This place is a disgrace. They take your money and don’t deliver your order. I waited for two hours then had to cancel it. No refunds. Horrible staff and disastrous service. Avoid ordering.

Milkshake was super thick just like I wanted it but it was very very sweet. Wouldn't go here again. Kaspas uses an icecream base that has less sugar which tastes so good when you add a chocolate to make a milkshake. Was so excited to try this place out but was defo a waste of money..

We ordered from here at 2:25am (they shut at 2:30am - feeling pretty guilty but they made it, delivered it, and to an exceptional level, I had the biscoff waffle it has soo much biscoff sauce and crumbs much better than any waffle i’ve had before 10/10 in every aspect

Ordered via Uber eats . Uber eats are just a scam , however Cube do the best desserts . We ordered cookie dough, choc cake with custard and half/half waffle they were all 5* . Will definitely order again or pay them a visit and eat there .

I ordered three waffles for my kids and just wanted to come on here to praise the staff and the quality of the deserts. The deserts was absolutely delicious and generous size for what u pay for. The quality and presentation was 10/10 and not to forget to mention how tasty it was. Also the customer service from start to finish was also 10/10. I will definitely come here again. 😀

I really recommend the chicken and waffles as it is probably one of the best things on the menu in my opinion it comes with a side of ice cream and syrup and goes well better than you could imagine and I highly recommend you try it next time you visit cube

I ordered from Deliveroo took about an hour and half arrived was cold was eating the ice cream and saw a hair absolutely vile 🤮

We order a sundae, a piece of cake and two chocolate bars last night, midweek and we live less than a 10 minute drive away. The food was delivered in 1hr 20 minutes, the sundae had clearly been pre made then frozen so we inedible for a while and had freezer burn and the chocolate bars had passed their expiry date and had sugar bloom.

After collecting my order as am sat eating the food we've noticed the taste and smell wasn't of food but overly cooked(burnt) food eventually getting through to them they said they were happy the way was the food had been cooked i got quite annoyed if it had been checked then why was the burnt order acceptable to pass on to a paying customer, anyways finally agreed to replace my order, 10 minutes after collecting some teeny wopper kid phones me up telling me I've ate most the food which clearly wasn't true No apology just trying to imply I wanted free food, no I felt embarrassed I immediately went back placed it on the counter I got all the mouth full attitudes 9f this little family run milkshake enterprise again ni apology, I walked out telling them I will not be parting with my money with this cowboy place again! Furthermore they've not taken in consideration on any covid19 precautions or government guidelines.

Placed my order via Deliveroo.Restaurants phone was unanswered 10+ times Restaurant claimed they delivered the food via Deliveroo.Nothing was delivered. Was assured by Deliveroo I would get a refund with in 3-5 working days and on the 5th day I was told it would take 10 working days. Was not issued with a refund because the restaurant claimed the food was delivered. Was asked to speak with the restaurant directly to resolve this. Deliveroo refused to do this on my behalf.Spoke with an extremely rude man on the phone. Who dismissed everything I said. Refused a refund. Call Handler then pretended that the phone line was braking up. Phone on 3 different mobiles and network was fine until he knew it was me asking for a refund. If I could give this restaurant less the one star, I would. I am now dealing with this via the financial ombudsman. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT. That have stolen my money and don’t want it to happen to someone else.

Was told it would be 1 hour and it was in fact over 2 hours. Rang up over 100 times and the phone was ended on us, when they stayed on the phone the man didn’t seem bothered that we had got cold food from them. Absolute joke and they won’t refund us, making up excuses saying we need to go through someone else and they can’t give us a refund. The chicken was freezing and the wedges was too and the waffle was cold and tasted of bananas when it was an oreo waffle. Bit of a joke, won’t be ordering again. 0/10 for customer service

140 minutes for a couple of milkshakes. Still not received.. Really disappointed. Its been a thriving business for years but they can't seem to employ extra staff to help with orders. Disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Waited 2 hours for a cookie dough, a cheesecake and 2 drinks. Cookie dough was cold and burnt to paper. Cookie dough was that cold the chocolate sauce that looked like it had just been dumped ontop had set. The cheesecake box was underneath the drinks causing the cheesecake to be squashed. Ordered from here a few times before and the standard has decreased each time, this time too much to make me want to give it another go. The owners need to realise when they first opened, there was not much competition, however now I can choose from many dessert parlours that offer a better service and better quality. There is no room for complacency when it is comes to customers

