The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Arabian food

Just finished a long 12 hours shift and waiting another hour for food to arrive when living 2 minutes walking away from the the shop to receive this crap ! Spend 30 quid to get cucumbers , burned food and soggy chips wtf? Never ever again !

I waited 30 minutes for two peri-peri chickens, which was far longer than expected (Nandos can do better during the busy hours) Additionally, I noticed that a pizza tray was placed on the floor, which raises serious health and safety concerns. This is unacceptable in any food establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place

Meat was old and hard. Don’t buy from this place

Ridiculously bad customer service! As a regular customer who likes their Indian tonight was very poor! Ordered a delivery for my mum through Uber eats and it only had 3 items on there and they failed to put one of them in, when I called up I was told oh well contact Uber and he hung up on me. Doesn’t matter that I used to like their currys I will now find somewhere else when I want a curry as cannot abide with no manners not like the people that used to run it!

Absolutely banging pizza for a fiver. Place was clean and staff friendly.

My daughter ordered a lotus cookie dough. We have ordered cookie doughs from here before and they have been a decent size, but today it was just a little bigger than my daughters hand..very disappointed

Fish and chip meal deal and a veggie burgher. Both nicely cooked and the chips weren't soggy. Happy with that.

No salad and dry, didn't taste great definitely won't be ordering again

If you want to waste your money and end up feeling sick, this is the place to visit. Nachos were horrible and steaks were waste of money. Everything is pre cooked and just heated and served on a sizzler on a bed of what they call fried onions, more like a few burnt strands of onions. The sauces were cold and the chips were pre cooked and just heated. Waste of money and time. And the music, what can I say the person who put the playlist together must be going through a mid life crisis.

Not going to big johns for another 6 months in sha Allah and so will other people once they realise how much their service has declined and how their prices have sky rocketed without the food getting any better or fresh, dead food dead flavours extortionate pricing dead service from staff that are most likely in the uk on student visas what a horrible thing big johns has become, always getting orders wrong and always waiting and screwing for it to be corrected prison food is better than this dead nasty gross food from big John I swear on my life
