If I could give zero I would ordered food today. The customer service was one of the worst customer service Iv ever experienced. Food was not packed properly as I ordered a take out. Found a plastic piece in my chapel Kebab which I nearly choked of. Very disappointed. Staff are extremely rude and not pleasant at all when questioning why my food was not packed properly and was thrown in a pizza box. Unprofessional and rude will not be going again. Please be aware when eating there are no extra pieces in the food. I donât think you can accept the feedback however I donât appreciate your sarcasam of golden ribbon. Itâs a very unprofessional business customers are always right. And I have taken a picture of the plastic that came out of your kebabs. I give my honest feedback of my food. I can eat home out where I want and I will make others aware of the disgusting service you provide. Thanks for the comment as others can also see how rude you are. You deserve zero rating and Iâm sure food standard agency wonât be happy that a plastic is coming out of the kebabs and when reported instead of an apology and accepting a mistake disrespect is given for honest review. I can see how poor your knowledge is. I can eat where I want from Not your concern you worry about your own business and learn manners and teach your staff manners.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered 20 to 30 times through Uber Eats, this was my first visit to the establishment. I was eager to try dining in, having heard good things and with a favorable comparison to another local favorite, Rayden. Upon arrival, I went upstairs with my 3-year-old child, as he preferred to sit there. We were given a cover for our food and waited for my wife, who was downstairs getting our order. Despite many available seats downstairs, we chose to sit upstairs because it was more convenient for us. While we were waiting, another family, who had paid before us but was still downstairs, wanted to sit upstairs. The staff insisted that we move because the other family had billed first. I explained that we were already seated and had been given covers and asked to sit. Despite this, the staff rudely insisted that we leave, stating, "It's my restaurant, I am the owner, get out." This was an incredibly upsetting experience, especially with a young child in tow. Being asked to leave in such a manner, despite not doing anything wrong, was humiliating and unacceptable. If you are looking to ruin your day, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding it to spare yourself from such a negative experience.