Waffle tasted amazing as always but bit put off this time as there was a black hair on top of the waffle when I opened the box especially during covid was hoping hygiene would be a priority

We visited as a family of 5 on a Saturday afternoon and whilst the quality of the food is amazing (nicest fries I’ve ever eaten) the service was even better. Nothing was too much trouble with the wonderful young lady who served us even popping out specially to pick up some bbq sauce for us. It’s our three girls new favourite place to eat and I only wished we lived closer so we could also get delivery. Can’t wait to come back ☺️

We waited nearly 2 hours for our delivery from the little lever one. We ordered a half and half waffle (banoffee and chocolate orange) to share as we've previously had from there and knew how filling and loaded they are. What an absolute dissapointment this time was. The banoffee had a piece of banana, a few tiny pieces of fudge and no sauce. The chocolate orange side contained the rest of the Bananas and was fairly dry. It was also cold! I'm so annoyed and at the prices they are, very dissapointed! The presentation of it I wouldn't have given it to a dog. Such a shame because previously they've been good!

We ordered from here for delivery, our order took over an hour to arrive which then our waffle was cold and ice cream melted, we didn’t bother to ring and complain due to the long wait in the first place.

Now that restaurants have reopened. We managed to pay a visit to CUBE.It was busy but we found a seat. I liked my waffle with ice cream. My wife thought that the Peanut butter stack should had been warmed to become slightly gooey.The price was cheaper because of the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme.It did not take long for the dessert to arrive. The staff need to do more to monitor teenagers who vape inside the restaurant.

Ordered from cube tonight didn’t take long to come, ordered peanut butter stack which was hard, the last two times I’ve ordered they always forget something, I rang and they were very rude, asked me to check the bags again as they were sure they put the dessert in, would never order again from people calling me a liar!!

i ordered 2 desserts an hour ago, a ferrero rocher waffel and a kinder bueno, and i can of pepsi i gave them my address, they told me half an hour but the delivery never arrived, being a customer you order often, they let me down. I will not order anything anymore, if they could not deliver they could say it since they made me stay 20 minutes to tell them the address and the telephone number. Little seriousness.

We had a Cube dessert before and as we knew the UK was entering a lockdown we ordered some ice cream desserts from there.With so many dessert places opened these days, I personally feel underwhelmed with almost the same menu.We had an ice cream waffle, nice and expensive but also decidedly average.

My drink was warm tasteless with 3 ice cubes in no limes (lime mojito) and angry to find my cheesecake was still semi frozen extortionate prices for something that’s not fresh or made using right ingredients I could have bought a whole cake from Iceland for that price

Ordered desserts for the kids at 7pm it said 7.45pm-8pm delivery. It’s now 10.15pm, kids are in bed and still no sign of it. We contacted Cube 4 times to ask where it was to be told “it’s round the corner” then they put the phone down on us. We eat here regularly but as a matter of principal we won’t ever be eating from here again. Absolutely shocking service and even worse customer service. Ridiculous

We ordered at 9pm with an estimated time of arrival of 9:30pm. At 9:55pm, there was still no sign of our order. I rang the restaurant to be told it will be at least another half an hour! This isn’t the first time this has happened when ordering from this place; whilst we’ve waited in the past, we decided to order from elsewhere. Luckily we ordered through Deliveroo and managed to cancel and get a full refund. The lack of communication and poor customer service on the phone was really disappointing. A real shame as the food is actually very nice, but I’m just not willing to wait 2h+ for it without any communication.

I ordered cube today it was supposed to arrive at 8.15 it's not 9.25 and I still don't have my dessert, the woman on the phone doesn't really care. Will never be ordering ever again.

Me and my boyfriend always order from here, the staff are so friendly especially the manager always helpful, the food always is incredible even if order from just eat, always arrives early and how we ordered it! Highly recommend. Great value for money.

We ordered off Uber eats, I forgot to add strawberries to my milkshake so I rang the restaurant and said it won’t let me cancel the order but it won’t let me add fresh strawberries delivery time was 22.25 actually arrived at 23.27 ordered at 21.05 and when I rang she was rude to me saying it already came with strawberries even though there was an option to add them for 50p extra waited 2 hours+ for a milkshake with strawberry sauce . then the delivery driver was apparently knocking yet didn’t even get out of his car. so would not recommend The staff are rude and the milkshakes are nothing compared to the pictures and the delivery is horrendous

Went cube today and got 2 waffles. The waffles were outstanding. Amazing customer service from haaziq who packed my order quickly. When I reached home the waffles were hot and fresh. Amazing.

