Good food only naan are little dry

My friend wouldn't stop talking about the shawarma so I went to try it and it is amazing! The staff were friendly. Relatively small menu making choosing your food easy but what foods they do sell they make very very well. Looking forward to trying the rest of the items .

Finally I went to try Al quds kobeda and I have to say it’s the best yet, I’ve had kobeda kebabs at couple of other establishments in Blackburn and they are nice but I think Al quds is the best out of all of them The service was spot on too

Nice place to come with family, tasty food. Now with shawarma place next door. The sandwich Samoon bread is awesome. Falafel and Halloumi cheese tastes brilliant.

Kobeda was good and juicy, rice was mediocre been reheated in the microwave. Their sauces were absolutely spot on though.

Excellent food. You won’t get this quality food in many other places. The kobeda kebabs are the best. Very soft and succulent and a decent size. Its a little pricey for the portions size but the quality justifies it. The only thing that could be better is the shop itself. Its a bit ild inside and could do with a makeover.

We've been to this restaurant many times in the past few months, and it has always left a great impression. The food is consistently excellent, especially the kobeida kebabs, which are the best we've ever had. Even a friend of mine who doesn't usually like kobeida kebabs because of their fatty taste enjoys these ones because they taste fresh and aren't too greasy. And the hummus is amazing! The portions are generous and very good value for money. As for the staff, they are polite, efficient, generous and friendly. They are also HMC certified and don't feel the need to put on music in the background, which is sadly not the case for many other places. May Allah bless the bros for all the good that they do. The food exceeded expectations with its delicious flavors, and the portions were satisfyingly generous. The prices were very reasonable, making it an affordable dining option. Chips were perfectly fried.

Kobeda and lamb chops weren't bad, the chicken tikka was a haldi hell. As for the service, you can tell these guys don't enjoy their job anyone would think they're doing a favour for you.

The owner was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. Wouldn't go there again. Not a great experience

Unfortunately their portions have gone smaller and prices gone up. The kobedas are so thin and flimsy and naans are burnt sometimes. Chips were raw the one time i ordered.and on top of that they didn't give salad when they double confirmed at collection time that the salad is given. When I rang he said he was sorry and that's that. Will defo not be ordering from here again not worth it anymore. Used to be our favourite place before but they're a let us down all the time iyv recently ordered.. Just a foodie giving an honest review..

I’ve had a couple of Shawarma’s in my time, but this one was especially nice. The rice and kabeeda was Exceptionally nice

Not the best shawarma I have had, alot of faty parts in the lamb and not much flavour in the chicken one too. Also really expensive.

Not only rude, but offensive and threatening staff, all because we hadn't quite finished our food by their advertised closing time. As paying customers we were treated worse than than if we were stealing the food. Horrible people.

Went with friends for a quick bite. Ordered the food and paid higher than average prices but that was okay. Was not advised when ordering that they were closing soon. Then the cleaner / waiter became very abusive and threatening when we had not finished our meal a few minutes past their advertised closing time. Had to insist he moved out of my personal space as he was very confrontational and clearly looking for a fight. Avoid like the plague!!!

I tried the Kobeda when I went there a year ago. I went up to Blackburn again this summer and I went there again. It was really nice the first time and still amazing when I went again. On Sunday evening, they said it's an hour wait for any food but I can understand that because the food is very good so it's busy.

Please try a wonderful Chicken Schwarama in the special roll like bread!

By far the best kobeda on naan I've ever had rice is very good too Chicken is amazing aswell but I think the kebab tastes miles better The meat tastes fresh and is very filling the salad is also very fresh

If you've not tried a Al Quds Kobeds then you've not lived. Awesome, with rice or Nan and a try of fat chips.

Food was good, but served in boxes which i didn't like as i would have preferred plates and cutlery.

That’s a 10/10 from me. Naan, perfectly thin and not too doughy. Meat is perfectly marinated and flavoursome. Salad a good portion and the 3 sauces are on point 👌 will be coming back for more. Keep up the standards to this and you’re one of the best in Blackburn!

Charcoal Grill for me..Could not taste much lamb in the Kodeba. Didn’t get a whole onion also and they don’t do red cabbage. . Quite tasteless really. Been eating Kebabs for over 40 years.

A full 10/10 for the kobeda naan. The sauces and the cooked onion was to die for.This was much tastier than the Rusholme chippy of late. strongly recommended to try this. You will not be disappointed Insha-Allah.

Ordered food for the first time today took longer then expected but honest was the best food we have had in a while and was well worth the wait and on a plus side customer service was lovely and he gave free drinks as an apology will defo visit again

Was a 5 star review but edited to 1 star due to very rude members of staff. Used to travel from Rossendale to Al Quds to get the food and on 2 occasions they forgot breads and fries, called to explain the second time round and staff cut me off, called back and manager picked up and was incredibly rude saying "do you think we are donkeys" ?!?!? No idea what he meant. All I said was "brother this is the second occasion where you have forgotten our food items, we're not after free food or making a complaint but to get what we ordered, please can you sort it out next time we come"

Very disappointed, humous out of stock and no replacement, kebab’s overpriced and half burnt 2 sources shared between 3 people wont be going back again.

Great middle estern kebabs and dishes, sadly they dont deliver and not on any of the food apps.

Still is a good pick this place. I just find the portions are fair for the price. I ordered a chicken kebab in naan made in the tandoor (clay oven). If it's worth a mention, staff are respectful and friendly. Spend 50p to ring the 🔔 not really a charge. It's worth a try 😃

I've been going there for the last few years since moving from Liverpool love there roast chicken and the nan is the beat I've had in Blackburn I also appropriate there customer service fast friendly and very sufficient Deffo recommend it.

Beat kobeda i’ve had by far. Full of flavour and spicy. 4 stars as they take ages to make the food and you have to wait minimum 45 mins for a two person order. Also they dont answer the phone at all. They just let it ring so no point trying to order on the phone to pickup later.

Came all the way from Preston with family, tables were filthy, cleaned then myself before I waited in queue to order for 10mins.my turn was told they are closed for sit in.. 1and half hour wait for takeout.

Nice place for kebabs, need face lift the bread was very dry could do another try. Also no parking out can be very congested.

Takeaway specialising in middle eastern oven kebabs. Food is of very good quality staff are helpful. Very similar to Charcoal Cuisine & ELAF Note - Best to ring in your order as it gets busy, especially on weekends.
