd Birmingham. They've since opened up one is Sutton Coldfield which I thought great as its nearer to me. Can't moan about the food! I like to collect my loyalty points as in this day and age every little helps. I've email support@heavenlydesserts.co.uk no reply!! Filled out a contact us form online... Still no response! I think that this is disgusting. Sutton Coldfield branch don't know what they are doing either. They've got my email and contact number to sort this out. Been 2 weeks still not heard from anyone. I AM NOT HAPPY!

The orders were all wrong. The waitering was incredibly disastrous. The food was too overpriced. From my experience, i personally prefer other dessert places.

Came with friends to spend a good time. Was waiting by the door for 10mins before being seated. Wasn’t even busy. Then took 20mjns to take my order. When the order finally arrived I was appalled by the size of the cake slice that came. I thought it was a taster or a joke at first. But that was it. My friend who brought a waffle for less than my cake had a lot more in her portion. When I pointed this out, I was cut short and what seemed to be teen working were rude and said just put a complaint through. Yet no manager around or adult. Don’t waste your time. Should have went to any other dessert shop.

This restaurant was so good! They had so many different options of desserts to choose from and everything tasted so good. I extremely recommend for people who are picky eaters

Heavenlys did not mention car park is issuing fines. Received a ticket. Called the branch and they have stated they are not obliged to mention this to customers. This is super unethical. Standard of food is poor and desserts look completely different to the images on the menu. Save your pennies and go elsewhere

Food was great, milk cake is the best around. Pancakes and ice cream were really tasty. Ali provided a brilliant service, helpful and friendly. We were made aware of the parking restrictions in M&S so saved ourselves a fine too!

Main reasons are a)The service was slow and not attentive b) One of the desserts which should have been piping hot was cold c) Asked for fork and knife. In the end I had to get up myself to sort out the cold dersert and get the fort and knife

Went to heavenly deserts after a meal and was totally disappointed as we ordered then sat and waited only to be told they had run out of ice cream and sundae glasses even though the place was almost empty!!!!! Never again.

I fell in love with desserts because of heavenly. I was obsessed with for 4 years with their waffle selections and their milkshakes and mojitos (non alcoholic). I don’t know what’s happened but for 2 years they’ve lost the quality of food, the customer service and the reputation they once had. Yesterday was the final straw for me when I ordered an Uber eats from them even tho multiple times I have received poor service and food quality I still went for it because of the once love I had for them. They send me both my ordered wrong and the dessert was extremely late and poor quality. They’ve been bought by another dessert restaurant so they’ve given up on customer service.

The place smelt wonderful, so I was really looking forward to this. The restaurant was half empty, but they still had difficulty finding is a seat???? Ordered 2 coffees while we decided. Staff just stood around. Unsure whether the issue was with the kitchen or the serving staff. These all seemed to phone out number the customers in the restaurant. Serving staff asked the right things but failed to deliver the dessert. All the gear, no idea springs to mind . Cake at the theatre was really good instead.

Nice and clean place.. I never taste like that before.. And they're friendly people.. So I enjoy with my family 👪 in this place