Ordered a waffle with custom toppings about a week ago for delivery. The delivery time was quick, and it arrived superbly presented, tasted great and the amounts of toppings were perfectly balanced. The pot of ice cream complimented it nicely. Unfortunately the price tag breaking into the double figures was hard to justify. Had it been priced 20% lower or around that this would be an easy 5 star review and definitely would purchase it more regularly.

Ordered via Uber Eats, took over an hour for our deserts to arrive. The oreo stack was tiny and tasted nothing like oreo. I ordered jaffa cake and custard which was cold when it arrived. The portion sizes are also terrible for the price they charge.

Placed an order over the phone was informed that it would be an hour before receiving it and was even told how much it would be. Only after an hour my order didn’t come hence I called to find out what was going on. When I spoke to someone I was told that I probably didn’t call the correct place, only I said I actually had the call record and it was Infact the same number. Then I was told well we haven’t received your order and basically accused me of lying. A complete waste of time, I have ordered from Truffles on Wigan road in Bolton and their customer service was fantastic. I will definitely not be using Cube again and instead sticking to Truffles. If you want to waste your time place an order at Cubes Bolton.

Ordered on the phone was told delivery would be an hour,hour later rang back as no sign of food was told will be ten-15mins so waited again..food eventually turned up after 1 hour and 45 mins...ordered 3 waffles all were so cold couldn't even bite in to them and the ice cream that comes with it had melted!i rang back to complain and all the girl could say was 'oh we can't really do anything about that if you want a replacement your going to have to collect!err hello if collection wasn't a problem for me do you really think i would agree for delivery in the 1st place!

1st got told its a 30 min wait for any cookie dough so decided get summot else instead. Waffle was OK but not worth the money and the wife said the cheese cake wasn't the best either

The worst service I’ve ever received, made a big order and was told it would be 1 hour and 20 minutes so I called back 4 mins later to cancel and was told that half of my order was ready so I couldn’t cancel it and it would take 15-20 minutes. 2 hours later it arrived, food was cold, dry and the garlic bread was dry and uncooked. Just got lied to for 2 hours and the food was absolutely awful! Disappointed. Won’t be going back.

I used to visit here a lot for the very good food and deserts! that ended when on my last visit I went into the bathroom downstairs and I had never been in the bathroom until this visit. This desert shop is located in a mostly Asian community and ran by Muslim asians which isn’t a problem, but then as I went into the bathroom the floor was wet through where they had been using the jug to clean themselves in guessing. I just really didn’t think it was hygienic at all and really put me off so I haven’t visited since.

Waffles are a good portion size and have a wide variety of options. The milkshakes are lovely and creamy but most importantly not sickly. Usually share a waffle and milkshake between two.

I placed an order at 12:37am over the phone for 3 waffles. Was told will be delivered within the hour. I rang back 2 mins later realising that my fast closed in an hour and if they could do it earlier because we did the earlier fast. He checked with the driver and agreed to deliver earlier. Half an hour later I rang back and he said all deliveries had gone out. 10 mins before the fast was to be closed, I rang back to cancel the order as we could not have 3 waffles in 10 mins and he said the driver was only 3 mins away. An argument ensued as he insisted it was still "within the hour." There were 4 mins left for it to be "within the hour" even though he had agreed to deliver earlier than that when I placed the order because of the early fasting. I told him he shouldn't have agreed to deliver earlier if he couldn't- I would have happily gone elsewhere. He kept arguing that it hadn't been an hour yet and there were still 4 mins left, which was besides the point! He then had the audacity to guilt trip me saying he'd have to throw away the waffles and that it was a sin in Ramadhan to throw away food and that they would no longer be delivering to my address because I inconvenienced them when it was THEM who couldn't deliver what they said they would! The delivery arrived after suhur ended and it was NOT "within the hour" nevermind any earlier as was agreed. What was I to do with three waffles when the fast had started?

Usually cube is my go to place for desserts. Im usually waiting a while but the desserts always seem to be worth it however after today I highly doubt i’ll be returning to the Halliwell road branch. I placed my order over the phone and when i arrived there was a queue waiting to be served and all of the young girls and young men behind the counter were talking amongst themselves not noticing the 6/7 people (including myself) waiting to be served and after around 2/3 minutes one of the girls said ‘look customers are here’. It was ran better when the owners were there . After finally recieving my food and going home the milkshake was terrible, i always get the same milkshake but this one went straight in the bin and the rest of the desserts looked like my 3 year old prepared them. A message for the management if you would like your business to continue doing so well please employ staff who will run it like it is their own. From now on i’ll only be visiting the little lever branch as they are doing a far better job

Loved this dessert place, great service, lovely staff. The portion sizes are fab and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. Just be aware that they do not take card payments but there is a Lloyds tsb about 2min drive up the road.

My son bought a takeway GOGO Waffle to share. My first taste of desserts from this Deli bar, having travelled from Leicester. Excellent waffle especially with the Vanilla Ice Cream toppled on top. Highly recommend this place for desserts and will visit next time I am in Boton to eat inside.

Personally, I’ve only ever tried a few of the waffles. My favourites are the lotus biscoff, and the very berry. But I do really like coming here for a one off treat.

And thats what they do very well. The choc mint waffle was the one for , generous portion & tasty. Clean place. Staff friendly & attentive. Would have been 5* if I'd seen anything with dark choc. Maybe next time. Good value.

First time coming to this place.Lovely dessert, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Asked young man behind till I want to pay by card, young man advised we only accept cash as we want to avoid paying the tax man, and confessed he gets paid cash in hand.

i ordered from yourselves from blackburn through uber eats coming upto a £30 order including 2pancakes, a waffle and cookie dough. I was not happy at all with any of it! I felt it was all dry and just not edible to be honest. I paid £6 for the lotus pancake and after 3bites it actually went straight in the bin! This was disgraceful and i dont normally do complaints but i felt that this time it was necessary. I dont think i’ll be ordering from yourselves again as i was really dissatisfied. Honestly if i could i would ask for my money back because nothing got eaten because it just wasnt upto standards. I just wasnt impressed.

Amazing and welcoming staff. Food is always delicious and i am never disappointed. no matter how busy it is, the food is always given on time with consistency. 100% recommend it.

Staff were very welconing, nachos were really nice, dessert portions are a good size and great value for money. Wouldn't do a takeaway or delivery though, it's better to sit in and enjoy it fresh.

After all the hype for this place. What a shambles it really is. With prices higher than McDonald’s. The service is no where near as good as maccies or KFC . The draft next to the door was annoying but the other tables aren’t decorated as nicely. The drink was very nice and bloody good after that long wait but the service was s***!

omg this place is a gold mine ....we had been out and decided we needed something sweet .....a couple of the guys with us decided they woukd9go for the waffles and they where massive and fully loaded with ice cream....choc chips and cookies they looked amaxing ehen they arrived ....and the brownie was the best i had in along time melted in the mouth with a rich chocolate and caramel sauce and ice cream ....cant wait to go again and try the cheese cake

CUBE, is absolutely amazing! First of all, I am not going to lie to you, the area may appear in the stereotypical ‘rough’ category. However, where Archie’s is in town is not much better in the area. However, inside they do warn you not to park to the road next to it, the car park Infront is the best place. However, the food, well desserts in here are beautiful. They are so mouthwatering and delicious. They also serve tango ice blasts, which are significantly cheaper than the cinema prices. I have been here about five times now and I love it! I got the cookie dough waffle last time with my friend, served with cookies on top, chocolate sauce and ice cream and it was beautiful for only £4.50. Inside the restaurant it looks lovely and clean and the staff are friendly, and the waiting time is only approximately five minutes for your waffle if you are sitting in, but perhaps quicker if you’re taking out. Well, Cube you’ve not lived to my expectations- you have exceeded them! Thankyou.

Went in for the first time. Ordered Jam coconut cake to take away for two. Took 10 mins to prepare and cost nearly £10!!!. Got home, the cake was the size of a cup cake and the custard was luke warm. What a waste of money. Go to Asda or Tesco instead. This place is a joke. Won't be going there ever again.

Ordering cube for my boyfriend and cos we live in farmworth they said it would have been extra pay which we was fine with - i asked the man if it was okay to wait whilst i asked him what else he wanted to fill the price of delivery the man hung up the phone and said no. I have spent over an hour trying to get through and when i did i was confronted by rude staff.

This is a rather busy dessert place outside Bolton town centre. Despite the queue to order we found a table easily and our sundaes and ice cream arrived rather quickly. I ordered the Berry sundae and it was reasonably priced.

Great service. Awesome freak shakes. You basically choose any shake from the menu and ask them to 'freak' it out. They add icecream cone to the shake plus doughnut plus lots of chocs and nuts and fruit. Yummy. 3 people could easily share one. Cakes look amazing too.

We regularly use The Cube, it's success can be seen by the recent move to a much large premises. We order delivery normally and did so again tonight. It can sometimes take a while because it is so popular so we usually book early in the evening as we have often been disappointed when trying late in the evening.

One of the busiest dessert places in the northwest. Hidden on a busy road just outside the town centre, this little gem has a variety of deserts. Milkshakes, cakes, warm puddings and little shots. Good little joint to catch up with friends but be warned, it can get busy in the evenings.

Have visited cube many of times, however now it's so busy we collect so save on delivery time. Yes delivery can be a few hours but this place is amazing and always full! We personally love the Mr Brown waffle and also have tried a few of their individual desserts and never been disappointed!! Sundaes, cocktails, ice blasts and waffles are all soo good especially for the price! Highly recommended to everyone and anyone.

Parking is off road but there is always a space somewhere the place has gone bigger since it first opened. Could do with some air con but does now have some outdoor seating. The desserts are immense and great value. The staff are friendly and accommodating been a few times now and they also deliver I haven't tested that out yet.

Been going there ever since I came here, although it's always busy but desserts are class. Service is quiet efficient and helpful.

We drove from Ramsbottom to visit Cube. Much better than our local dessert shop! I love the glass tables filled full of sweets. The staff were surprisingly very nice. The kids loved their waffles, but they couldn't finish them. I had cookie dough which I loved. They only accept cash here so just remember that or it's a 3 minute walk to the cash machine!

First time ordering from Cube as heard they offered great deserts.

Daughter called this morning to ask what food was available. Told Lasagne, Chicken burger and steak and chips. We decided to go. When we tried to order was told only had chicken and chips and steak and chips. So we orders 2 coffee's and desert. 40 mins later the dessert arrived we asked for the coffees to be told they had no coffee. What a,joke

Ordered dessert & was told it would take a max of 1hr & 20mins for x2 slices of cake & x2 slices of cheesecake. I was told they would try to deliver before the 1hr 20mins if possible.

After a tiering week I needed something sweet and I heard cube was the best place for desert so I orders my food and it was amazing well worth the money and the service didn't take too long a good place to get desert

I had a Nutella waffle which was absolutely unreal. Everything they do looks so tasty and a lot of my friends and family have been who also rate it extremely high.

Take away waffles!! What a really great idea. All boxed up and packed well for take away. Taste amazing. Good value for money they are huge!! Lovely atmosphere good service

We visited the cube tonight after months of the children asking. It was packed out but we managed to get a table for 5. Staff very polite and friendly. Amazing menu if you love all things sweet, which we do. We ordered milkshakes and waffles. They were very reasonably priced and brought to the table within 10mins. Only issue I had was the cash only policy. I had to pop to Bargain Booze a couple of rows down to use their cash machine or we would of had tears Highly recommended will be returning. Keep up the good work we were all very impressed and will recommend to others.

Came here after a meal, the place is well presented with friendly staff @ great service, a must for anyone who love there deserts.

The last time we ordered from the cube we didn't receive the order that we had placed. However it was too late as the delivery man had already gone so we rang to tell them about this. The person on the phone wasn't at all sorry and made no apologies. We decided to order again and give them another chance although I wish we hadn't. The waffles have gone smaller in size with less toppings on than I remember and didn't taste half as good as they did when we first started to order here. What has been a delicious treat has become disappointing.

Dont let negative feedback stop you trying this place out. Its not expensive, its welcoming and smells delightful. Iv only had the waffles as i just cant stop eating them. Theres so many different varieties. I couldn't finish my first one so the staff kindly boxed it up for me to take home. I came here with friends late at night after dining out and it was the perfect to have coffee and chat with the obvious waffles yummy!

I had the biscoff biscotti milkshake. I'm sure I'll get diabetes, but seriously what a treat! They have a huge selection of desserts and treats but I could manage any more after my milkshake. not sure why service has any criticism, it's an informal place, but I'd rather that than a stuff old English tea room! Really, it wasn't an issue.

Ordered 3 desserts for delivery. I was initially told delivery would be less than an hour. I gave my postcode and full address. An hour later, I call up to find our where the dessert is and get told it will be with me in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, nothing. So I call and get told the driver should be with me any minute now. 10 minutes later, I get a call from the delivery driver to say he is at the wrong address. I then call up the shop to find out why they didn't give him the postcode, and they tell me they did.

The chocolate brownie was tasty but the waffle was dry and unenjoyable. The peanut butter stack was fantastic but the luxury hot chocolate was anything but. Very mixed overall
